Poltekad sets a long-term goal to create defense technology innovations that can benefit the TNI, which is realized through the short-term goal of making Airless Tires. This research used a descriptive survey with a sample size of 170 respondents and the sampling method is purposive sampling. Descriptive analysis of the components of HBM perceived severity category is quite good (90.0%), perceived barriers is a quite good category (68.2%), perceived benefits is found to be in a quite good category (77.6%), health motivation is in quite a good category (81.2%) and it can be seen that the perception of vulnerability (55.9%) and perception of cues to act (56.5%) was quite good. Positive perceptions include student perceptions of the Health Belief Model's effectiveness in preventing COVID-19, which are rated as being quite good. Therefore, it is envisaged that linked parties would be able to enhance health promotion initiatives for the Covid-19 prevention procedure, both directly and through media like posters put up around campuses

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the Quality of Public Services at the East Banjarmasin District Office, Banjarmasin City. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the service standards at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office have been carried out in accordance with applicable procedures, but many people do not understand the service standards in the office, because the service standards are not installed at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office. The quality of public services at the East Banjarmasin Sub-district Office, Banjarmasin City can be said to be good, but there are indicators that have not been running according to community expectations, namely the unfriendliness of service employees in serving service users. So that makes people uncomfortable in taking care of all their needs.

ehavior that stretches family interactions. Communication contributes significantly to the development of teenage behavior; it can be explored based on the mother's experience as a caregiver. This study examines in-depth mothers' experiences in communicating with their adolescent children. Participants in this qualitative study using a phenomenological approach were mothers who lived with their teenage children, a total of 11 participants. The determination of participants was done by applying a purposive sampling technique. The conclusion of the number of samples is based on the saturation of the results of in-depth interviews conducted using video call technology. The Colaizzi method with the Haase adaptation was applied in analyzing the results of in-depth interviews that had been recorded to make it easier when compiling the transcript. Four themes have been generated in this study: The fabric of family love as a communication goal, undeniable dependence on communication, Vulnerability to give each other space to face communication challenges and the need for space and time to explore the importance of good communication. To ensure the trustworthiness of the research results, peer debriefing and member checking are carried out. It is necessary to have a common perception between mothers and adolescents in understanding the importance of Communication and instilling family commitments consistently by paying attention to the youth's freedom of opinion which must be optimally utilized according to the developmental tasks of adolescence.

acher performance management that has not been running optimally, especially in MAN 2 Majalengka and MAS Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. The sample in this study was the staff management of the schools, especially the principal, and teacher or educator staff in both schools studied, and the students, both at MAN 2 Majalengka and MAS Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. Then, the research method used in this study was descriptive-holistic aiming at finding out descriptive and holistic explanations as well as examining the assumptions used in more depth based on the findings and interpretations of the data in the research field. The data were collected through documentation techniques, interviews, and direct observation by the researcher. The results showed that the management of teacher performance improvement was able to make teachers professional, when the management of improving teacher performance was carried out based on the principles of scientific management and adjusted to the needs and characteristics of the school. Both schools (Madrasah) have been quite successful in implementing teacher performance management optimally. It could be seen in the efforts of both schools in several aspects examined. The planning aspects of both schools (Madrasah) involved a contextual analysis of all school resources and the school’s goals. The implementation of the aspects, in both schools (Madrasah), involved various performance indicators such as; (1) providing the guidance and distributing teacher self-evaluation tools; (2) carrying out academic supervision; (3) studying and concluding the results of academic supervision; (4) communicating the results of academic supervision to the teachers individually; (5) discussed the follow-up including; (a) conducting a non-formal program covering of handling cases that were individual and casuistic in nature (curative); (b) conducting a formal program, namely handling cases that were general in nature, and carried out by all teachers through training in the form of developing and deepening performance points such as composing a lesson plan. Both schools (Madrasah) showed their uniqueness, especially in the indicators of problem solving and following up. The evaluation aspects of both schools (Madrasah) were quite good at measuring existing education services, as well as measuring the extent to which the school elements have achieved predetermined qualifications. In general, this study concluded that both schools (Madrasah) were quite optimal in implementing teacher performance management by referring to the functional aspects of management; planning, implementation, and evaluation.

-19. This study aims to analyze the behavior of preventing COVID-19 in the elderly group. This type of research is descriptive analytic, with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis in this study used three analyzes, namely univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. The results showed that 69.8% of the elderly with less Perceived Susceptibility but had good COVID-19 prevention. 64.7% of the elderly with good Perceived Severity but have less prevention. 63.6% of respondents have good Perceived Benefits as well as COVID-19 prevention. 69.1% of respondents have less Perceived Barriers but have good COVID-19 prevention and 69.1% have good Cues to action plus good COVID-19 Prevention. The most dominant factors that can be used in COVID-19 prevention are Perceived Severity with an OR value of 2.77 and Perceived Barriers with an OR value of 2.76. The Health Belief Model has a relationship and can cause behavioral changes in preventing the potential for COVID-19 in the elderly.

The purpose of this study is to find out the use of Instagram as a marketing medium for the courier service business @my_shopper.id. A service for depositing branded goods such as clothes, bags, perfumes and others. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive type to clearly know the information from the jastip account owner regarding the use of Instagram social media as a marketing tool. Data collection is carried out by in-depth interviews with account owners, then collects documentation by capturing content layers used in Instagram accounts. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman, namely by data reduction, data presentation and verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques for conducting interviews and collecting documents to informants. The results of the study indicate that the surrogate service account (jastip) @my_shopper.id does social media marketing through an Instagram account. Account owners use various available features such as comment fields, Instagram bio, Instagram traffic, feeds, reels. The content created also varies such as product photos, product review videos, uploading customer testimonials to uploads regarding the order packaging process. The use of Instagram as a marketing medium has the advantage of increasing traffic and making people know about this jastip. Weaknesses obtained include missing information, sometimes customers do not know branded products and entrusting services.

udy was conducted to explore perception of students in Islamic Education Department in using Google Translate in learning English subject. A questionnaire consisted of open-ended and close-ended questions was distributed to 138 students of Islamic Education Department. Then, descriptive qualitative research employed to describe and analyze the data. The result show that students assume Google Translate as a good way to help them translate difficult words, sentences, and paragraphes from English to Bahasa or Bahasa to English. Although the students find several problems especially in the quality of translation, they are confident to overcome the problems with effective ways. Moreover, the positive impacts of Google Translate use is greater that the negative impacts for several considerations.

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the management of learning strategies in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic to maintain the quality of education. The policy that underlies this research is the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 719/P/2020 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Curriculum in Education Units in Special Conditions. This research is based on George R. Terry's Theory of Management Functions, according to him “There are 4 management functions, which in the management world are known as POAC; Namely: planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. The approach in this research is a qualitative approach, with a case study type of research method. The research was conducted at Sirnagalih State Elementary School and Al Azhar Syifa Budi Parahyangan Elementary School (ASBP) West Bandung Regency with the research subjects being students. Research results: 1) Schools implement learning strategy management by preparing program plans (materials, strategies, assessments) that are adapted to the Emergency Curriculum and synergize with related parties to carry out learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. 2) Schools have carried out efforts to maintain the quality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic but have not been optimal. This is evidenced by the vast differences between one school and another. On the one hand, there are schools that implement very good distance learning with learning programs and strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic that are well planned by organizing human resources by conducting in-house training, but in other schools distance learning is carried out simply because schools have not establish learning policy guidelines during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3) Implementation of elementary school learning during the Covid-19 pandemic with online/offline/hybrid learning modes. 4) There are several obstacles in primary school learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, including the limitations of studying the Emergency Curriculum with studies on the selection of Core Competencies and Basic Competencies, the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure, the condition of teachers who when carrying out learning still refers to student books as learning resources. 5) There are solutions to overcome obstacles including schools being required to improve teacher competence to be technology literate, designing adaptive curricula and facilitating adequate infrastructure, as well as Hybrid Learning with visiting teachers (Jarunjung). The conclusion of this study is that the management of learning strategies in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic to maintain the quality of education has been attempted by implementing Distance Learning both online/offline/hybrid learning, but the results have not been optimal.

It was requested that 154 senior high school teachers from 20 different senior high schools reply to a questionnaire containing 12 items. According to the results of an independent sample t-test, male teachers have significantly stronger self-efficacy views than their female colleagues. Again, the results of a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test reveal that there was no statistically significant difference between the means of the five groups of teacher teaching experience in terms of teacher efficacy. Teachers should take part in ongoing professional development activities to make sure they are still good at their jobs.
