Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of Procedural Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) through Perceived Organizational Support (POS) among hotel employees in Makassar City. The research is motivated by…
y the declining extra-role behaviors of employees, which affect service quality, allegedly driven by perceived procedural injustice and low organizational support. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected through questionnaires from employees of three- to five-star hotels. The results reveal that Procedural Justice has a positive and significant effect on both POS and OCB, directly and indirectly. Moreover, POS functions as both a mediator and a moderator, strengthening the relationship between procedural justice and OCB. The R² and Q² values indicate a high explanatory and predictive relevance, while the Goodness of Fit Index confirms the empirical adequacy of the model. These findings support the Social Exchange Theory (Blau, 1964) and Organizational Support Theory (Eisenberger et al., 1986), asserting that fairness and organizational support foster reciprocal relationships that motivate employees to engage in voluntary, extra-role behaviors. This study contributes theoretically by extending the application of social exchange theory within the hospitality context and provides practical implications for hotel management to enhance procedural justice and organizational support as strategies to improve employees’ organizational citizenship behaviour.

the influence of leadership style on employee commitment in the organization with employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar City. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. The population in this study is all employees of PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar City which is 132 people, so the sampling technique used is the census method. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment in the organization. In addition, leadership style has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction also has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment in the organization. Furthermore, the results of the testing of the intervening variables showed that employee job satisfaction was significantly able to mediate the influence of leadership style on employee commitment in the organization.

t Java Gas and Steam Power Plant (PLTGU) to understand how these factors influence their level of loyalty to the company.
This study used a quantitative approach using a census method, sampling the entire population, consisting of 49 employees of the West Java PLTGU Operations Division. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables in the research model. The results showed that financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Work flexibility was also shown to have a positive effect on loyalty, although this effect was not mediated by job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job satisfaction acted as a significant mediator in the relationship between financial compensation and employee loyalty. These findings suggest that employee loyalty can be enhanced through both increased compensation and direct provision of work flexibility.
Abstract:This study examines the effect of work-life balance on employee performance, with family supportive supervisor behavior as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management…
Agency (BPKAD) of Banten Province, Indonesia, involving civil servants as respondents. This study addresses the issue of fluctuating employee performance despite repeated institutional achievements, by investigating the role of work-life balance and supervisor support in enhancing individual outcomes. A quantitative approach with a descriptive design was used, and data were collected through structured questionnaires. The results show that work-life balance positively influences employee performance. However, family supportive supervisor behavior does not significantly strengthen this relationship, indicating that while supervisor support is appreciated, it may not be sufficient in the absence of broader organizational support systems. These findings highlight the importance of implementing formal work-life policies and promoting a supportive work culture to improve employee well-being and performance in public institutions.

phenomenological approach and descriptive quantitative analysis, the study finds that Indonesian women across generations generally experience moderate work-life balance. Notably, Baby Boomers (60–78 years) and Generation Z (12–27 years) report higher balance, while Generation X (44–59 years) and Millennials (28–43 years) face lower balance due to simultaneous career and family responsibilities. The study offers generationally tailored suggestions, although results may not generalise to women in sectors like banking or private industry. Implications include the need for organisations to act as facilitators, supporting female employees to ensure psychological well-being and sustained performance.

nimum of 20 personnel, the research utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data was collected through in-depth interviews with HR managers, company executives, and employees, while secondary data was sourced from company documents and participatory observation. The findings show that the adoption of technology, particularly Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), has improved HR processes, including recruitment, training, and performance management. However, challenges remain, such as digital literacy issues, cost constraints, and the misalignment of technology with organizational culture. While technology enhances operational efficiency, it cannot replace essential face-to-face interactions that contribute to a strong organizational culture. The study suggests that start-ups must customize technology solutions to better align with their specific needs and culture. This research provides valuable insights into the integration of technology in HRM and offers recommendations for overcoming the challenges start-ups face in leveraging technology effectively

ng AI-based recruitment, cloud-based HRIS, and digital collaboration tools, and the challenges that hinder their full implementation. Despite the benefits, budget constraints, lack of managerial support, and low digital competencyremain major obstacles. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected from Indonesian startups through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that startups with clear digital transformation roadmaps, strong leadership engagement, and structured employee training programs are more successful in integrating HRM technology. However, many startups still rely on manual HR processes, limiting efficiency and innovation. This study highlights that HRM should be a strategic function rather than an administrative task, focusing on technology-driven efficiency, digital upskilling, and cultural adaptation. To ensure sustainable growth, startups must prioritize digital innovation, workforce development, and managerial commitment in their HRM transformation.
