Abstract: By taking into account the function of brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image as intervening variables, this study seeks to assess the impact of celebrity endorsement on repurchase intention of SOMETHINC products.… ucts. A common marketing tactic for influencing consumer views and behavior toward specific products is celebrity endorsement. This study employs a survey methodology, collecting information from participants using questionnaires that are given to those who are familiar with SOMETHINC goods and have interacted with relevant celebrity endorsements. Utilizing statistical analysis techniques like multiple linear regression and path analysis, hypotheses are tested. The findings demonstrated that brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image are significantly influenced by celebrity endorsement. In this situation, brand attitude has been shown to mediate between celebrity endorsement and intention to repurchase. A similar association between celebrity endorsement and repurchase intention is mediated by brand credibility and brand image. These results demonstrate that celebrity endorsements can positively affect consumers' perceptions of SOMETHINC products by enhancing brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image. These factors in turn influence consumers' desire to repurchase the product. In order to maximize the efficacy of this marketing strategy, businesses should carefully evaluate the choice and management of celebrity endorsements as well as the development of positive brand attitudes, brand credibility, and brand image.

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of knowing, analyzing, and testing the effect of profitability, liquidity, solvency, and activity on the value of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed… d on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. Profitability is measured by Return on Equity, liquidity is measured by the Current Ratio, solvency is measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio, and activity is measured by Total Asset Turnover. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a comparative causal approach. The population used in this study were 30 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. so that a sample of 11 food and beverage sub-sector companies were obtained which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 program. The results of this study state that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Solvability has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. liquidity and activity have a negative and insignificant effect on firm value.

Abstract: Money plays a strategic role in economics and was often initially interpreted as a widely accepted means of payment, especially due to its primary function as a medium of transaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze… yze the effects of interest rates, economic growth and inflation on the money supply. The variables observed in this study are the floating money in circulation (M1) as the dependent variable and interest rates, economic growth and inflation as the independent variables. The study uses secondary data from his 2013 to his 2022 from the Central Bureau of Statistics. This study uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of this study demonstrate that the independent variables (interest rates, GDP, and inflation) simultaneously affect the dependent variable (money supply). On the other hand, only interest rate variables affect the money supply, while GDP and inflation variables do not.

Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that investment has a positive and significant effect on employment in the industrial sector and the minimum wage has a positive and insignificant effect on employment.

Abstract: The primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact of the implementation of performance allowance policies and leadership on employee performance within the context of Haji Makassar General Hospital. The quantitative… antitative research methodology aims to elucidate the causal relationship between the variables under examination. The population under investigation consisted of 67 employees of Haji Makassar General Hospital, and the entire population was included as the sample for this study. The data collection techniques included questionnaires, documentation analysis, interviews, and an extensive literature review. The Effect of Sales Promotion and Brand Awareness on Iconnet Purchase Decisions at PT. Icon+ in Makassar City

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotions and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Iconnet at PT. Icon+ in Makassar City. The population in this study are Iconnet customers. Sampling&#8230; g in this study used the slovin formula so that 96 respondents were sampled. The type of research used is associative research. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers. The results of the study after being processed with SPSS 25 show that there is a partially significant effect between the independent variables on the dependent variable as evidenced by the t value of the sales promotion variable (X1) of 7.015 > t table of 1.661 with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t value of the brand awareness variable (X2) is 2.873 > t table 1.661 with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a significant effect between the independent variable on the dependent variable as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 4.565 + 0.302 X1 + 0.155 X2 +e and the significant effect of F count 41.345 > F table 3.094 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05 The R Square value or the coefficient of determination of 0.471 indicates that 47.1% of the purchasing decision variable (Y) is influenced or can be explained by the independent variables of sales promotion and brand awareness, while the remaining 52.9% is explained by other variables not included in the this research. Abstract: As it expands, modern retailing must always be able to adapt to the lifestyle trends in society and understand the aspects that influence consumers' shopping behavior by implementing a unique store concept. Shopping has&#8230; become a habit for some people, including women, who are becoming more numerous and financially empowered. This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of shopping lifestyle and in-store displays on impulse buying among female consumers who use and buy branded fashion products at the UNIQLO store in Makassar City. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive method. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis, which was processed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that shopping lifestyle had a significant effect on impulse buying and in-store displays had a significant effect on impulse buying.

Abstract: This study aims to assess and analyze whether the marketing strategy STP (Segmentation, targets, and position) to the level of sales has been implemented by Upnormal Coffee Beach in Palu which has reached more than one year&#8230; ear (2021- 2022). This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of Upnormal Coffee while the sample of this research is all employees of Upnormal Coffee as many as 36 employees as respondents using saturation sampling, the sampling technique when all members of the population were used as a sample.
