t occurs in the village office is the poor service so that the community complains about the service provided because the manufacturing process is very convoluted and waits for a long time The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of the work of village officials in improving services in Yanggandur Village, Sota District, Merauke Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study illustrate that the effectiveness of the work of village officials in improving services in Yanggandur Village, Sota District, Merauke Regency in the implementation of services has not been carried out effectively. This happens because there is still a lack of government responsibility, especially village officials in providing good services to the community. The lack of initiative of the village officials to adapt to the community environment and also the lack of village office facilities so that all activities do not run well and efficiently. For the Yanggandur village apparatus to be able to improve the quality of service, meet the needs of the community well and also build relationships with a more participatory approach with the community so that the services provided will produce good results.

The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document studies. The informants include citizens using public services, government officials, and community leaders.
The findings reveal a significant disparity in access and quality of services between urban and rural areas in Merauke. Residents in remote areas face various challenges, such as limited infrastructure, a shortage of healthcare workers and teachers, as well as geographical barriers that delay the fulfillment of their basic rights, particularly in healthcare, education, and civil administration services. The digitization of services is also uneven, as limited internet access in rural areas hampers licensing services.
Based on these findings, the study proposes a new theory, Geographically Adaptive Public Service, which emphasizes the importance of adapting public services to local geographical and socio-cultural conditions. This theory offers a more flexible and innovative approach to public service delivery in remote areas, aiming to ensure the equitable fulfillment of citizens' rights. In conclusion, service innovation and a more adaptive approach are needed to improve the quality of public services in Merauke Regency, particularly in reaching communities in hard-to-access areas.

The external environment, which includes factors outside the organization, influences decision-making and organizational actions. The internal environment, which encompasses the organizational climate, plays a crucial role in the overall functioning of the organization. Regarding employee characteristics, there is a variation in educational levels and employee competencies, which contribute to delays in completing tasks. Efforts to improve performance are being made through training provided by the sub-district head, which gradually helps employees master their duties.

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service at the Bambu Pemali village office, Merauke Regency. The method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study is 8 people. Data analysis techniques consist of the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, the conclusion making stage, and the verification stage. The results of the research on 5 (five) indicators that exist in the quality of public services in Bambu Pemali village are tangible (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), and emphaty (empathy). Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the quality of service of the Bambu Pemali village office, Merauke Regency, has not been optimal in providing services to the community because there are still poor services and have not run optimally so that it has quite an effect on community satisfaction, the service is slow and not on time because the community is still confused in file management and employees are not able to provide clear information. Problems related to inadequate facilities and infrastructure at the Bambu Pemali Village Office, Merauke Regency, so that it can affect the performance of employees in providing services.

The findings indicate that youth empowerment by Karang Taruna in Dewasari Village has been initiated but not yet optimal according to empowerment theory. Challenges identified include low youth interest in training, lack of awareness about the importance of organizations, and constraints in entrepreneurship and funding. Efforts to address these barriers involve more intensive approaches, enhanced socialization and networking, and knowledge enhancement through seminars, workshops, and training sessions. Additionally, providing financial support is crucial to enhance empowerment effectiveness. This study provides insights into real challenges faced in enhancing youth participation in community development. Factors affecting employee performance include technological understanding, work motivation, and work environment factors. From the perspective of organisational effectiveness, employee performance has a significant impact. A decline in individual performance can hinder the achievement of overall organisational goals. This research contributes to theoretical understanding in public administration and provides practical insights for practitioners in managing employee performance and improving organisational effectiveness in the field. The recommended improvement measures include developing technological understanding, increasing work motivation, and improving the work environment.

parents or guardians of early childhood living in Seran Hamlet. The research method used is a quantitative approach with direct data collection. The research sample consisted of 28 early childhood. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the simple regression method to evaluate the relationship between the independent variable, namely Gadget Use, and the dependent variable, namely Early Childhood Behaviour. The results showed that there is a correlation and influence between the use of Gadgets and early childhood behaviour, with a correlation coefficient that exceeds the alpha (5%) significance level, namely 0.45> 0.05. Based on the analysis conducted, the results showed that the use of Gadgets has a negative relationship with early childhood behaviour, with a significance level of -91.289. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of Gadgets has a negative impact on early childhood behaviour in Seran Hamlet.

The results of the analysis show that (1) the overall level of farmer participation in agricultural extension activities is included in the less active category. Compared to the participation stage, farmers are more active in implementation than planning. Corn farmers in Marobea Village are more active than corn farmers in Lakalamba Village. (2) Agricultural extension communication between corn farmers in Marobea and Lakalamba Villages is most effective in increasing knowledge (cognitive) and subsequently influencing attitudes (affective), but less effective in encouraging action tendencies (behavioral). Extension communication between corn farmers in Marobea Village is more effective compared to corn farmer groups in Lakalamba Village. The more active farmers are, the more motivated they are to apply extension materials. and (3) Factors that determine the effectiveness of extension communication include extension factors, extension methods, and facilities and infrastructure. The background of the study indicates persistent issues in teacher performance, including suboptimal lesson planning, less innovative teaching methods, and limited integration of educational technology. The research problem is formulated as how principals manage academic supervision to enhance teacher performance through planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up processes. This study employs a qualitative case study approach involving eleven public elementary schools. The findings reveal that academic supervision is conducted systematically, collaboratively, and continuously through classroom observations, reflective discussions, workshops, and On-the-Job Training supported by the Academic Learning System. The results indicate a 15 percent improvement in teacher performance, increasing from 75 to 95, as well as an 80 percent improvement in school learning achievement. The study concludes that integrated, collaborative, and technology-based academic supervision management significantly enhances teacher professionalism. The novelty of this research lies in the development of a digital-collaborative supervision model that integrates teacher participation, continuous professional development, and real-time digital monitoring systems to ensure more effective, efficient, and measurable teacher performance management. Supporting factors include principal commitment, teacher openness, collaborative school culture, and technological support. In contrast, the main obstacles include time constraints, administrative workload, and variations in teacher competence. The findings imply that academic supervision should be managed as adaptive, participatory, and sustainable professional development oriented toward continuous improvement of learning quality in Indonesian elementary schools, serving as a reference for developing a more effective, systematic, and sustainable digital-collaborative supervision model.
