ovince; however, the strong public interest in working abroad is often not accompanied by adequate understanding of safe migration procedures, protection mechanisms, and the rights and obligations of migrant workers. This condition has led to serious problems, including the increasing number of non-procedural migrant workers, deportation cases, and vulnerability to human trafficking crimes, indicating an information and communication gap between migrant worker protection institutions and prospective migrant workers. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies implemented by the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Service Center of East Nusa Tenggara Province in enhancing public awareness of migrant workers’ rights. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed to provide an in-depth portrayal of the communication practices carried out by the institution, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation of socialization activities, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, while the conceptual analytical framework was based on the Shannon–Weaver Two-Way Communication Model to assess message delivery effectiveness, communication channels, message recipients, and feedback mechanisms. The findings indicate that the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Service Center of East Nusa Tenggara Province has implemented various communication strategies, including direct community outreach, pre-departure orientation, the use of visual and audio media, and cross-sector collaboration with local governments and community leaders. Although these strategies contribute to increasing public knowledge regarding migration procedures and migrant workers’ rights, their effectiveness remains constrained by low literacy levels, challenging geographical conditions, and weak feedback mechanisms from target communities. The study concludes that strengthening dialogic and participatory communication, simplifying messages to improve comprehensibility, and adapting communication media to local cultural contexts are essential for improving migrant worker protection. The novelty of this study lies in integrating a two-way communication model with the socio-cultural context of East Nusa Tenggara as a basis for formulating more contextual, adaptive, and community-empowering communication strategies for migrant worker protection.

The research problem focuses on the extent to which shipping cost efficiency and the quality of freight forwarder services can improve export delivery performance in a measurable and sustainable manner. A quantitative approach was applied by collecting survey data from the company’s logistics managers and export managers to capture perceptions and experiences related to the research variables. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling to examine the causal relationships among shipping cost efficiency, freight forwarder quality, and export delivery performance. The results indicate that shipping cost efficiency has a positive and significant effect on export delivery performance through reduced operational costs, improved logistics coordination, and smoother export processes. Freight forwarder quality is also proven to have a positive and significant effect through enhanced service reliability, documentation accuracy, and delivery timeliness. The conclusion confirms that the combination of cost efficiency and logistics service quality constitutes a strategic factor determining the success of corporate export delivery. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the measurement of cost efficiency and freight forwarder quality using a SEM approach applied to the Indonesian palm oil export industry, a context that has received limited empirical attention. This contribution provides empirical evidence for the development of export logistics management and strategic decision-making, enriches the academic logistics literature, and offers practical implications for improving national export competitiveness, formulating corporate policies, and managing long-term logistics partnerships based on measurable performance and efficiency orientation. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for future research and professional practice in agribusiness sectors oriented toward global markets with high logistics risks and intense competition that demand continuous, data-driven managerial innovation grounded in reliable and context-specific empirical evidence for the future of national industries.

The success of HoK is not solely determined by the quality of its game mechanics but also by its ability to deliver an immersive user experience and implement adaptive Content Marketing strategies. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Game User Experience (GUX) and Content Marketing on Player Loyalty, with Satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative approach through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data were collected from active HoK players using a validated survey instrument. The results of the analysis indicate that both GUX and Content Marketing have a significant positive effect on Satisfaction, which, in turn, mediates their influence on Loyalty. The proposed mediation model successfully illustrates the affective role of Satisfaction as a key determinant in the formation of player Loyalty in digital contexts. These findings not only reinforce theoretical foundations in the domain of experience-based marketing but also offer practical insights for game developers and marketers in designing sustainable retention strategies through the optimization of gameplay experience and value-driven content delivery. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, analisis dokumen, dan diskusi lintas divisi yang melibatkan bagian keuangan, workshop, dan warehouse. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa keterlambatan penyerahan dokumen Work Order (WO) dan Delivery Order (DO) berdampak pada keterlambatan pencatatan transaksi dan pemantauan piutang. Implementasi awal rekomendasi perbaikan alur dokumen mampu meningkatkan ketepatan pencatatan dan mendukung efektivitas penagihan piutang pelanggan. This application provides educational information on how to prepare and the nutritional benefits of healthy snacks, aimed at increasing parental awareness of children's consumption patterns. The research method used was descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the system development show that the integration of QR Code technology and educational applications can facilitate the delivery of information in a practical and interactive manner. This innovation not only provides a healthy food solution but also serves as an educational medium that supports the government's program to reduce stunting rates. Abstrak: Stunting masih menjadi salah satu permasalahan gizi kronis yang signifikan di Indonesia, dengan prevalensi mencapai 21,6% pada tahun 2023. Penyebab utamanya adalah kurangnya asupan gizi seimbang sejak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan inovasi produk makanan sehat berbentuk frozen food berbahan dasar ikan patin dan daun kelor yang kaya akan nutrisi, serta diintegrasikan dengan sistem QR Code menuju aplikasi “KA OLIF”. Aplikasi ini menyediakan informasi edukatif mengenai cara penyajian dan manfaat gizi camilan sehat, yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua terhadap pola konsumsi anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi QR Code dan aplikasi edukatif dapat mempermudah penyampaian informasi secara praktis dan interaktif. Inovasi ini tidak hanya menghadirkan solusi pangan sehat, namun juga menjadi media edukatif yang mendukung program pemerintah dalam menurunkan angka stunting. udy focuses on the application of the Lean Software Development method to design an E-SCM system in the Banana Chips industry, which faces challenges in managing inventory and production processes. The main problems faced include the inability to manage raw material inventory and non-computerized records, resulting in inefficient use of time and costs. By applying Lean principles, such as eliminating unnecessary features, fast delivery, and team collaboration, the E-SCM Website is designed to be responsive to market needs and easy to understand by users. Before the E-SCM system is applied by users, developers test the system by measuring how well the system is understood by users. Before being implemented, the system was tested using the Usability Scale System (SUS) and prototype testing. The results of the questionnaire filled out by 5 respondents showed an average SUS score of 78, which was categorized as "Acceptable" and "Good".

E-SCM muncul sebagai solusi strategis untuk mengintegrasikan mitra kerja dan mengelola stok barang secara efisien. Penelitian ini fokus pada penerapan metode Lean Software Development untuk merancang sistem E-SCM di industri Banana Chips, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan persediaan dan proses produksi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi mencakup ketidakmampuan dalam mengatur persediaan bahan baku dan pencatatan yang belum terkomputerisasi, mengakibatkan inefisiensi penggunaan waktu dan biaya. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Lean, seperti menghilangkan fitur-fitur yang tidak perlu, pengiriman cepat, dan kolaborasi tim, Website E-SCM dirancang agar responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasar dan mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Sebelum sistem E-SCM diaplikasikan oleh pengguna, pengembang melakukan pengujian terhadap sistem tersebut dengan mengukur seberapa baik sistem dimengeri oleh pengguna. Sebelum diterapkan, sistem diuji menggunakan Sistem Usability Scale (SUS) dan pengujian prototype. The JIT method is integrated into a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to improve inventory management efficiency by minimizing the amount of raw materials that are not needed, reducing waste, and ensuring the availability of raw materials according to actual needs. The results show that the implementation of web-based JIT and SCM improves real-time stock monitoring, which improves inventory-related planning and decision-making. Additionally, the system strengthens communication between companies and suppliers, speeds up response to changes in demand, and ensures timely delivery of raw materials, reducing potential delays in the production process. Thus, the implementation of the JIT method in web-based raw material management at PT Sumber Nelayan Indonesia has succeeded in improving operational efficiency and reducing inventory costs.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas penerapan metode Just In Time (JIT) dan manajemen bahan baku berbasis web di PT. Sumber Nelayan Indonesia, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi terasi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah ketidakstabilan persediaan bahan baku, yang menyebabkan penumpukan stok, peningkatan biaya penyimpanan, dan inefisiensi dalam proses produksi. Metode JIT diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem Supply Chain Management (SCM) berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan dengan meminimalkan jumlah bahan baku yang tidak diperlukan, mengurangi pemborosan, dan memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan JIT dan SCM berbasis web meningkatkan pemantauan stok secara real-time, yang memperbaiki perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan terkait persediaan. Selain itu, sistem ini memperkuat komunikasi antara perusahaan dan pemasok, mempercepat respons terhadap perubahan permintaan, dan memastikan pengiriman bahan baku tepat waktu, sehingga mengurangi potensi keterlambatan dalam proses produksi. Dengan demikian, implementasi metode JIT dalam manajemen bahan baku berbasis web di PT. Sumber Nelayan Indonesia berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mengurangi biaya persediaan.

Abstrak: Kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi semakin cepat dan pesat serta tidak dapat dihindari dalam kehidupan. Setiap inovasi diciptakan untuk membawa manfaat positif bagi kehidupan manusia. Ritz Cafe Kisaran merupakan salah satu restoran terkenal dan sudah lama berdiri di kabupaten Asahan namun restoran ini belum mempunyai sistem pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku yang terkomputerisasi. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk membuat suatu sistem pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku yang tidak mudah rusak (non perishable food) dengan menggunakan model Supply Chain Management agar fungsi operasional pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku di restoran menjadi lebih efektif, efesien dan terstruktur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan analisis data serta menggunakan model Supply Chain Management meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan (procurement), produksi, pengelolaan gudang, pengiriman pesanan, dan pengembalian pesanan. s in developing audio-visual learning media that are pedagogically appropriate and easy to produce. This community service activity aimed to improve teachers’ digital competence in developing audio-visual learning media using Canva at SMK Negeri 1 Rambah Samo. The activity was conducted from August to December 2025 through a training and mentoring approach. The implementation stages consisted of needs identification, material delivery, demonstration, guided practice, product review, and evaluation. Evaluation was carried out through pre-test and post-test questionnaires, observation of participants’ practice, and assessment of the learning media products developed by teachers. The results showed an increase in teachers’ understanding from 46% before the training to 84% after the training, indicating an improvement of 38%. In addition, 88% of participants were able to produce audio-visual learning media adapted to their respective subjects. The training also encouraged collaboration among teachers and increased their confidence in applying digital media in classroom instruction. This program demonstrates that practical and continuous Canva-based training can support teachers in creating more interactive, relevant, and meaningful learning experiences in vocational schools.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut guru untuk mampu menghadirkan pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan relevan. Namun, masih banyak guru yang menghadapi keterbatasan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran audio visual yang mudah dibuat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pedagogis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran audio visual berbasis Canva di SMK Negeri 1 Rambah Samo. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Agustus sampai Desember 2025 melalui pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Tahapan kegiatan mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan, penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, praktik terbimbing, review produk, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui angket pre-test dan post-test, observasi praktik, serta penilaian produk media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru dari 46% sebelum pelatihan menjadi 84% setelah pelatihan, dengan peningkatan sebesar 38%. Selain itu, sebanyak 88% peserta berhasil menghasilkan media pembelajaran audio visual sesuai dengan mata pelajaran masing-masing. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong kolaborasi antarguru dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam menerapkan media digital di kelas. Dengan demikian, pelatihan berbasis praktik dan pendampingan terbukti efektif dalam mendukung inovasi pembelajaran dan penguatan kompetensi digital guru di sekolah kejuruan.
