haracter. The aim is to identify similarities and differences between the two education systems, as well as provide recommendations for improving the quality of character education in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. The research results show that Malaysia integrates character education through special subjects such as Islamic and Moral Education, while Indonesia emphasizes the integration of character values in all subjects through the 2013 Curriculum. However, both countries face challenges in implementation, such as a lack of teacher training and gaps between theory and practice. The research results also reveal that Malaysia places more emphasis on religious values and multiculturalism in character education, while Indonesia focuses on the values of nationalism and diversity. Nevertheless, both countries agree that character education plays an important role in forming a generation with noble and responsible morals. Recommendations from this research are the need to increase teacher training, strengthen collaboration between schools, families and communities, as well as develop a more contextual and applicable curriculum. By adopting best practices from Malaysia and adapting them to the local context, Indonesia can increase the effectiveness of character education in forming students who are not only academically intelligent but also have strong character.

Data was collected through reviewing curriculum documents, education policies, and scientific articles related to character education in Indonesia and Finland. The research results show that Finland integrates character education holistically in all aspects of learning, while Indonesia still tends to separate character education as a separate subject. Apart from that, Finland emphasizes the formation of values of independence, responsibility and collaboration through a student-centered approach, while Indonesia places more emphasis on religious values and nationalism. The implication of this research is the need to reorient the character education curriculum in Indonesia to better integrate character values in the entire learning process, as well as adopting best practices from Finland which have been proven effective in shaping students' character.

The purpose of this research is to develop powtoon-based animated video media in class V subtheme 3 humans and objects in their environment and determine the feasibility of powtoon-based animated video media with validation tests by material experts, media experts, and linguists, as well as student responses. The experimental subjects were fifth-grade elementary school students. The development of this video media uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the validation test by material experts showed a percentage value of 88% in the very feasible category, media experts gave a percentage value of 100% in the very feasible category, and linguists gave a percentage value of 60% in the feasible category with revisions. The student response based on the questionnaire shows a positive response with a percentage score obtained of 91% in the category of very feasible, student response. The results can be concluded that the development of powtoon-based animated video media on subtheme 3 of humans and objects in their environment is suitable for use and motivates teachers and students in the learning process.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis tanah yang dominan adalah Latosol, yang mencakup 51,35% dari total luas wilayah, diikuti oleh Podsolik (21,57%) dan Aluvial (17,09%). Latosol yang subur memerlukan manajemen konservasi yang tepat untuk mencegah degradasi, sementara Podsolik yang bersifat asam memerlukan perlakuan khusus guna mendukung produktivitas pertanian. Tutupan lahan didominasi oleh hutan lahan kering sekunder, yang mencakup 36,43% dari total area, berperan penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan hidrologi dan mencegah erosi. Topografi DAS Paguyaman, yang didominasi oleh perbukitan (55,24%) dan pegunungan (26,67%), menunjukkan risiko tinggi terhadap erosi, sehingga diperlukan strategi konservasi seperti reboisasi dan teknik terasering. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi data biogeofisik dalam merumuskan strategi pengelolaan yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap perubahan iklim, serta mendukung kebutuhan masyarakat lokal. Temuan ini dapat menjadi referensi strategis bagi penelitian lanjutan dan pengembangan kebijakan pengelolaan DAS yang lebih efektif.

pitality sector’s key role in tourism governance, research on its collaboration with public institutions, particularly in Makassar, Indonesia, remains limited. This study examines MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar to explore the mechanisms, challenges, and outcomes of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in sustainable tourism destination management (STDM). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and policy analysis to investigate how MaxOne Resort collaborates with local government and communities to implement sustainability initiatives. The findings reveal that structured mechanisms such as formal agreements, joint projects, and stakeholder committees facilitate sustainable governance. MaxOne Resort actively engages in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and responsible tourism practices, positioning itself as a sustainability model within the hospitality sector. However, regulatory misalignments, funding constraints, and inconsistent stakeholder engagement present significant challenges. The study underscores the relevance of the Penta-Helix framework, highlighting how collaboration among government, private sector, academia, community, and media enhances the legitimacy and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. This research contributes to the literature by providing a localized analysis of PPPs in Makassar, bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical applications. The findings offer policy recommendations to strengthen stakeholder collaboration, optimize governance structures, and support sustainable tourism development in emerging destinations.

ch collected quantitative data through surveys of 150 respondents from Islamic educational institutions and qualitative data through in-depth interviews with 15 school principals and pesantren administrators. The research results show that although technology has been adopted by most Islamic educational institutions, significant challenges arise related to infrastructure limitations, teachers' digital skills, and access disparities in various regions. Adaptive and technology-based leadership plays a crucial role in designing policies that support digital transformation in Islamic educational institutions. Moreover, the integration of Islamic values with technology has also proven to be important in maintaining the identity and morality of Islamic education. This research suggests the importance of intensive training for educators and equitable access to technology so that Islamic education management can be more responsive to social and technological changes, and capable of improving the quality of education in the future.

The findings highlight that PT KAI’s ethical initiatives strengthen its reputation, promote customer loyalty, and support a positive workplace environment. Despite these successes, challenges remain, including the absence of formalized ethical guidelines and the need for ethical leadership. The Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) has a crucial role in protecting customer deposits when banks experience liquidation. In this context, LPS functions as a legal protection strategy for customer deposits held in banks. This action is important to maintain public confidence in banking amidst economic uncertainty. In response to the 1998 monetary crisis, the Indonesian government issued a policy of guaranteeing bank payments, including public deposits, through LPS. The importance of LPS is revealed when banks experience failures that have the potential to threaten the security of customer funds. In this situation, LPS guarantees the customer's refund up to a certain limit, providing the necessary financial protection. This creates a sense of security for customers and promotes banking system stability. With LPS, customers can be assured that their funds are safe even if unexpected events occur in the banking world. The role of LPS as a deposit insurance institution is inherent in the government's efforts to regulate and supervise the financial sector. LPS plays a role as the front guard in protecting customer interests, maintaining financial system stability, and preventing potential losses that could arise due to the possibility of bank failure.

ekuensi hukum yang melindungi hak-hak korban, serta menelaah bagaimana sistem peradilan menangani kasus yang melibatkan perempuan sebagai pelaku pembunuhan berencana setelah mengalami KDRT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah yuridis normatif, dengan menganalisis peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan, seperti Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) dan Undang-Undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (UU PKDRT). Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan menggali penerapan kedua undang-undang tersebut dalam kasus-kasus pembunuhan berencana yang melibatkan perempuan sebagai pelaku, serta membandingkan antara ketentuan umum dalam KUHP dan ketentuan khusus dalam UU PKDRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembunuhan berencana yang dilakukan oleh perempuan sering kali dipicu oleh trauma psikologis yang dialami akibat kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Trauma ini, yang sering kali tidak terlihat, mempengaruhi kondisi mental pelaku dan dapat menjadi faktor utama dalam motif tindakannya. Dalam penegakan hukum, penting untuk memperhatikan konteks kekerasan domestik yang dialami oleh korban. Sistem peradilan harus mengutamakan penerapan UU PKDRT sebagai lex specialis, yang memberikan perlindungan kepada perempuan korban KDRT. Penulisan ini, mengeksplorasi kewajiban hukum yang diberikan kepada perempuan pelaku pembunuhan berencana dalam konteks trauma psikis. Penulis berharap penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam dalam perumusan kebijakan hukum yang responsif terhadap kondisi korban KDRT dan memperbaiki sistem perlindungan hukum bagi perempuan.
