Adopting a qualitative research design and a case study approach, the research investigates how ethical principles such as transparency, integrity, equity, respect, and responsiveness are applied within PT KAI’s operational and strategic frameworks. Data collection involved document and thematic analyses, emphasizing ethical practices’ impact on stakeholder relationships and competitive outcomes. The findings highlight that PT KAI’s ethical initiatives strengthen its reputation, promote customer loyalty, and support a positive workplace environment. Despite these successes, challenges remain, including the absence of formalized ethical guidelines and the need for ethical leadership. The study concludes that integrating PR ethics into organizational culture enhances competitive advantage and ensures long-term sustainability in a dynamic market.

purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategies for interactive education at the school and to identify the factors that support and hinder the implementation of these strategies. To provide an understanding of interactive education marketing strategies, data was obtained through field observations and in-depth analysis. The research results show that product, price, promotion, and people are the main indicators in the interactive education marketing strategy. Through school public relations and appropriate pricing, this strategy aims to create a good image. It was found that people's involvement and promotion are important factors in the success of educational service marketing. Nevertheless, the research also found several obstacles. This includes financial difficulties and a lack of public knowledge about interactive education.

i mengeksplorasi konsep moderasi (wasathiyah) dalam Al-Qur'an sebagai pendekatan alternatif untuk menangani permasalahan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menelaah ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang relevan seperti Al-Baqarah: 143 dan Al-Hujurat: 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai moderasi, seperti toleransi, keadilan, dan inklusivitas, memberikan panduan praktis untuk menciptakan harmoni sosial di media sosial. Studi kasus diskriminasi terhadap Suku Madura memperkuat pentingnya pendekatan ini dalam menghilangkan stereotip negatif. fiscal decentralization in promoting regional financial autonomy in Indonesia. The analysis compares the effectiveness of fiscal decentralization policies in fostering financial independence across various regions in the country. Fiscal decentralization has demonstrated positive impacts by granting regions greater freedom to determine development priorities and explore funding sources. Regions with strong economic potential and natural resources can increase their locally generated revenue (Pendapatan Asli Daerah or PAD) to support development. However, this policy also creates disparities among regions, where wealthier regions manage their finances independently while poorer regions remain reliant on central government transfers. Moreover, limited managerial capacity in some regions hampers the policy's effectiveness. Fiscal decentralization can strengthen regional financial independence if accompanied by enhanced financial management capacity and fiscal policy adjustments.

The Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) has a crucial role in protecting customer deposits when banks experience liquidation. In this context, LPS functions as a legal protection strategy for customer deposits held in banks. This action is important to maintain public confidence in banking amidst economic uncertainty. In response to the 1998 monetary crisis, the Indonesian government issued a policy of guaranteeing bank payments, including public deposits, through LPS. The importance of LPS is revealed when banks experience failures that have the potential to threaten the security of customer funds. In this situation, LPS guarantees the customer's refund up to a certain limit, providing the necessary financial protection. This creates a sense of security for customers and promotes banking system stability. With LPS, customers can be assured that their funds are safe even if unexpected events occur in the banking world. The role of LPS as a deposit insurance institution is inherent in the government's efforts to regulate and supervise the financial sector. LPS plays a role as the front guard in protecting customer interests, maintaining financial system stability, and preventing potential losses that could arise due to the possibility of bank failure.

adanya pengaruh promosi dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam membuka tabungan Haji pada PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah cabang kota Banjarmasin secara pasial dan simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 orang dengan pengolahan data menggunakan software IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa nilai Sig. variabel Promosi(X1), sebesar 0,118 > 0,05 artinya promosi tidak menjadi alasan dalam keputusan membuka tabungan Haji. Sedangkan nilai Sig. variabel Kepercayaan (X2) sebesar 0,01 < 0,05 maka Kepercayaan menjadi alasan direalisasikannya pembukaan tabungan Haji. Sedangkan secara simultan promosi dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan nasabah yang dapat dibuktikan dengan Fhitung sebesar 8,403 > Ftabel 3,11 dan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,01 < 0,05.

Illness (IMCI) by WHO and UNICEF is a strategy that combines prevention, treatment and health promotion, including impact counseling to provide education to parents about the importance of disease management and access to health facilities. This research uses a systematic literature review to assess the influence of impact counseling in IMCI on parents' attitudes in bringing children to health facilities. Data was collected from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar using relevant keywords. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to measure the effect of counseling on parental attitudes and behavior. The results of the analysis show that impact counseling significantly increases parents' understanding and involvement in children's health care. Counseling reduces anxiety and increases parents' confidence in caring for their child. The use of information technology in counseling makes it easier to access information and support. Counseling also improves access and utilization of health facilities by providing important information about available services. In conclusion, counseling in IMCI has a significant influence on parents' attitudes and behavior in bringing children to health facilities. Counseling helps increase understanding of a child's health, reduces anxiety, and promotes better health practices at home. Ongoing counseling programs are expected to improve child health outcomes and support the overall well-being of the family.

ollaborative learning, it is very important to include stakeholders' perspectives on their lived experiences. A qualitative case study was chosen to conduct this research. SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta and SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta were intentionally included in the study. The data were collected from semi-structured interviews of students and teachers and online and offline observations. The collected data were analyzed using the method of constant comparative analysis. The results clarified that several proactive supports (social, pedagogical and technical support) play a crucial role in promoting meaningful collaboration. The presence of the teacher is an important factor that create the collaboration to proceed as desired setting the stage, modeling the desired expectations and guiding the students to achieve the expected results. The assignments and assessments also affect the level of student engagement; therefore, it is recommended to include both formative and summative assessments for both the product and the collaborative process. The findings of this study have implications for the scaffolding and specificity of language learning through online collaboration to support online educators.
