vily influenced by peer recommendations and digital promotional strategies. Using a quantitative research approach with stratified random sampling, data were collected from 100 respondents through a Likert-scale questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to assess the impact of the two independent variables—WOM and promotion—on purchasing decisions. The results showed that WOM has a significant partial influence on purchasing decisions, indicating that peer communication, both traditional and electronic, is a dominant factor in shaping consumer perceptions and preferences. Promotion, on the other hand, did not show a significant partial effect, suggesting that price incentives alone may not be sufficient to influence purchasing behavior unless reinforced by social influence or trust. However, the simultaneous effect of WOM and promotion was statistically significant, emphasizing their combined role in consumer decision-making. The study concludes that WOM is a more dominant and effective marketing tool than standalone promotions and should be central to marketing strategies in the lifestyle-based coffee industry. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and offer practical implications for enhancing marketing effectiveness through integrated communication approaches.

s study is based on the importance of improving the performance of the apparatus in providing effective, responsive, and quality public services. Work compliance is seen as the attitude of the apparatus in obeying applicable rules, procedures, discipline, and work standards, while work motivation reflects the motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness of the apparatus to complete tasks. The population in this study is all apparatus in the agency, with a sample of 59 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS software version 23.00. The results of the study show that work compliance has a positive and significant effect on the work results of the apparatus. This means that the higher the level of compliance of the apparatus with work rules and procedures, the better the work results achieved. Meanwhile, work encouragement has a positive but insignificant effect on the work results of the apparatus. These findings show that work motivation needs to be supported by a conducive work system, supervision, and organizational environment in order to be able to improve performance optimally. The implication is that agencies need to strengthen the culture of discipline and design a more targeted motivation strategy according to the needs of public service apparatus in a sustainable manner in the region

The results of this study indicate that although Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel offers various additional facilities such as swimming pools, restaurants, massage services, and others, room types such as Superior Room and Deluxe Room continue to contribute significant departmental profits. However, there was a decrease in the Room Department's profit and loss at the end of 2017 due to room renovations and new facilities, as well as in 2019 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in a decrease in guest visits. in this study uses documentation techniques in the form of balance sheets and income statements for 2018-2022. The profitability ratios used in this study include Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earnings Per Share (EPS). The results showed that the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk for the last four years has tended to be unfavorable, because the average value of the profitability ratio is below the expected standard of measurement. To overcome the problem of declining financial performance, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk must identify and control production and distribution costs more efficiently, develop appropriate pricing and sales strategies, manage accounts receivable properly, and be prudent in using loans with favorable interest rates to increase the company's net profit.

Consequently, this study was conducted to elucidate the interrelations between work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance within the context of the Regional Drinking Water Company of Makassar City (PDAM Makassar City).The research involved the collection of data from 107 employees of the Makassar City Regional Drinking Water Company to empirically test the proposed research model, utilizing WarpPLS 7.0 modeling software. The findings of the study reveal that there is a statistically significant influence of organizational commitment and work discipline, both individually and collectively, on job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, a discernible impact of job satisfaction on employee performance was identified, and an indirect influence of organizational commitment and work discipline variables on performance was observed through their impact on job satisfaction

The sample of this research is 29 company shares selected based on purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are carried out with documentation. Data analysis technique uses a single index model.
The results of this study indicate that there are 12 company shares included in the optimal portfolio, namely ADRO of 11.9%, BBCA of 8.7%, BBRI of 2.5%, BMRI of 13.1%, LPPF of 3.5%, ITMG of 11.3%, PTBA of 0.6% , TOWR 0.5%, DMAS 2.2%, ANTM 14.5%, HEXA 25.3%, and MPMX 5.9%. The expected return that investors get from the optimal portfolio formed is 0.0279 or 2.79% per month. The portfolio risk borne by the investor on investment from the optimal portfolio is (portfolio variance of 0.0144 or 1.44% and a standard deviation of 0.12 or 12% per month.

The data analyzed comes from the financial reports at PT. State Savings Bank (PERSERO) Tbk specifically in the statement of financial position and annual comprehensive income statement ending December 31 2019 to December 31 2021. The results of the study show that Bank BTN has low financial performance. Judging from the total ROA generated each year, it cannot reach the standard set by Bank Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain analisis deskriptif, data empiris dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pimpinan akademik, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), analisis dokumen sistem penjaminan mutu internal (SPMI), serta observasi langsung terhadap alur kerja administratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola yang terstruktur dalam pemantauan kualitas mengajar dan digitalisasi administrasi pembelajaran berfungsi sebagai katalis langsung bagi transparansi, responsivitas, dan akuntabilitas institusi. Meskipun demikian, tantangan sistemik masih ditemukan, terutama terkait distribusi sumber daya yang belum merata, kesenjangan literasi digital, dan kontinuitas pelatihan pedagogik. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi platform administrasi otomatis dengan evaluasi dosen yang sistematis dan objektif menciptakan fondasi yang tangguh bagi GUG, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kredibilitas institusi, keberlanjutan operasional, serta capaian pendidikan secara holistik di universitas tingkat daerah.
