omic development. To remain competitive in the dynamic market, these MSMEs need to embrace innovative and creative strategies that can drive their growth and sustainability. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the innovation and creativity strategies employed by Indonesian culinary MSMEs and identify the key factors that contribute to their success. The study found that culinary MSMEs in Indonesia can adopt a range of innovative and creative strategies to enhance their competitiveness. These may entail developing novel and distinctive menu offerings, implementing efficient production processes, leveraging digital technologies for marketing and customer engagement, and fostering an organizational culture that promotes innovation. By adopting a customer-centric approach and remaining responsive to evolving market trends, these enterprises can distinguish themselves from competitors and maintain a leading position in the industry. A systematic review of the existing literature also reveals that culinary MSMEs in Indonesia face various challenges, including financial constraints, lack of human resources, and limited access to information and technology. To address these challenges, collaboration with external parties, such as the government, research institutions, and universities, can be a crucial step in enhancing the innovation capabilities of these enterprises.

mines the success and sustainability of a fitness center. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey involving a number of Golden Stik Gym members as respondents. The data collected was analyzed using statistical techniques to determine the influence of facilities and service quality on member satisfaction. The research results show that both facilities and service quality have a significant influence on member satisfaction. Complete and high-quality facilities, such as modern equipment, maintained cleanliness and comfortable spaces, contribute positively to member satisfaction. Apart from that, service quality, which includes staff professionalism, responsiveness to member needs, and the ability to provide personalized service, has also been proven to have a big impact. This research provides valuable insight for Golden Stik Gym management in their efforts to increase member satisfaction. In addition, the results of this research can be used as a reference for other fitness centers in developing strategies to increase their member satisfaction and loyalty. With the right focus on improving facilities and services, it is hoped that fitness centers can meet member expectations and continue to grow in this competitive industry

However, farmers and MSMEs still face obstacles in the use of manual equipment and less than optimal marketing, so product innovation is needed to increase the added value and competitiveness of oyster mushrooms in the market. As a solution, a mentoring program was introduced with the culinary innovation of oyster mushroom nuggets. This activity includes surveys and interviews with MSMEs, transfer of cultivation knowledge, and production practices. Nuggets were chosen because their texture resembles chicken meat, making them an economical and healthy food alternative. Production is carried out at the MSME's Mushroom House with a systematic method to ensure quality. The results of the mentoring showed a positive response from MSMEs and the community, both in terms of economy and product acceptance. In addition to increasing local income, this program also provides direct experience for students in understanding mushroom cultivation and processing. By optimizing local potential, innovation in processed oyster mushroom products can be a sustainable strategy in supporting village economic growth.

between service providers has become increasingly fierce. One factor that influences customer decisions is the price offered by the service provider. Therefore, this research aims to explore how price can influence customer satisfaction in the barbershop context. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to barbershop customers in Makassar City. Data processing was carried out using regression analysis to identify the relationship between price and customer satisfaction. The research results show that price has a significant influence on customer satisfaction in the barbershop service industry. These findings indicate that barbershop service providers need to consider appropriate pricing strategies to increase customer satisfaction. Competitive prices and in line with the quality of services offered can provide added value for customers. Apart from that, this research also shows that there are other factors that can influence customer satisfaction, such as service quality, barbershop environment, and overall customer experience. This research contributes to the understanding of the role of price in increasing customer satisfaction in the barbershop service industry. The results of this research can be a reference for barbershop service providers in developing effective marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and maintain competitiveness in a competitive market.

The sample units are brick businesses located in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency, totaling 65 businesses. Data collection used a survey with a questionnaire instrument using a Likert scale measurement. Respondents are asked to provide answers to closed statements. The respondents are brick business owners. The data analysis method in this research uses descriptive statistics to describe research variables and inferential statistics through PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis version of the WarpPLS 4.0 program. The product was then tested on 55 respondents who were divided into two groups, namely 31 respondents were consumers of Madura Cassava Chips products who had purchased the product before development with the results being quite feasible to use and 24 respondents were consumers of Madura Cassava Chips products who had purchased the product after development with the results being very feasible to use. From the results of the pretest and posttest, it was found that there were differences in product packaging design on the competitiveness of Mrs X's MSMEs before and after developing the Madura Cassava Chips product packaging design. Descriptive, namely research that aims to describe the nature, circumstances, phenomena, of an individual or group that you want to study. Qualitative research emphasizes quality not quantity and the data collected does not come from questionnaires but comes from interviews, direct observation and other related documents, and in this study the respondents are known as resource persons. The findings of this study explain that E11evenkick Academy is being faced with threats from outside the company but currently these threats can be suppressed and minimized by maximizing and optimizing the internal strengths of E11evenkick Academy. Based on the SWOT analysis, E11 Evenkick Academy is in quadrant II of the SWOT diagram. The strategy that must be implemented is to use the company's strengths to take advantage of long-term opportunities by way of a diversification strategy. The diversification strategy in question is how E11evenkick Academy can increase growth, sales and profits through expanding its market sector. This strategy will serve as the basis for E11evenkick Academy to increase competitiveness, especially in Makassar City.

This initiative responded to the limited use of visual elements such as packaging design, symbols, and graphic narratives that reflect local identity and influence consumer perception. Through a participatory approach, participants were introduced to the basics of visual discourse, practiced culturally rooted design techniques, and simulated digital promotional content. Monitoring was conducted through direct observation and feedback, while evaluation involved pre-tests, post-tests, and analysis of participants’ design outputs. Results showed a significant improvement in visual literacy and readiness to redesign product packaging more effectively. The seminar laid a foundation for building a creative and context-sensitive UMKM ecosystem, where visual elements serve as key tools to strengthen product identity, cultural relevance, and market competitiveness.
