Correlation Between Supervision and Collaboration Using Trello to Enhance Quality of Photobooth Service

Abstract: The aim of this study is to explore the effectiveness of Trello in improving communication and collaboration enhance quality of service within a service company. The study will use a qualitative approach to collect and analyze… nalyze data. Qualitative data will be collected through interviews with the CEO and Employee of Kotak Narsis, while the financial report 2020-2023 and the number of problems encountered will be used as secondary sources of data. The qualitative data from the interviews will be analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key themes and patterns in the data. Based on the results of the interviews, it appears that Trello can be an effective solution to the problems faced by the company, mainly poor quality of service. The company also found that the quality of the company's photobooth selfie box service improved, as evidenced by the reduced number of customer complaints.

The Effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as Intervening Variable at PT BPRS Niaga Madani

Abstract: The development of a company heavily relies on qualified human resources. The level of employee performance can reveal the quality of human resources in achieving company goals. One of the factors that can enhance employee… ee performance is work discipline. A common strategy used by companies to improve employee performance is by providing rewards and punishments. This research aims to analyze the influence of rewards and punishments on employee performance through work discipline at PT BPRS Niaga Madani. The sample for this study consisted of 47 respondents. This research adopts a quantitative approach, collecting data through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis process in this study employs path analysis. The results of this research show that rewards do not have a significant effect on work discipline, and they also do not significantly influence employee performance. On the other hand, punishments significantly affect work discipline and employee performance. Work discipline, in turn, significantly affects employee performance. Rewards, directly and indirectly, affect employee performance through work discipline, while punishments have both direct and indirect effects

Abstract: The primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact of the implementation of performance allowance policies and leadership on employee performance within the context of Haji Makassar General Hospital. The quantitative… antitative research methodology aims to elucidate the causal relationship between the variables under examination. The population under investigation consisted of 67 employees of Haji Makassar General Hospital, and the entire population was included as the sample for this study. The data collection techniques included questionnaires, documentation analysis, interviews, and an extensive literature review. The data analysis methodology contained multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing in partial and simultaneous manners. The research findings indicate that the variables of performance allowance policies and leadership engagement exhibit a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Haji Makassar General Hospital. The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Compensation on Employee Turnover Intention in Companies PT Hadji Kalla Branch Urip Sumoharjo

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch, Panakkukang District, Makassar City, the subjects in this study were&#8230; re 51 employees working at PT Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch. This research is included in quantitative research and quantitative analysis to test the research hypothesis using the IMB SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the t value of -3.055 where <t table (2.00958) and a significance value of 0.004 <0.05. The results of the study show that compensation has no significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the t value of 0.615 < t table (2.00958) and a significance value of 0.541 > 0.05. The results of the study show that job satisfaction and compensation have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 11.859 > 3.19 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05.

Analysis of The Influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as An Intervening Variable

Abstract: The primary objective of this research is to examine and assess the impact of work dicipline and organizational commitment on employee performance. In an endeavor to enhance individual and group employee performance, specific&#8230; cific standards of responsibility have been instituted for each individual in the execution of their duties. Typically, employees exhibiting a high level of competence in their roles suggest that their success in the work environment has been optimized. Consequently, this study was conducted to elucidate the interrelations between work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance within the context of the Regional Drinking Water Company of Makassar City (PDAM Makassar City).The research involved the collection of data from 107 employees of the Makassar City Regional Drinking Water Company to empirically test the proposed research model, utilizing WarpPLS 7.0 modeling software. The findings of the study reveal that there is a statistically significant influence of organizational commitment and work discipline, both individually and collectively, on job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, a discernible impact of job satisfaction on employee performance was identified, and an indirect influence of organizational commitment and work discipline variables on performance was observed through their impact on job satisfaction

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Department&#8230; t of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency, totaling 40 people. The number of samples used is the entire population because there are less than 100 people, namely the type of saturated cover, with this type of quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique.The results of the research after being processed with SPSS. 21 Based on the results of the research it shows that motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. work environment (X2) has an effect on employee performance, and in terms of positive influence it also has a significant impact. And together motivation and work environment affect employee performance.

Determination Analysis Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP) On The Level Sales at Upnormal Coffee in Palu

Abstract: This study aims to assess and analyze whether the marketing strategy STP (Segmentation, targets, and position) to the level of sales has been implemented by Upnormal Coffee Beach in Palu which has reached more than one year&#8230; ear (2021- 2022). This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of Upnormal Coffee while the sample of this research is all employees of Upnormal Coffee as many as 36 employees as respondents using saturation sampling, the sampling technique when all members of the population were used as a sample. The data collection techniques were performed by means of a questionnaire conducted interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of this study with multiple linear regression analysis, regression equation Y = 8,944+ 0.164 X1 + 0.061 X2 + 0,032 X3 + e. Basedonn statistical analysis data, the indicators in this study is valid and the variables are reliable. The results of the research after being processed with SPSS.21 Based on the results of the research it shows that motivation (X) has a coefficient value of 0.841 and t_count > t_table (3.385 > 2.026) and the value of Sig. of 0.002 <0.05, which means that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract: The Effect of Compensation on Employee Organizational Commitment of PT. Vale Tbk in Sorowako. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Compensation on Employees' Organizational Commitment at PT. Vale Tbk&#8230; in Sorowako. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study were 60 employees who were employees in the Maintenance Department of PT. Vale The results of the study after the data were processed showed that there was a positive influence between the financial compensation (X1) and non-financial compensation (X2) variables on the Organizational Commitment variable (Y) which can be shown through the results of the T test, namely variable X1 has variable X1 has t count 4.653 > 2.002 (t table) and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Variable X2 has a t count of 3.392 > 2.002 (t table) and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. The population in this study are employees who are at PT. Hadji Kalla Makassar, Urip Sumoharjo Branch, with a total sample of 51 employees.&#8230; This research is a quantitative study and quantitative analysis, using a simple regression test model using the SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a correlation coefficient value of 32.5%
