This abstract discusses the background of the problem regarding organizational behavior factors in the implementation of financial accounting systems. Problems that often arise related to organizational behavior factors in the implementation of financial accounting systems include resistance to change, lack of management support, lack of skills and knowledge, lack of communication and involvement, and an organizational culture that does not support change. Resistance to change can arise from discomfort with changes in usual work routines or uncertainty about the success of the new system. Inadequate management support can hinder employee participation and motivation in adopting the new system. Lack of skills and knowledge needed to operate the new system can hinder effective acceptance and use. Ineffective communication and lack of employee involvement in the implementation process can lead to ambiguity and resistance. An organizational culture that does not support change and innovation can be a serious obstacle to the implementation of financial accounting systems. In addressing organizational behavior factors, it is important to pay attention to employee attitudes and perceptions, management support, effective communication, training and learning, and an organizational culture that supports change. Involving employees in the planning and decision-making stages, providing adequate training, and creating a culture that is open to change can increase the success of implementing a financial accounting system.

The Influence of Employee Performance and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of PT Citra Buana Adi In East Jakarta

Abstract: The aim of the research is to determine the influence of Employee Performance and Service Quality on customer Satisfaction at PT Citra Buana Adi workshop in East Jakarta. The method used was quantitative, through collecting… ing questionnaire data on a sample of 35 respondents. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, there is a constant value of 4.170, a regression value for the employee performance variable of 0.260 and a regression value for the service quality variable of 0.288. This means that all independent variables have a direct influence on variable Y. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that there is an influence of 54.6%, meaning that Employee Performance and Service Quality have an influence of 54.6%. Meanwhile, the remaining 45.3% was influenced by other variables not included in this research. This proves that there is an influence of Employee Performance and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT Citra Buana Adi workshop in East Jakarta 

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Performance of Female Civil Servants in Makassar City

Abstract: This study examined the influence of Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style on the performance of female Civil Servants (ASN) in the city of Makassar. Using a quantitative causal method, this research… rch collected data from 100 samples determined based on the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed that all independent variables had a significant impact on employee performance. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the reliability of the research instrument. The regression model indicated that an increase in the variables of Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style was positively associated with an improvement in employee performance. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 31% indicated that independent variables influenced 31% of the variance in employee performance, while the rest was influenced by other factors.This research confirms that education and training are important for improving the quality and performance of employees. Work motivation significantly affects performance, and effective leadership style positively contributes to employee performance. In conclusion, Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style collectively and partially have a significant impact on the performance of female ASN employees in the city of Makassar.

Abstract: This research aims to determine the significance of the effect of training program on the employee achievement at the UPTP Office in the South Makassar Region I 2019-2022. This type of research uses a quantitative approach.… ch. The research subjects in this study were 40 employees. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis with simple linear regression analysis using Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 16. The results of this research show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee achievment. Employee achievment is directly influenced by the training that occurs at UPTP office in the South Makassar I Region. If the training program is improved, there will be an increase in employee achievement.

Career planning and employee development help motivate and maintain employee morale, while ensuring placements that match their competencies and goals. Fair and sustainable compensation is an important factor in maintaining employee satisfaction and motivating them to perform. Performance appraisals help identify employees' strengths and weaknesses and provide the necessary feedback for improvement. In the competitive hospitality industry, effective HR management is the key to success in delivering superior service and achieving long-term business goals. This research provides insight into the importance of HR management in the hospitality industry in the digital era.

The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Work Productivity at Tompobulu District Office, Gowa District

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and employee work motivation at the Tompobulu sub-district office, Gowa Regency. The sample in this study was the entire population at the Tompobulu&#8230; lu Subdistrict Office, Gowa Regency, 31 employees with a quantitative research type.f. The data used is primary and secondary data which was obtained using questionnaire distribution techniques.The results of the research after the data were processed with SPSS.13 show that there is a positive influence between the variables Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on work productivity (Y) which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y= 4.087 + 0.733 X1 + 0.133 X2 + eand has a significant effect withThe calculated t value for each variable is 14.786 > t table (x1) and 2.134 > t table (X2), with the tarefsignifiction 0.000 < 0.05 (x1) and 0.042 < 0.05 (x2). Then the R square value is 0.885, this figure shows that the work discipline and work motivation variables contribute 88.5% and 21.5% are influenced byfactorothers not discussed in this study.

The Effect of Financial Compensation on Employee Work Motivation at PT. Bumi Karsa in Makassar City

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze employee work motivation at PT Bumi Karsa Makassar In connection with this, how employees can work as well as possible and employees have high motivation in completing work with the&#8230; he provision of compensation. So against this, this study aims to show the significance of the effect of compensation on employee work motivation. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bumi Karsa Makassar who received compensation in the form of salary, bonuses, and health benefits, totaling 60 people. The number of samples used was 60 people using saturated sampling theory. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 0.165 + 0.032X1 + 0.961X2. The results of this study found that compensation variables (financial and non-financial compensation) simultaneously affect work motivation and the F-Count value (4566,330) > F-Table (3.16). The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) of 0.994 which shows that the compensation variable is able to contribute 99.4%. 0.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. The most dominant variable affecting motivation is the non-financial compensation variable among the two compensation variables with a t-count value (48.056) > t-table (1.672). While the financial compensation variable is influential but not significant with a t-count value (1.205) < t-table (1.672).

The Influence of Work-Life Balance and Motivation on Employee Performance Across All Districts in The Island of Sebatik

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee performance The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee performance with motivation as a moderator.&#8230; a moderator. The study aims to determine and analyze whether motivation plays a role in improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik, as well as to determine and analyze whether motivation moderates the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts in the island of Sebatik. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study consists of all Civil Servants in all districts on the island of Sebatik, totaling 110 employees. The sampling method used is census technique, which includes all 110 elements being investigated. Therefore, it analyzes all objects, all indicators, all events, and incidents. The data used in this study is primary data, collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis using statistical methods. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research findings indicate that there is a significant positive influence of motivation on improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik. However, motivation does not moderate the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts on the island of Sebatik. Therefore, motivation is not a moderating variable in this study. This means that motivation cannot strengthen or weaken the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance.
