the influence of leadership style on employee commitment in the organization with employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar City. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. The population in this study is all employees of PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar City which is 132 people, so the sampling technique used is the census method. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment in the organization. In addition, leadership style has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction also has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment in the organization. Furthermore, the results of the testing of the intervening variables showed that employee job satisfaction was significantly able to mediate the influence of leadership style on employee commitment in the organization.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of financial compensation and work flexibility on employee loyalty, and to examine the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study focused on employees of the West…
t Java Gas and Steam Power Plant (PLTGU) to understand how these factors influence their level of loyalty to the company.
This study used a quantitative approach using a census method, sampling the entire population, consisting of 49 employees of the West Java PLTGU Operations Division. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables in the research model. The results showed that financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Work flexibility was also shown to have a positive effect on loyalty, although this effect was not mediated by job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job satisfaction acted as a significant mediator in the relationship between financial compensation and employee loyalty. These findings suggest that employee loyalty can be enhanced through both increased compensation and direct provision of work flexibility.
Abstract:The development of digital technology has transformed consumer consumption patterns, particularly in the fashion industry, which is increasingly dominated by e-commerce platforms. Shopee, as one of the largest marketplaces…
es in Southeast Asia, has become a primary choice for consumers when shopping for fashion products. One factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions is the availability of online reviews on the platform. This study aims to analyze the role of online reviews as a mediating variable in fashion product purchasing decisions on Shopee. Online reviews serve as a source of information that helps consumers evaluate product quality, seller reputation, and the level of satisfaction of previous users. The research method used was a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to Shopee consumers who had previously purchased fashion products. The collected data was then analyzed using a path analysis model to examine the direct and indirect relationships between factors influencing purchasing decisions. The results show that online reviews play a significant role as a mediator in the decision-making process. Consumers tend to trust other users' real-life experiences more than solely the seller's product description. Positive reviews increase consumer interest and confidence in a product, while negative reviews can delay or even cancel a purchase decision. These findings confirm that the presence of online reviews is not only a supporting factor but also serves as a bridge, mediating the relationship between consumer perceptions of a product and the final purchase decision. The implication of this research is that sellers on Shopee need to pay attention to product and service quality to generate positive reviews, thereby increasing purchase conversion rates.
Abstract:Multi-sensory brand experience has emerged as a crucial factor in modern marketing, significantly influencing customer satisfaction, brand perception, and loyalty. Despite its increasing importance, research in this area…
remains fragmented, with theoretical integration and empirical validation gaps. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and bibliometric analysis using the Scopus database to map the evolution of research on multi-sensory brand experiences and their impact on customer satisfaction. From an initial dataset of 203 documents, a rigorous selection process resulted in 41 relevant articles for in-depth analysis. Using VOS viewer, the study visualizes research networks, inter-topic relationships, and emerging trends, revealing a 47% increase in publication volume from 2012 to 2024.
Findings indicate that customer satisfaction, consumer behaviour, and sales are dominant themes, with sentiment analysis and digital technology (AI, AR) gaining traction in recent years. However, significant gaps remain, particularly in experimental studies quantifying the long-term impact of multi-sensory experiences on customer loyalty and cross-industry comparisons of multi-sensory branding effectiveness. The novelty of this study lies in its combined bibliometric and systematic approach, which identifies critical research trends, theoretical gaps, and emerging digital strategies in multi-sensory marketing. This study contributes to the academic discourse by comprehensively synthesizing research trends and proposing future research directions in technology-driven branding strategies and consumer engagement.

nalysis method using SmartPLS 4.0 software. with PLS-SEM Alogarithm and Bootstraping calculations with a sampling method using Nonprobability Sampling Technique of 214 respondents where data was obtained via google form with measurements using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that there is no direct effect of payment convenience on online shopping addiction in urban communities in South Sulawesi. Payment convenience affects customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction affects online shopping addiction in urban communities in South Sulawesi. Payment convenience affects online shopping addiction through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in urban communities in South Sulawesi
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the impact of mobile banking service quality on customer relationship quality in Indonesian Islamic banks, with a focus on the moderating role of gender. With the rapid growth of digital technology,…
logy, mobile banking has become a crucial factor influencing customer experience, particularly within the context of Islamic banking, which operates on Islamic principles. This research investigates how the quality of mobile banking services (such as ease of access, security, and transaction convenience) affects customer relationship quality (including trust, satisfaction, and loyalty). Additionally, it explores whether gender moderates the relationship between mobile banking service quality and customer relationship quality. Data were collected through surveys from customers of Indonesian Islamic banks, and the analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings are expected to provide insights into the design of mobile banking services that are responsive to gender-specific needs and offer recommendations for Islamic banks to strengthen customer relationships through more inclusive digital innovations.

Testing the indirect effect of service quality and user trust on the loyalty of SIAPkerja employment service users through user satisfaction. This study involved 150 users of the Ministry of Manpower's SIAPkerja employment service. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 3. The results showed that service quality and user trust directly have a positive and significant effect on SIAPkerja employment service user satisfaction; service quality directly has a positive and significant effect on user loyalty. User trust directly has a positive but insignificant effect on user loyalty. User satisfaction directly has a positive and significant effect on user loyalty. Service quality and user trust indirectly have a positive and significant influence on the loyalty of SIAPkerja employment service users through user satisfaction. In other words, user satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality and user trust on the loyalty of SIAPkerja employment service users.

ing questionnaire data on a sample of 35 respondents. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, there is a constant value of 4.170, a regression value for the employee performance variable of 0.260 and a regression value for the service quality variable of 0.288. This means that all independent variables have a direct influence on variable Y. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that there is an influence of 54.6%, meaning that Employee Performance and Service Quality have an influence of 54.6%. Meanwhile, the remaining 45.3% was influenced by other variables not included in this research. This proves that there is an influence of Employee Performance and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT Citra Buana Adi workshop in East Jakarta
