employees of the UPT Regional Revenue Samsat Office Makassar Region 1. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques consist of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test, test of the coefficient of determination. Physical Work Environment Variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and Non-Physical Work Environment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The most dominant variable affecting job satisfaction is the non-physical work environment variable. The dependent variable job satisfaction can be explained by variables consisting of the physical work environment, and the remaining non-physical work environment is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.

g in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling technique so that 80 respondents were sampled. The type of research used is quantitative. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers. The results of the study after the data was processed with SPSS.23 show that there is a partially significant effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable which can be proven by the calculated t value of the product quality variable (X1) of 2,938> t table 1.665 with a significant value of 0.004 <0.05 and the calculated t value of the service quality variable (X2) of 4.700> t table 1.665 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (X2). Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = -0.754 + 0.167 X1 + 0.338 X2 + e and a significant effect with a calculated F value of 56.016 > F table 3.965 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. The R Square value or the coefficient of determination of 0.593 indicates that 59.3% of the customer satisfaction variable (Y) is influenced or can be explained by the independent variables of product quality and service quality, while the remaining 40.7% is explained by other variables not included in this study. consumers and this can encourage consumer repurchase interest. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ease of use and consumer experience on repurchase intention through satisfaction. The population in this study are consumers who know the KAI Access application in the city of Malang. While the sample in this study was 271 respondents. This type of research is descriptive and non-probability, using the Smart PLS program. The results are (1) ease of use has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction (2) consumer experience has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction (3) ease of use has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (4) consumer experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (5) satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (6) ease of use has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through satisfaction (7) consumer experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, similar business actors suggest that companies are more selective in using ease of use which will provide a good experience for consumers so that consumers feel satisfied and feel an interest in repurchasing

commitment jointly on employee performance at the Makassar City Social Service . The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 69 respondents. This study used a quantitative approach and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the variable Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a t count of 2.964 > t table of 1.996. The Employee Commitment variable has a significant effect with a t count of 2.943 > t table of 1.996. Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance at the Makassar City Social Service. Therefore, if job satisfaction and employee commitment continue to be improved, it will certainly increase employee performance.

omer satisfaction. The population in this study is the customer of KFC Pettarani Makassar City, amounting to 43,000 customers per month, while the sample used is based on the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, namely 100 respondents. Withdrawal sampling technique is non-probability sampling with the technique taken is accidental sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for windows. Based on simple linear regression analysis, the results obtained are product quality which affects customer satisfaction. The influence given is positive and significant. The positive direction given by the product quality variable (independent) can be seen from the regression equation as follows: Y = 1.663 + 0.310X. This shows that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

lity (X1), Customer Satisfaction (X2) as the independent variable and Repurchase (Y) as the dependent variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted using a purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 80 respondents. The data collection method was through distributing questionnaires to the customer population of the Bone Sewing House (RJA). The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that service quality (X1) has a significant effect on repurchase (Y) and customer satisfaction (X2) has a significant effect on repurchase (Y) with a sig value of 0.000, which means the value is less than α 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05).

60 customers. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method which was distributed via Google from. The data analysis technique used is partial least squares (PLS) using measurement model analysis (outer model) and structural model analysis (inner model) where the research results show a direct effect of E-Service (X) on E-Loyalty (Y), where from the results of the statistical test the result is a p-value (0.011) <0.05, which means that the p-value is less than the significance level of 0.05 so that there is a direct effect of E-Service on E -Loyalty.
