Bibliometric Analysis on Islamic Entrepreneurship, Islamic Finance and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Study Based on the Scopus Database

Abstract: Objectives - Intellectual curiosity about Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) whose issues have increased recently in various sharia sectors. Design/Methodology/approach - Based… ased on the scopus database, descriptive bibliometric analysis with the visualization tool VosViewer was used to assess 385 documents on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic Finance and SDGs, which peaked in 2024 based on the period of 2010-2024. Findings- This study found many articles on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and the SDGs. According to this study, Malaysia is the country that publishes the most publications of this research compared to other countries. Then the University of Brunei Darussalam was the most prolific affiliate to publish articles on this. The history of article production growth that started from 2010-2024, continues to increase and peaks in 2024, with 55 documents and the lowest number of documents in 2010 with 10 published documents. This is increasing because there may be a need for sharia synergy to increase Islamic entrepreneurship in Islamic finance and sustainable development (SDGs). Romadoni, V as the most prolific writer about this research. Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and SDGs provide the potential for sustainable development and is in line with the goals of sharia, namely maqashid sharia for the benefit of the ummah, this encourages sustainable development (SDGs) through Islamic entrepreneurship and Islamic finance. Practical Implications - Research can be used as a useful research proposal for future researchers who use bibliometric methods in systematic literature review by introducing the network of various variables related to this research, then by getting to know famous authors in the field can provide opportunities to collaborate for further research. In addition, this study makes it easier for future researchers to be able to expand even more by looking at the variables obtained in this study as gaps to be researched further.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the contribution of education based on emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual (SQ) in facing the challenges of the digital era in Indonesia. The focus of the research is to understand how… an educational approach that integrates EQ and SQ can help students develop relevant skills amidst rapid technological developments and social change. The research method used was qualitative with a literature study approach. The data obtained was analyzed thematically to identify patterns and impacts of the application of EQ and SQ in the context of digital education. The research results show that EQ and SQ-based education plays an important role in forming strong and adaptive student characters in the digital era. The integration of EQ helps students manage emotions, increase empathy, and build positive social relationships, while SQ strengthens spiritual values ​​that encourage the formation of responsible and ethical attitudes. This combination not only helps students deal with digital distractions, but also improves collaboration and creativity skills. Thus, EQ and SQ-based education is considered an effective solution for creating a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has the emotional and spiritual maturity needed to compete in the digital era.

Development Of E-LKPD Based On Science Literacy Using Liveworksheet On Learning IPAS In Elementary School Students

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to develop a science literacy-based E-LKPD for elementary school students and to determine the feasibility of Science Literacy-based E-LKPD using Livework in science learning to improve the understanding… nderstanding of science concepts in grade V elementary school students of SDN Panaragan 2 Bogor City. The method used in this study is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) method. This research begins with a needs analysis, making an E-LKPD design, validation by experts, and revising the E-LKPD, after which the E-LKPD is tested on a limited basis and evaluated. The study results show that the effectiveness of E-LKPD based on science literacy has met the criteria very feasible by obtaining a percentage of media experts of 88%, 95% from linguists, and 94% from material experts. Meanwhile, a limited trial conducted on 30 students in class V received a response with a percentage of 93% and a teacher response with a percentage of 92%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that science literacy-based E-LKPD is very feasible to be used by students and teachers as teaching materials on water cycle materials in grade V of Elementary School.

Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the evolution and contribution of artificial intelligence (AI) in the Indonesian education system. This research aims to understand how AI technology has developed and been applied… in various aspects of education, from administration, personalized learning, to evaluating learning outcomes. The research methods used are literature studies and secondary data analysis from various sources, including academic journals, government reports, and case studies of AI implementation in a number of educational institutions in Indonesia. The research results show that AI has made a significant contribution to improving administrative efficiency, facilitating more adaptive learning, and providing in-depth data analysis for educational decision making. However, challenges such as the digital divide, limited infrastructure, and the need to increase teacher competency in using AI technology still need to be overcome. This research concludes that with the right policy support and investment in infrastructure and training, AI has great potential to transform Indonesian education in a more inclusive and quality direction.

Curriculum Analysis Of The Character Education System In Indonesia And Malaysia

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the comparison of character education system curricula in Indonesia and Malaysia, with a focus on the approach, implementation and effectiveness in shaping students' moral values ​​and character.… haracter. The aim is to identify similarities and differences between the two education systems, as well as provide recommendations for improving the quality of character education in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. The research results show that Malaysia integrates character education through special subjects such as Islamic and Moral Education, while Indonesia emphasizes the integration of character values ​​in all subjects through the 2013 Curriculum. However, both countries face challenges in implementation, such as a lack of teacher training and gaps between theory and practice. The research results also reveal that Malaysia places more emphasis on religious values ​​and multiculturalism in character education, while Indonesia focuses on the values ​​of nationalism and diversity. Nevertheless, both countries agree that character education plays an important role in forming a generation with noble and responsible morals. Recommendations from this research are the need to increase teacher training, strengthen collaboration between schools, families and communities, as well as develop a more contextual and applicable curriculum. By adopting best practices from Malaysia and adapting them to the local context, Indonesia can increase the effectiveness of character education in forming students who are not only academically intelligent but also have strong character.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the comparison of character education system curricula in Indonesia and Finland. The focus of the research is to identify differences and similarities in the approach, implementation and effectiveness… ectiveness of character education in the two education systems. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through reviewing curriculum documents, education policies, and scientific articles related to character education in Indonesia and Finland. The research results show that Finland integrates character education holistically in all aspects of learning, while Indonesia still tends to separate character education as a separate subject. Apart from that, Finland emphasizes the formation of values ​​of independence, responsibility and collaboration through a student-centered approach, while Indonesia places more emphasis on religious values ​​and nationalism. The implication of this research is the need to reorient the character education curriculum in Indonesia to better integrate character values ​​in the entire learning process, as well as adopting best practices from Finland which have been proven effective in shaping students' character.

Analyzing the Implementation of Public Relations Ethics at PT KAI and Its Implications on Competitive Advantage

Abstract: This study examines the role of public relations (PR) ethics in enhancing PT Kereta Api Indonesia's (PT KAI) competitive advantage in the railway industry. Ethical practices in PR are vital for fostering stakeholder trust,… t, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing employee engagement, all of which contribute to sustainable growth and market leadership. Adopting a qualitative research design and a case study approach, the research investigates how ethical principles such as transparency, integrity, equity, respect, and responsiveness are applied within PT KAI’s operational and strategic frameworks. Data collection involved document and thematic analyses, emphasizing ethical practices’ impact on stakeholder relationships and competitive outcomes. The findings highlight that PT KAI’s ethical initiatives strengthen its reputation, promote customer loyalty, and support a positive workplace environment. Despite these successes, challenges remain, including the absence of formalized ethical guidelines and the need for ethical leadership. The study concludes that integrating PR ethics into organizational culture enhances competitive advantage and ensures long-term sustainability in a dynamic market.

The Influence of Regional Wealth, Regional Expenditure and General Allocation Funds on Regional Government Performance

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of regional wealth, regional expenditure, and General Allocation Fund (DAU) on local government performance in Indonesia. Local government performance is strongly influenced by how these… hese three factors are managed and optimized. Well-managed local wealth can increase regional fiscal capacity and reduce dependence on funding from the central government. Effective and efficient local expenditure plays a role in providing quality public services, while DAU makes an important contribution to regions with limited fiscal capacity. The method used in this research is a literature study by analyzing related literature, including scientific articles, government reports, and previous research. The results show that the interaction between the three factors has a significant impact on local government performance, which is reflected in development achievements and improvements in people's quality of life. Recommendations from this study include the need for more efficient management of local wealth, more focused allocation of local expenditure to priority sectors, and reduced dependence on DAU by increasing local own-source revenue (PAD). This study also suggests further research to explore the impact of DAU management on regional fiscal resilience.

Analysis of the Performance of Regional Government Treasurers in Compiling Reports and Accountability

This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach . review ), where data were obtained from books, journals, laws and regulations, and regional financial reports. The analysis was conducted by exploring various concepts regarding the types of treasurers, their duties and authorities, and the challenges faced in the process of preparing regional financial accountability reports. The results of the study indicate that there are three types of regional government treasurers, namely expenditure treasurers, revenue treasurers, and goods treasurers, each of which has its own duties and roles in managing regional finances. The treasurer's duties include recording, reporting, and accountability for budget use, with great authority in managing regional funds. However, significant challenges are faced in the administration process , such as the complexity of the accounting system and limited competent human resources. In conclusion, to improve the quality of regional financial reports, improvements are needed in the financial information system, increased treasurer competence, and better coordination between treasurers and related agencies. Comprehensive Analysis of Osh Implementation in Community Health Center Based on Permenkes No. 52 of 2018 in Supporting Accreditation Achievement (A Case Study of Padangsari Community Health Center)

Abstract: Health workers are 1.5 times higher risk of work accidents compared to other professions, with 90% of incidents occurring in developing countries. WHO noted that 3 million out of 35 million health workers are exposed to… blood pathogens, increasing the risk of HIV (0.4%), HBV (27-37%), and HCV (3-10%). One of Health center accreditation purpose is to makesure safety to both health workers and patient. In 2023, out of 37 health centers in Semarang, 36 health centers (97.3%) achieved “Plenary” accreditation and 1 Health Center (2.7%) achieved “Main” accreditation. The purpous of this study are to To determine the current OSH practice and determine OSH aspect that needs improvement based on Health Ministry Regulation No.52 of 2018. qualitative methods with a case study design. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management at Padangsari Health Center was evaluated based on 92 indicators from three main aspects. In the OHS management criteria, 14 out of 23 indicators (60.9%) have been met. For OSH standards, 45 out of 61 indicators (73.8%) have been met. Meanwhile, 8 indicators related to OSH training, reporting, and recording have all been met. Although Padangsari Health Center has achieved "Main" accreditation with an achievement of 72.8%, further efforts are still needed to meet at least 80% of the assessment indicators in order to obtain the highest accreditation, namely "Plenary". It is recommended to improve indicators, especially in improving OHS planning, strengthening supervision, ensuring staff compliance with SOPs, and evaluating the effectiveness of OSH implementation in the future.
