igher education institutions, aiding in valuable decision-making processes. This research focuses on STMIK Royal Kisaran, which faces challenges in increasing the number of doctoral-educated lecturers. To address this limitation, the study explores the implementation of a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Profile Matching method. Lecturers in higher education play a crucial role in providing education, conducting research, and contributing to society. In an effort to enhance the qualifications of lecturers, this research designs a Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method. The aim of this research is to provide recommendations for prospective lecturer candidates to pursue a Doctoral degree based on criteria factors such as length of service, functional position, research score, dedication score, age, and recognition score. Data from 46 lecturers at STMIK Royal Kisaran who meet the criteria are used to test the validity and effectiveness of the Decision Support System (DSS). Through structured analysis, it is demonstrated that the Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method successfully provides recommendations for suitable lecturer candidates to pursue doctoral studies.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan ilmu pengetahuan telah menghadirkan kemudahan dalam menghasilkan informasi yang berkualitas, penggunaan teknologi informasi sudah memasuki segala bidang terutama bidang pengajaran pada perguruan tinggi dan membantu pengambilan keputusan yang bernilai. Penelitian ini berfokus pada STMIK Royal Kisaran yang mengalami kendala dalam meningkatkan jumlah dosen berpendidikan Doktor. Untuk mengatasi keterbatasan tersebut, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (DSS) dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching. Dosen pada pendidikan tinggi mempunyai peran penting dalam memberikan pendidikan, melakukan penelitian, dan memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualifikasi dosen, penelitian ini merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi kandidat calon dosen untuk mengejar gelar Doktor dengan berlandaskan faktor kriteria seperti lama kerja, jabatan fungsional, nilai penelitian, nilai pengabdian, umur, dan nilai rekognisi. Data dari 46 dosen STMIK Royal Kisaran yang memenuhi kriteria digunakan untuk menguji validitas dan efektivitas Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK). Melalui analisis terstruktur, menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode Profile Matching berhasil memberikan rekomendasi calon dosen yang layak direkomendasikan untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang Doktor.

Another problem with suppliers is that when they are ready to harvest the fish industry, they must also be able to provide it to all parties who need a supply of fish. The purpose of this research is to design and build a web-based supply and demand system for marine aquaculture products, which is expected to encourage the supply and demand process for marine aquaculture products. The method used to analyze needs / needs in this study is structured analysis to obtain design results based on user needs.

Abstrak: Informasi tentang ketersediaan bibit budidaya ikan laut sangat penting bagi pelaku pembudidaya ikan laut, karena ketersediaan mempengaruhi harga dan keberlangsungan operasi yang sedang berlangsung yang membutuhkan pasokan ikan laut. Selain itu, pemasok dituntut untuk dapat memenuhi permintaan penawaran dan menjaganya tetap seimbang dengan permintaan pasar agar harga pasar tetap stabil. Permasalahan yang paling mendasar adalah proses order atau request yang dilakukan oleh pembudidaya ikan laut masih melakukan order langsung ditempatkan di lokasi tersebut. Selain itu, pasokan ikan mungkin tidak mencukupi. Tentunya hal ini akan menyita banyak waktu saat proses pemesanan atau request antara pelaku pembudidaya ikan laut dan supplier. Masalah lain dengan pemasok adalah ketika mereka siap memanen industri ikan, mereka juga harus bisa menyediakannya kepada semua pihak yang membutuhkan pasokan ikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem supply and demand produk budidaya ikan laut berbasis web, yang diharapkan dapat mendorong proses supply and demand produk budidaya ikan laut. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan / kebutuhan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis terstruktur untuk mendapatkan hasil perancangan berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna.

cept in neuroscientific learning, describes the brain's ability to form, strengthen, or modify neural networks through experience, repetition, meaningful activities, and students' emotional involvement. Given the characteristics of elementary school students who are at a stage of cognitive development that is highly responsive to learning environment stimulation, a study of the application of neuroplasticity by teachers is important to ensure that the learning process is in line with the brain's working mechanisms.This study used a neuropsychological instrument measuring the dimensions of neuroplasticity to assess four main indicators, namely repetition & practice, dedicated time for review, use of interactive activities, and contextual learning that connects the material to students' real experiences. The data was reinforced through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis of the learning strategies applied by each teacher. The results showed variations in application between teachers. Some teachers showed strong implementation in interactive activities and contextual learning (score of 5), while structured repetition showed lower consistency (score of 3). The interview findings reinforced the instrument results by showing patterns of strategies such as the use of inspirational stories, educational games, quizzes with prizes, conveying the benefits of learning, and scaffolding through easy material as a starting point. This study concludes that the application of neuroplasticity principles is present in teachers' teaching practices, although the level of depth and routine still needs to be strengthened. The theoretical implication confirms that learning that integrates positive emotions, collaborative activities, planned repetition, and contextualization of material has the potential to have a significant impact on the formation of students' neural networks. Practically, this study provides recommendations for strengthening neuroscientific learning-based instructional design as an effort to optimize the learning process of elementary school students.

This study addresses the problem of how legal frameworks provide protection for teachers and whether existing regulations adequately ensure their rights and security. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of legal protection for teachers under the Criminal Code, Law No. 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers, Law No. 35 of 2014 on Child Protection, and Ministerial Regulations concerning teacher protection. The study employs a normative juridical method with a statute, conceptual, and case approach, relying on primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, analyzed through qualitative interpretation and juridical argumentation. The results indicate that although legal instruments exist, their implementation remains weak due to the absence of technical regulations, limited institutional coordination, and insufficient support systems for teachers at the school level. The study concludes that derivative regulations and integrated mechanisms are essential for ensuring effective protection. It recommends strengthening inter-agency coordination, establishing school-level protection units, and enhancing teachers’ legal literacy.

Grounded in framing theory, narrative theory, and social capital theory, the research explores how volunteers construct persuasive anti-drug messages through culturally rooted storytelling, emotional framing, and symbolic communication. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through interviews, focus groups, observations, and campaign materials with 18 youth volunteers. The findings reveal that volunteers effectively used personal experiences and local narratives to foster trust and collective identity, transforming individual challenges into shared stories of hope and resistance. Emotional strategies, such as gain-framed and fear-based appeals, were deliberately crafted to trigger empathy and promote behavioral change. Volunteers also capitalized on their deep integration within community networks to enhance message credibility and reach, cultivating both bonding and bridging social capital. The study challenges top-down approaches in health campaigns, illustrating the power of peer-led, culturally resonant communication. It contributes a layered communication model for grassroots health advocacy and underscores the transformative impact of narrative-driven volunteer engagement. The study recommends integrating cultural framing in training programs and exploring digital channels to scale grassroots messaging in future research.

Perencanaan program kerja OSDC Putri telah melalui tahap yang cukup matang dan pelaksanaan program juga diawasi dengan baik. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor penghambat seperti kurangnya fasilitas teknologi dan kendala dari internal pengurus. Di sisi lain, dedikasi pengurus dan bimbingan dari musyrifah menjadi faktor pendukung yang signifikan dalam keberhasilan program. Considering the varying degrees of development and infrastructure across Indonesia's regions, the study also identifies the distinct impacts of economic disparities across these areas. The results emphasize the need for tailored policy interventions that consider regional discrepancies and foster fair economic growth post-pandemic. Contributing to the economic recovery of the nation, the study finds sectors of the Indonesian economy with potential for expansion in the post-pandemic period. Employing the shift-share analysis and qualitative descriptive method, help determine if any changes have occurred in the configuration of the economic system during the post-pandemic period. The findings indicate that each of the five provinces, namely Bali, Riau Islands, Banten, East Borneo, and Yogyakarta, possesses distinct competitive advantages that are unique to their respective regions. However, none of the industries in these five areas possesses a significant degree of expertise in any particular industry. The research also emphasizes the lack of dedicated business activities focused on a specific industry.
