Dynamics Of Decision Making: A Phenomenological Study Of The Choice Of Financial Management Concentration

Abstract: Many students decide to choose concentration because of pressure from other parties, such as parents, siblings, or the surrounding environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore and understand in depth the… he dynamics of decision-making in financial management concentration. The research was conducted with a phenomenological approach that reveals deep aspects that have not been revealed in the scientific literature so that it becomes a novelty about the dynamics of student decision-making in choosing a concentration. This research uses qualitative methodology with an interpretive paradigm and transcendental phenomenology approach. The key informants of this study were 8th students of financial management concentration. Data collection is done through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The dynamics of decision-making regarding the choice of financial management concentration are caused by academic preferences, the impact of social interaction, and job opportunities. There are factors of friends or close people who give academic preferences, group factors that concern the impact of social interaction on the decision-making process, and personal factors related to future employment opportunities Keywords: Decision-making; Academic preferences; Impact of Social Interaction; job opportunities, Management Concentration

YUK TANI: Optimizing the Distribution of Agricultural Products through Android-Based Applications

Abstract: The Pajarakan District area is an agricultural area where 61% of the area is rice fields. Even though the Pajarakan Subdistrict area has large agricultural land, it does not make farmers feel benefited when the harvest season… eason arrives, because many of the farmers feel at a loss because their crops are bought by collectors at low prices. The purpose of this research is to create a system for selling agricultural products to help farmers sell agricultural products directly to agents in order to get a higher price than the price of collectors. In this study, a system was successfully created with the name YUK TANI based on Android using Android Studio, and the CodeIgniter 4 framework for creating REST APIs, and MySQL as database storage. With this system of selling agricultural products, it is hoped that it can help farmers in the Pajarakan District area to improve their economy when post-harvest arrives.

The Influence of Product Quality and Price Perception on The Decision to Purchase Pixy Cosmetic Products in Watson, East Jakarta

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality and price perception on purchasing decisions for Pixy cometics products at Watson, East Jakarta. The analysis method in this research uses primary… data. The test stages carried out were validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis tests, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The data used in this research used a questionnaire questionnaire via Google Form and consisted of 100 respondents. The sampling method in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The testing tool used in this research is IBM SPSS 26 software. The results of this research show that simultaneously the product quality variable and the price perception variable have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Pixy cosmetic products at Watson, East Jakarta. Partially, the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the price perception variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for consumers of Pixy cosmetic products at Watson, East Jakarta. 

The Influence of Employee Performance and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of PT Citra Buana Adi In East Jakarta

Abstract: The aim of the research is to determine the influence of Employee Performance and Service Quality on customer Satisfaction at PT Citra Buana Adi workshop in East Jakarta. The method used was quantitative, through collecting… ing questionnaire data on a sample of 35 respondents. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, there is a constant value of 4.170, a regression value for the employee performance variable of 0.260 and a regression value for the service quality variable of 0.288. This means that all independent variables have a direct influence on variable Y. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that there is an influence of 54.6%, meaning that Employee Performance and Service Quality have an influence of 54.6%. Meanwhile, the remaining 45.3% was influenced by other variables not included in this research. This proves that there is an influence of Employee Performance and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT Citra Buana Adi workshop in East Jakarta

Abstract: Artificial intelligence is likely to have a significant impact on marketing strategies and customer behaviors in the years ahead. Research in this field has grown considerably, demonstrating AI's ability to simulate human… n behavior and perform tasks intelligently. With growing interest among marketing researchers and practitioners, this research aims to provide an overview of the evolution of both marketing and AI research fields. This paper explores the emerging role of artificial intelligence in personalized engagement marketing, which focuses on creating, communicating, and delivering customized offerings to customers. Utilizing the Systematic Literature Review technique, we examined over 300 academic articles to uncover prevalent themes and gain a deeper understanding of current AI utilization in marketing. We then propose a plan for future research that examines potential changes in marketing strategies and customer behaviors while emphasizing critical policy considerations related to privacy, bias, and ethics. The implications for marketing managers are discussed along with predictions about how AI will impact branding and customer management practices going forward. Our research highlighted several benefits of integrating AI into marketing such as improved customer interactions, increased revenue, reduced expenses, and enhanced overall efficiency. However, this research also pointed out areas requiring further investigation including challenges posed by AI integration like shortage of skilled personnel and data privacy concerns.

The Influence of Facilities and Service Quality on Member Satisfaction of The Golden Stik Kelapa Dua Depok Gym

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of facilities and service quality on member satisfaction at the Golden Stik Kelapa Dua Depok Gym. In the fitness industry, member satisfaction is an important factor that determines… mines the success and sustainability of a fitness center. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey involving a number of Golden Stik Gym members as respondents. The data collected was analyzed using statistical techniques to determine the influence of facilities and service quality on member satisfaction. The research results show that both facilities and service quality have a significant influence on member satisfaction. Complete and high-quality facilities, such as modern equipment, maintained cleanliness and comfortable spaces, contribute positively to member satisfaction. Apart from that, service quality, which includes staff professionalism, responsiveness to member needs, and the ability to provide personalized service, has also been proven to have a big impact. This research provides valuable insight for Golden Stik Gym management in their efforts to increase member satisfaction. In addition, the results of this research can be used as a reference for other fitness centers in developing strategies to increase their member satisfaction and loyalty. With the right focus on improving facilities and services, it is hoped that fitness centers can meet member expectations and continue to grow in this competitive industry

The Influence of Fixed Assets Investment, Solvency, Working Capital and Free Cash Flow on The Profitability of Manufacturing Companies Listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange Period 2017-2020

Abstract: This research aims to examine the effect of Fixed Asset Investment, Solvency, Working Capital and Free Cash Flow on Profitability. Several previous studies showed various results. To obtain valid results, a test is carried… ed out on each variable based on the hypothesis that is built. The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sample used was selected using a purposive sampling method. After eliminating data with several criteria, 57 companies were identified as samples during the 2017-2020 period. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research show that Fixed Asset Investment, Solvency and Free Cash Flow have an influence on Profitability, while Working Capital has no influence on Profitability.

Abstract: Artificial Intelligence has become a transformative technology in the field of financial technology, leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning to identify risks and make informed decisions. However, its widespread… ead adoption presents new challenges related to ethical use, data privacy, security concerns, potential bias, and discrimination. This study aims to explore the benefits of AI-based risk management in Fintech while highlighting associated challenges and providing recommendations. This research utilises the systematic review methodology to analyse existing literature and identify important patterns, gaps, and areas for further investigation. The study utilised data gathered from the Scopus database to obtain credible scholarly materials. Research data was collected from a variety of countries including the United States, China, European nations, and other Asian countries in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of AI-based risk management on a global scale. The findings highlight the crucial role of ethical considerations in implementing AI-based risk management systems to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability. Moreover, the fintech industry needs to establish strong data protection measures and address issues related to bias and discrimination in order to instil trust and uphold public confidence in AI-based risk management. Future research should emphasise  assessing the effectiveness of different algorithms and approaches while also examining potential regulatory frameworks and legal implications associated with AI-based risk management strategies.

Analysis of factors influencing the production and marketing of salted anchovies in Barru District, Sumpang Binangae Village, Barru Regency

Abstract: This research aims to determine what factors influence the production and marketing of salted anchovies in Barru District, Sumpang Binangae Village, Barru Regency. The data used in this research are primary and secondary… data. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the factors that influence the production of salted anchovies in the variables of labor (X1) and capital (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the amount of salted anchovy production in Barru District, Sumpang Binangae Village, Barru Regency. The marketing channels for salted anchovies in Barru District, Sumpang Binangae Village, Barru Regency consist of 3 (three) marketing channel patterns, namely: salted anchovy processors-consumers; (2) salted anchovy processor-trader collector-consumer; (3) salted anchovy processors- collecting traders- retailers- consumers. The lowest marketing margin value is marketing channel I, namely IDR. 640/Kg while the highest marketing margin value in channel III is Rp. 8,640/Kg.

Marketing Strategy For Micro Small To Medium Enterprises at 777 Sweet Fruit Shops in Gowa District

Abstract: The growth of MSMEs is increasingly widespread, especially the 777 fruit sweet shop business which markets various kinds of fruit, both local and imported. In the current era, MSME players should be able to utilize digital… al media to market their products so that consumers become more familiar with the products produced by these MSMEs. This research aims to determine the marketing strategy carried out by the 777 fruit sweet shop business to increase sales. This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The informant was determined deliberately, namely the business owner of Sweet Fruit Shop 777. The data collection procedures used in the research included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using SWOT analysis. Based on the research results, show that the strategy implemented by the 777 fruit sweet shop business in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province is in quadrant one, namely Aggressive (growth-oriented strategy), which is a very profitable situation with implementation through Marketing Strategy. The coordinates of point x are the coordinates of the IFAS strategy with a coordinate point of 2.83, while the coordinates of point y are the coordinates of the EFAS strategy with a coordinate point of 2.07. The strategy that needs to be improved in fruit marketing is to make maximum use of digital marketing to reach a wider market.
