s one of the critical factors that has an impact on the level of guest satisfaction and customer loyalty. The room boys are an integral part of the hotel operations and are responsible for ensuring rooms are clean, tidy, and ready so that guests always feel comfortable and accommodated in a beautiful environment. This study employs the qualitative approach of research types using data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews with room boys and hotel management as well as guest satisfaction surveys. The findings indicate that the good work performance of the room boy has a great influence on providing high-quality robust service. It was concluded that trained room boys have high motivation and when they are provided with proper tools and materials good room service is possible. In this case, the room boy's performance can be enhanced by hotel management to ensure that they provide frequent training, and work facilities as well as proper and fair assessment and appreciation to the subordinates. It is the finding of this research that room boy work optimization can be done through training, management, and productivity-oriented assessments.

Nias Regency. This study aims to determine the level of performance of Sisobahili Village office employees in the use of technology to improve administrative services. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, and the object of this study is carried out on natural objects. The data collection techniques used in this study are Observation, Documentation, and Interview. The researcher made observations by directly going into the field to see the object being studied. Then the researcher conducted interviews to explore information to data sources, namely the main informant, key informant, and supporting informant, then collected documents about the use of technology techniques in analyzing the data carried out in this study after data collection, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the Sisobahili Village Office still does not have adequate facilities to support administrative service activities to the community such as computers that are still not owned by the Sisobahili Village office, the facilities in the Sisobahili Village office, only in the form of laptops and printers . The limitations of these facilities are an obstacle for the Village apparatus in carrying out administrative activities related to the use of technology, so in this case information technology has not been used optimally. Human Resources in the use of information technology by the Sisobahili Village apparatus is still low, due to the low level of education of village apparatus in terms of technology utilization, so that some forms of services carried out still have obstacles, all forms of services related to technology are always charged to operators and other devices that are able to use technology, so it can be concluded based on the results of interviews at the level of human resources of the Village apparatus The use of technology is still minimal. The total sample size for this study was 30 respondents, comprising 5 purposively sampled employees and 25 community respondents selected incidentally. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data was collected using observation and questionnaires, with frequency tables used for analysis. Based on the analysis of questionnaire data across the five indicators (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), the findings indicate that the service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon Subdistrict is deemed insufficient.

Rencana Kerja Anggaran Perusahaan pada kantor PT PLN (persero) pada tahun 2019 jumlah keseluruhan pendapatan usaha (Rp 359.605.880) dikurang dengan jumlah keseluruhan biaya usaha sebesar Rp 315.440.938 adalah sebesar Rp 44.164.942, sedangkan tahun 2020 Jumlah keseluruhan pendapatan usaha (Rp 345.415.637) dikurang dengan jumlah keseluruhan biaya usaha sebesar Rp 301.008.165 adalah sebesar Rp 44.407.472. The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. However, adherence to the rules still needs to be improved because some employees often neglect their duties. Employees at the Hilimegai Subdistrict Office of South Nias Regency work for 8 hours a day, from 8 am to 4 pm, and always follow the rules that apply in their office.

Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data kepustakaan dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan penelitian sejarah sebagai pendukungnya. Penulis memperoleh informasi dan data secara mendalam melalui literatur sejarah, buku, jurnal, serta media yang mendukung untuk mendapatkan landasan teori mengenai radio sebagai media komunikasi pemerintah dan masyarakat. Berdasarkan catatan sejarah, proklamasi diumumkan pada tanggal 17 Agustus tahun 1945 melalui siaran stasiun radio pemerintah Jepang Hoso Kyoku, Yusuf Ronodipuro yang dikenal sebagai pendiri Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) mengumumkan kemerdekaan bangsa Indonesia sebagai bangsa yang bebas seutuhnya dari segala penindasan dan penguasaan bangsa asing. Penulis mendapati perkembangan radio setelah kemerdekaan dimulai saat lahirnya RRI pada tanggal 11 September 1945, hingga saat ini tercatat sekitar 53 lebih jenis stasiun radio di Indonesia yang tersebar ke seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Masing-masing stasiun siaran tersebut memiliki Output nya tersediri sebagai ciri khas hingga dapat dinikmati berbagai kalangan. Kerap kali radio di jadikan media penyampaian aspirasi masyarakat kepada pemerintah melalui program-program podcast, talkshow, dsb. Radio juga membantu pemerintah dalam memberikan informasi penting kepada masyarakat terkait kebijakan-kebijakan maupun himbauan terutama di daerah-daerah terisolir yang memiliki keterbatasan akses internet dan listrik. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa radio turut mewarnai dunia perpolitikan di Indonesia, sehingga menjadi salah satu media political communicator bagi pemerintah dan rakyat.
