Lack of knowledge in providing information in real time, resulting in information submitted is not up-to-date, so that in various situations and conditions of information provided has been obsolete. Push Notification is one service that can answer the problem so that no more information is not delivered the latest, with the use of this service every update information will be immediately sent as a message notification, so the latest information will not be missed. Push Notification Services are generally widely applied to mobile applications such as Android and iOS. For the use of the largest mobile operating system based on statcounter for 2012 to 2016 in Indonesia is controlled by the Android Operating System. Based on the data the application development Push Notification is applied to the Andoid Operating System as the largest market share today.

Abstrak: Push Notification adalah sebuah layanan yang banyak digunakan untuk keperluan pemberitahuan melalui pesan pendek yang ada di smartphone. Dengan adanya layanan Push Notification tersebut, pengguna dapat terbantu dalam hal yang bersipat pemberitahuan secara singkat. Pada implementasinya Push Notification dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai keperluan sehari-hari misalnya untuk monitoring absensi, update berita terbaru, dan sebagainya. Aplikasi yang akan dirancang adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengirim Push Notification yang nantinya akan dapat dikembangkang di berbagai bidang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Kurangnya pengetahuan dalam memberikan informasi secara real time, berakibat informasi yang tersampaikan tidak up-to-date, sehingga dalam berbagai situasi dan kondisi informasi yang diberikan telah usang. Push Notification salah satu layanan yang dapat menjawab masalah tersebut sehingga tidak ada lagi informasi yang terbaru tidak tersampaikan, dengan penggunaan layanan ini setiap terjadi update informasi maka akan langsung terkirim sebagai pesan notification, sehingga informasi yang terbaru tidak akan terlewatkan. Layanan Push Notification umumnya banyak diterapkan pada aplikasi mobile seperti Android dan IOS. Untuk penggunaan Sistem Operasi mobile terbesar berdasarkan statcounter untuk tahun 2012 sampai 2016 di Indonesia dikuasi oleh Sistem Operasi Android. Berbasarkan data tersebut pengembangan aplikasi Push Notification ini diterapkan pada Sistem Operasi Andoid sebagai pangsa pasar terbesar saat ini.

ach was used to examine how the policy is translated into public service practices, particularly in a local context where the waiting period has reached approximately 18 years, with about 2,500 prospective pilgrims and an annual quota of 135 people. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document review involving officials responsible for Hajj and Umrah services and relevant community informants. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that policy implementation is supported by four interrelated factors: bureaucratic structure, resources, communication, and the disposition of implementing officers. A clear organizational structure and standard operating procedures facilitate coordination and accountability. Competent human resources, adequate facilities, and the use of Siskohat strengthen service accuracy and transparency. Multi-channel communication helps reduce misunderstanding, while professional and empathetic officer attitudes build public trust. The novelty of this study lies in its local-level analysis of Hajj waiting list implementation in an archipelagic regency. The study implies that transparent, responsive, and humanistic public services are essential for maintaining fairness and legitimacy in long-term Hajj queue management.

City Drinking Water BLUD, one of the things that is of concern is that there are differences in data between the Revenue Treasurer and the Accounting Department. While the accounting department is duty to provide financial statement data to DPKP Cimahi City which will then be consolidated to BPKAD Cimahi City. When the accounting department reconciles data with BPKAD, there is different income data between BAPPENDA and BPKAD. This happened because there was no data reconciliation first between the revenue treasurer and the Accounting Section of the Cimahi City Drinking Water BLUD before the data was provided to interested parties. So far, BLUD Drinking Water uses SOPs that have not been updated. The problem occurred because the Cash Receipt SOP had not been updated and had not complied with the SOP preparation standards set by the local government. Needed to create a new Cash Receipt SOP so that the data provided by the Revenue Treasurer or Accounting Section becomes one vote. The methods used in preparing SOP are interviews, observations, and literature studies. The result of the community service carried out is that there is an excel format of the latest Cash Receipt SOP even though it has not been ratified because it is still waiting for the completion of SOP in other divisions.

This is done by maximizing the productivity of mechanical equipment, namely existing loading and transport equipment. Increasing production capacity by maximizing the productivity of existing mechanical equipment is a relatively cheaper way than adding heavy equipment. Efficiency is the key to increasing the productivity of existing mechanical tools. Based on considerations of the company's need to increase production, one of which is by maximizing the productivity of existing mechanical equipment, this research aims to conduct a study on the productivity of PC1250 loading equipment and HD465 transportation equipment carried out at the Agaru Pit mining block 44-50 at the Samabarata site. PT Berau Coal so that the results of this study can determine the productivity of each mechanical device. The research method is carried out using direct computation, tabular method, and comparison between theoretical and actual and using the theory of calculation equations. Where the supporting data for analysis is in the form of field data as primary data and literature data as supporting (secondary) data. The results of this research study are the productivity of PC1250 loading equipment and HD465 transportation equipment where there are deviation values between actual and theoretical, both positive deviation (the optimum positive deviation between actual and theoretical is 97.3%) and negative deviation (optimum negative deviation between actual and theoretical is -11.8 %).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana praktik leasing konvensional sesuai dengan ketentuan syariah serta mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan dan peluang yang ada dalam penerapan leasing syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun praktik leasing konvensional sering kali tidak sejalan dengan prinsip -prinsip syariah, terdapat peluang besar untuk mengembangkan leasing syariah yang dapat mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi sambil tetap menjaga nilai-nilai Islam. Studi ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam praktik leasing di Indonesia.

While the independent variables are industrial production index (IPI), inflation, BI rate, composite stock price index (CSPI) and exchange rates. The analytical method used is Vector Error Correction Models (VECM). The data used in this study are monthly time series data from January 2010 - December 2015. The results of the study state that in the long term the influence of the Industrial Production Index (IPI), inflation and exchange rates have a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets ( ROA) and Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Meanwhile, the BI rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) have a positive and significant impact on Return on Assets (ROA) and Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Industrial Production Index (IPI), inflation and exchange rates have a positive and significant influence on the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). Meanwhile, the BI rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) have a negative and significant effect on the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). The short-term effect of macroeconomic variables on financial performance (ROA, FDR and BOPO) does not show a significant relationship.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the Quality of Public Services at the East Banjarmasin District Office, Banjarmasin City. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the service standards at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office have been carried out in accordance with applicable procedures, but many people do not understand the service standards in the office, because the service standards are not installed at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office. The quality of public services at the East Banjarmasin Sub-district Office, Banjarmasin City can be said to be good, but there are indicators that have not been running according to community expectations, namely the unfriendliness of service employees in serving service users. So that makes people uncomfortable in taking care of all their needs.
