learning has become critical for organizations to enhance workforce adaptability and innovation. Organizational learning dimensions—such as personal mastery, shared vision, team learning, mental models, and systems thinking—were analyzed for their contribution to employee competencies, including knowledge, skills, and attitudes. A quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) revealed a significant positive relationship between organizational learning and competencies, with a path coefficient of 0.465 and a t-statistic of 6.434. The findings underscore the role of organizational learning in improving employee collaboration, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. However, challenges like resistance to change, unequal participation, and resource limitations were identified as barriers. Addressing these issues through leadership commitment, inclusive participation, and resource optimization can amplify the impact of learning initiatives.

Research Objectives: (1) To analyze the level of digital financial literacy among low-income communities and identify the factors influencing it. (2) To evaluate the role of digital financial platforms in helping low-income families manage their finances effectively. (3) To identify the challenges faced by low-income communities in accessing and utilizing digital financial services. (4) To assess the impact of using digital financial technology on family financial management and the well-being of low-income communities. This study employs a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Participatory Action Research is a research method that involves the active participation of the community or group being studied throughout the research process, from planning, implementation, and reflection to corrective actions. The research findings indicate that the community lacks sufficient education regarding financial literacy in the use of digital tools for managing family finances. This lack of education poses a significant challenge in adopting digital finance for financial management among low-income communities. However, with the financial revolution, low-income communities have begun to understand the use of digitalization in managing family finances.

experiences and perceptions of MSME actors and incubator managers regarding the impact of incubation on their business development. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation related to the incubation program run by Makassar Technopark and Makassar City Business Incubator. The results of the study indicate that business incubators have a positive impact on improving managerial skills, wider market access, and strong business networks for MSMEs. However, there are challenges related to the suitability of training materials to the needs of specific sectors, difficulties in accessing capital, and limited time that MSME actors can invest in participating in the incubation program. Lack of ongoing mentoring after the incubation is complete is also one of the obstacles faced by business actors. Therefore, this study recommends adjusting the incubation program to be more relevant to the needs of each MSME sector, as well as increasing post-incubation support to ensure business sustainability.

This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that most employees have adequate technical skills in operating information technology devices, and demonstrate discipline and responsibility in carrying out their duties. The Communication and Information Agency has also exceeded several strategic performance targets, including improving digital services, public participation, and increasing the SPBE index value. This study recommends the importance of increasing regular training, updating digital infrastructure, and strengthening the competency-based performance evaluation system. Overall findings indicate that the development of HR competencies has a significant contribution to achieving effective, efficient, and adaptive institutional performance to the demands of the digital era.

This study explores the development of digital literacy-based entrepreneurship education strategies for individuals with disabilities in Mojokerto. The innovation of this research lies in its integration of digital literacy with entrepreneurship education, a relatively underexplored approach. The study addresses the urgent need to increase participation of individuals with disabilities in the digital economy, in line with SDGs 8 and 10. Using a qualitative approach, the study conducted in-depth interviews and observations with individuals with disabilities and instructors. Findings show that digital literacy enhances participants' ability to engage in digital markets, understand online marketing, and use technology for business management. Participants reported greater self-confidence and the ability to start their own businesses after completing the program. The study underscores the need for a technology-based entrepreneurship curriculum and digital literacy training, to provide more inclusive and empowering opportunities for individuals with disabilities, supporting SDGs on social and economic inclusion

Di sisi lain, aktivitas ekowisata juga menimbulkan berbagai dampak yang perlu dikaji sebagai dasar pengembangan kawasan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan dampak ekowisata Pantai Bohay, serta menganalisis strategi pengembangannya menggunakan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas pengelola ekowisata Pantai Bohay, masyarakat lokal, dan wisatawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan strategi pengembangan dianalisis menggunakan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pantai Bohay memiliki potensi ekowisata yang meliputi ekowisata bahari berbasis terumbu karang, panorama pantai dan sunset, ekosistem mangrove, serta wisata kuliner hasil laut. Dampak positif yang ditimbulkan meliputi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, terbukanya lapangan kerja, meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan konservasi, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran terhadap pelestarian lingkungan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas tertentu, pengelolaan mangrove yang belum optimal, dan ancaman terhadap ekosistem pesisir. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi pengembangan diarahkan pada penguatan potensi sumber daya alam dan kelembagaan lokal, peningkatan fasilitas pendukung, pengembangan atraksi ekowisata, serta penguatan upaya konservasi lingkungan.
Bohay Beach is an ecotourism destination located in Binor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. The area boasts various ecotourism potentials supported by scenic coastal views, coral reefs, mangrove ecosystems, seafood-based culinary tourism, and local community involvement in its management. However, ecotourism activities also generate impacts that require assessment to inform sustainable area development. This study aims to identify the ecotourism potential and impacts of Bohay Beach and to analyze development strategies using SWOT analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Research subjects include Bohay Beach ecotourism managers, local community members, and tourists, selected via purposive sampling. Data collection involved observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model—comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing—while development strategies were analyzed using SWOT. The results indicate that Bohay Beach possesses ecotourism potential including coral reef-based marine ecotourism, coastal scenery and sunsets, mangrove ecosystems, and seafood culinary tourism. Positive impacts include increased community income, job creation, heightened community participation in conservation activities, and growing environmental awareness. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as limited facilities, suboptimal mangrove management, and threats to the coastal ecosystem. Based on the SWOT analysis, development strategies focus on strengthening natural resource potential and local institutions, upgrading supporting facilities, developing ecotourism attractions, and reinforcing environmental conservation efforts.

hybrid systems that combine manual and digital record-keeping without proper integration, resulting in inefficient patient data management. This study aims to develop an integrated hybrid Electronic Medical Record system at Damai Clinic to improve healthcare services and patient data management. A descriptive research method with a system development approach was employed through system analysis, problem identification, and system design. The results indicate that the proposed system successfully integrates patient registration, medical examination, pharmacy services, payment, and reporting into a single system. The hybrid implementation allows paper-based records to remain as supporting archives while electronic records become the primary source of patient information. The developed system is expected to improve service efficiency, reduce documentation errors, enhance data security, and support digital transformation in healthcare facilities.
