Analysis of Indonesia's Foreign Policy in the Face of Climate Change: A Review from an International Relations Perspective

Abstract: This research analyzes Indonesia's role in addressing the challenges of climate change from a foreign policy perspective, highlighting the factors that influence policy formation, the diplomacy strategies implemented, as… well as their impact at the global level. With a comprehensive review, this research aims to provide insights into how Indonesia interacts with the international community in an effort to address the global environmental crisis. Through an exploration of the internal and external factors that influence foreign policy on climate change, the article identifies the challenges faced as well as the opportunities that exist for Indonesia to play a more active role in shaping the global environmental agenda. By highlighting Indonesia's contributions to climate change mitigation and adaptation as well as its environmental diplomacy efforts, this article provides a better understanding of the complex dynamics between Indonesia's foreign policy and climate change issues in the context of international relations.

The Influence of Intrinsic Motivation and Quality of Work Life on Employee’s Performance of Production Units of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Makasar, South Sulawesi.

Abstract: This study, held at the Production Unit of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XVI Makasar, South Sulawesi is aimed at analyzing the influence of intrinsic motivation and quality work life on employee’s performance. The sample in this… this research, which is quantitative in nature, was the employees of the production unit with a total number of 86 respondents. It is done with data analysis method, using multiple linear regressions.The result of this study indicates that the variables of intrinsic motivation and quality of work life simultanneously affect the employee’s performance with a contribution of 37,3%, while the remaining 52,7% is influenced by other factors, which are beyond this study.Partially, intrinsic motivation variables negatively affect and have a significant influence on performance. This is due to the different work cultures in the sector.

Analisis Kebutuhan Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Sex Education untuk Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the need for developing sex education learning media for elementary school children. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection technique uses… a questionnaire. Meanwhile, the data analysis uses qualitative data analysis. The results of the research show that (1) Currently there are not many sex education learning media that suit the characteristics of elementary school children, (2) it is very important to develop sex education learning media for elementary school children, (3) In general, sex education is still It is considered difficult to convey and teach to children. The causal factors include: First, parents' lack of understanding regarding sex education and how to provide information about Sex Education. Second, parents still feel embarrassed and uncomfortable conveying sexual matters to their children. Third, parents have not found the right tools that can be used to help and make it easier for them to introduce this matter.

Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Akidah Akhlak Di Kelas IX MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor

Abstract: Based on the background of the problem that has been explained by the researcher, it has been clarified into several problems as follows: 1. There are still many female students who ignore or underestimate the lessons of&#8230; moral aqidah 2. The ongoing learning process is less interesting so that students feel bored quickly. 3. Only some students understand the explanation given by the teacher. 4. Lack of student activity (question and answer) when learning takes place. 5. There are still many students who are reluctant to pay attention to the teacher explaining the material. The research method used by the author is quantitative research. The population in this study was all 30 students in class IX M at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining. This shows that student learning outcomes in the subject of moral aqidah have a very high level. Based on the research results, there is a significant positive influence of the use of learning media on student learning outcomes in the moral aqidah subject at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. This is proven by the calculation results of the equation Y 140.383 + 0.219 In the table for testing the significance of the regression line equation from the 5th column regression row, namely Fcount (b/a) 1.407, and p-value 0.245 > 0.05, so that H0 is accepted, it can be concluded that the regressions of Y and X are significant. The correlation coefficient value obtained r_xy 0.219 < r_table 0.374 is included in the weak correlation because it is in the value range 0.20-0.39. The results of the coefficient of determination show that visual learning media (print) has an influence of 4.8% on student learning outcomes, while 95.2% is influenced by other factors.

Evaluation of antibiotic prophylaxis in C-Section patients at RSIA Hikmah Sawi

Abstract: The Caesarean section (C-section) rate increased steadily in the past two decades in Indonesia. People have a common belief that cesarean delivery is less painful, and safer than vaginal delivery. Risk factors for maternal&#8230; al infection are clearly recognised, therefore Antibiotic prophylaxis at caesarean section is widely recommended to prevent maternal infection. The study was designed to evaluate antibiotic prophylaxis use for prevention of surgical site infections (SSIs). Retrospective review of medical records of all post SC patients who received antibiotic were evaluated during October 2021 to march 2022. Among 4 different antibiotics used in post SC patients, the most frequently requested were first generation cephalosporins (50,13%), third generation cephalosporins-ceftriaxone & cefotaxime (16,89% and 3,95%) and the least frequently requested were metronidazole infusion (3,86%). Antibiotic use in post SC patients are effective strategies in reducing SSIs patients which was proven by no patients with SSIs were found during the research period.

Analysis of Beginning Reading Difficulties of Dyslexic Students

Abstract: Reading skills are not something that can develop naturally like language development. However, in the development of reading which starts from the beginning of the development of this skill, it is necessary to carry out&#8230; a systematic planning process, unlike language development. The systematic development in question is a planned development like a lesson. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that cause dyslexia students' early reading difficulties and efforts to overcome them. This research method uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Difficulty reading at the beginning of dyslexic students is the factor of students who have limitations and experience slow learning which can be called dyslexia, namely a person's ability to recognize letters with evidence from the results of psychological tests. reading difficulties caused by a person's ability to recognize letters.

THE ROLE OF RESTAURANT TAXES IN INCREASING REGIONAL REVENUE IN SLEMAN

Abstract: Regional Autonomy is a strategic step taken by the government to overcome uneven development in Indonesia where local governments are responsible for improving regional development. One of the important factors for the success&#8230; uccess of regional development is the effectiveness of local revenue reflected through local taxes. The effectiveness of local taxes is a study of the collection performance carried out by the Regional Revenue Service during one fiscal year to determine the effectiveness of local taxes realized with the set target. Sleman Regency is one of the regions that currently has high Regional Original Revenue and one of the sources of revenue is restaurant tax. Sleman as one of the strategic areas provides many opportunities to increase Regional Original Revenue through taxes, including restaurant tax. The results of calculations and observations of data on the effectiveness of restaurant tax revenue in Sleman Regency for the last 4 years starting from 2019 to 2022 have fluctuated. The average effectiveness rate that reaches 112% indicates a very effective achievement. In terms of restaurant tax contribution to Regional Original Revenue, 2022 is the year with the largest restaurant tax contribution over the past 4 years because in that year Indonesia has begun to recover from covid-19, but the contribution of restaurant tax to Sleman Regency's Original Revenue is still in the category of less with an average restaurant tax contribution of 10.66%.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the implementation of restaurant tax collection with an online system in several regions in Indonesia. This research uses the method of literature study. The literature study method is a method&#8230; od by collecting and reviewing some previous research and then drawing conclusions from the previous research. The results obtained from the study of several literature are obstacles and supporting factors of online system implementation in several regions are more or less the same and there are some differences. The influencing factor is the quantity of tools and human resources in each region. This can affect the income of these areas.

Upaya Guru PAI Dalam Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Baca Tulis Al-Quran

Abstract: The teacher's efforts in Islamic education are to educate, educating is a very broad task. Education is partly carried out in the form of teaching, partly in the form of encouraging, praising, punishing, giving examples,&#8230; getting used to it, and so on. (Ahmad Tafsir, p.12 ). The obstacles that exist at the time of learning are many such as, the lack of learning hours for Islamic religious education in schools, the lack of discipline from students, environmental factors that cause them to be lazy to learn to read the Qur'an at an early age, and family factors that do not encourage their children to learn to read and write the Qur'an. The efforts of teachers are expected to be able to help overcome the problem of difficulty reading the Qur'an and make it their special purpose to overcome the difficulty of reading the Qur'an in MTs Manbatul Fikri Cururugrendeng. The teacher is an educator after the parents so the teacher has an important role in shaping the character. To find out the efforts of teachers to teach qur'an literacy, difficulty learning to read and write the qur'an, factors of difficulty reading and writing the qur'an, obstacles to the difficulty of reading and writing the Qur'an and the efforts of teachers in overcoming the difficulties of learning to read and write the Qur'an in MTs Manbatul Fikri Cururugrendeng, to find out the problems that exist in MTs Manbatul Fikri Cururugrendeng researchers use descriptive qualitative research methods by making observations,  interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research, the teacher's efforts in terms of educating and teaching about the literacy of the Qur'an to students when teaching are: The teacher conveys almost the same group of letters as Ta with Tsa, Sin with Syin, Dzal with Za. Then next is the grouping of children who have not been biased to read with those who are already fluent with the aim that those who are already fluent can guide those who are not yet fluent.

PENERAPAN METODE SIMAAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN HAFALAN AL-QUR’AN DI PONPES AR-RAUDHOH KASOMALANG

Abstract: The simaan method is the activity of performing the memorization of the Qur'an with bilghaib to the listeners of either one or more people. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the Application of the Simaan&#8230; n Method in Improving the Memorization of the Qur'an at the Ar-Raudhoh Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach method, by describing or describing the results of the research carried out such as interviews, observations and documentation. The population in this study is all students and teachers in the Ar-raudhoh Islamic boarding school. while the sample in this study was a total of 5 informants who were believed to have the information needed and could represent from the population. The results of this study are 1) preparation for the implementation of simaan at the Ar-raudhoh Islamic boarding school, namely by repeating memorization as often as possible and for a long time. 2) the implementation of the simaan method in the Ar-raudhoh islamic boarding school is a.simaan weekly, b.simaan semester, c.simaan memorization even 5, 10,15, 20, 25 juz, d.simaan kubro is simaan 30 juz in one sitting. 3) the simaan method can improve the memorization of the Qur'an in the Ar-raudhoh islamic boarding school by careful and continuous preparation, but if the simaan method is not done with istiqomah, then memorization will not be maintained. 4) Tahsin can improve the memorization of the Qur'an in terms of minimizing mistakes, because in Tahsin reading the Qur'an must be done carefully, because if ignored it will cause a change in meaning. 5) driving factors in carrying out simaan methods such as: giving motivation, giving memorization targets, desires from oneself and others. The inhibiting factors include: insecurity, fear, poor preparation, many mistakes, many similar verses.
