PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM ARSIP DIGITAL BERBASIS WEB UNTUK PENINGKATAN EFISIENSI PENGELOLAAN DOKUMEN DI UPTD SPAM DI DINAS PUPR

Stepanus Bulu Dadongo, Trisno, Katarina Yunita Riti
Abstract: The Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) is a strategic institution in the implementation of infrastructure development, spatial planning, and basic public services such as the provision of drinking water, sanitation,… itation, and other regional infrastructure. One of the implementing technical units under the coordination of the PUPR Agency is the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for Drinking Water Supply Systems (UPTD SPAM), which plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability of adequate and sustainable clean water services for the community. In carrying out its duties, the UPTD SPAM produces and handles various administrative and technical documents, ranging from project planning, financial reports, cooperation contracts, operational data, to documentation of activity results. To date, the process of managing these documents has been carried out manually using conventional archiving systems, such as physical recording, storage on shelves or filing cabinets, and distribution of documents through print media. This method is not only time-consuming and costly, but also increases the risk of data loss, damage, and duplication. Based on the research that has been conducted, the researcher draws the following conclusions: A web-based archive management information system that is integrated with a database can help avoid typing errors in the data management process. The storage procedures for incoming and outgoing mail are the same, namely checking, indexing, coding, sorting and placing

Nabila Mutia Syifa, Tri Inda Fadhila Rahma, Dinda Alya Nazwa. S, Gilang Ramadhan, Nadia Sari S.W
This study aims to analyze the role of Starbucks’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in waste management and its relationship with the economic value of coffee in Sait Buttu Saribu Village, Pamatang Sidamanik District, Simalungun Regency. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with waste bank managers, coffee farmers, and village officials selected purposively based on their involvement in CSR programs and waste management practices. The findings indicate that Starbucks’ CSR serves as an initial driver in increasing community awareness of waste issues in coffee plantation areas through mentoring, encouragement, and support for strengthening the Sait Buttu Village Waste Bank. This support is associated with changes in community practices, particularly a reduction in plastic waste burning on agricultural land and increased attention to plantation cleanliness. These changes are also associated with greater awareness that environmental cleanliness contributes to maintaining coffee quality. From an economic perspective, informants reported an increase in coffee cherry prices from approximately IDR 4,000 to IDR 15,000–20,000 per kilogram. However, this increase cannot be attributed directly to Starbucks’ CSR because coffee prices are influenced by various other factors. Overall, Starbucks’ CSR contributes not only to environmental awareness but also to changes in community practices related to coffee quality and economic sustainability.

Matofani, Maya, Hartati, Sri, Septyani, Devia
Abstract: This study explores the application of the Value-Based Management (VBM) approach in analyzing the financial efficiency of renewable energy projects. As the global demand for clean and sustainable energy increases, renewable… ble energy projects play a strategic role in the energy transition but are often faced with challenges of large initial investment, technological risks, and regulatory uncertainty. The results show that the application of VBM in evaluating renewable energy projects can improve the quality of investment decision making by considering both financial and non-financial aspects holistically. VBM encourages companies to be more selective and strategic in choosing projects that are not only economically feasible, but also socially and environmentally sustainable. In addition, this approach provides a strong framework for aligning managerial objectives with shareholder interests, improving corporate governance, and strengthening transparency in the process of evaluating and reporting project performance.

Fitrahmayudi, M. Razaka, Ambya, Ambya
Abstract: Indonesia, an archipelago with a diverse and growing population of 278.69 million as of mid-2023, faces both advantages and challenges in its pursuit of becoming a developed country. The key challenge lies in the unequal… distribution of infrastructure development, especially in remote areas. Economic growth, driven by increased goods and services, is closely tied to infrastructure such as roads, electricity, and water distribution. This study analyzes the impact of these infrastructural elements and labor force participation on economic growth, measured by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), across 34 provinces from 2017 to 2021. Using panel data regression, the results reveal that road length, electricity distribution, and clean water distribution have significant positive effects on GRDP. However, labor force participation shows an insignificant impact. Together, these variables explain 57% of GRDP growth. The findings highlight the critical role of infrastructure in economic development, with provinces like Jakarta leading the growth while regions like North Maluku lag behind. Improving infrastructure and addressing regional disparities are essential to enhancing Indonesia’s overall economic performance.
