ative for supporting early detection; however, only a limited number of studies have conducted comprehensive evaluations of various ensemble learning algorithms by simultaneously considering predictive performance, computational efficiency, and statistical significance. This study aims to compare ten classification algorithms, namely Random Forest, Extra Trees, Gradient Boosting, Hist Gradient Boosting, AdaBoost, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, Logistic Regression, and Stacking Ensemble, using 5-fold Stratified Cross-Validation. Model performance was evaluated using Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-Score, Receiver Operating Characteristic–Area Under the Curve (ROC-AUC), training time, inference time, confusion matrix, feature importance, as well as One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and post-hoc Tukey’s Honestly Significant Difference (Tukey HSD) tests. The experimental results show that CatBoost achieved the highest classification performance, with an Accuracy of 84.86%, an F1-Score of 87.19%, a Recall of 88.03%, and an ROC-AUC of 0.9220. XGBoost delivered comparable predictive performance with a substantially shorter training time (3.92 seconds), while LightGBM was the most computationally efficient algorithm, requiring an average training time of only 0.85 seconds. In contrast, the Stacking Ensemble required the longest training time (215.41 seconds) without providing a statistically meaningful performance improvement over the boosting-based models. The ANOVA results revealed significant differences in ROC-AUC among the evaluated models (p < 0.001), whereas the Tukey HSD test indicated that most boosting algorithms did not differ significantly from one another. These findings provide practical guidance for selecting classification algorithms by balancing predictive performance and computational efficiency to support early mental health screening systems for university students.
The trademark registration system in Indonesia adopts the first-to-file principle; however, its application is subject to the requirement that registration be conducted in good faith. Issues may arise when a trademark resembles one that has already been registered or previously applied for and is subsequently registered by another party with improper intentions. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the provisions concerning bad faith in the trademark registration process under Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications. This study also examines the forms of legal protection available to registered trademark owners against registrations made in bad faith by referring to Decision Number 1 PK/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2025. Using a normative juridical research method with a statutory and case approach, the study finds that bad faith may constitute a basis for rejecting a trademark registration application as provided under Article 21 paragraph (3), while also serving as a limitation on the application of the first-to-file principle. Legal protection for registered trademark owners is provided preventively through substantive examination and rejection of applications, and repressively through the filing of trademark cancellation lawsuits as regulated under Articles 76 and 77.
Abstract:Marriage often requires couples to make significant adjustments, including co-residing with in-laws. This study explores the relationship between social support and stress among 97 daughters-in-law living with their in-laws.…
aws. Using purposive sampling, we adapted and modified measurement tools: Mayanti (2019) for social support (reliability coefficient: 0.952, 28 valid items) and Shabrina (2017) for stress (reliability coefficient: 0.926, 39 valid items). Regression analysis revealed a significant negative relationship between social support and stress (p = 0.000, β = -0.489). Social support accounted for 42.8% of stress variance, leaving 57.2% attributed to other factors. Findings indicate that high social support reduces stress levels, whereas low social support increases stress. Among respondents, 54.6% experienced high stress, while 45.4% reported low stress. This study emphasizes the critical role of social support in mitigating stress for daughters-in-law cohabiting with in-laws.
Abstract:This study aims to determine the role of emotion regulation on academic resilience in 10th, 12th, and 14th semester students who are working on an undergraduate thesis. The research method used is quantitative, employing…
multiple regression analysis techniques to analyze the data. The instruments used in this study include the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) scale, developed by Gross and John (2003), to measure emotion regulation, and The Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30), developed by Cassidy (2016), to measure academic resilience. The results of the study reveal that there is a significant positive effect of cognitive reappraisal emotion regulation on academic resilience among students in their 10th, 12th, and 14th semesters who are working on their thesis, accounting for 27.1% of the variance in academic resilience. This finding suggests that students who engage in cognitive reappraisal, a strategy that involves reinterpreting a situation to change its emotional impact, are more likely to demonstrate resilience in the face of academic challenges. In contrast, the study found no significant effect of expressive suppression emotion regulation on academic resilience in the same group of students. Expressive suppression, which involves inhibiting the outward expression of emotions, does not appear to contribute to the ability of students to remain resilient while working on their thesis. These findings highlight the importance of cognitive emotion regulation strategies in fostering academic resilience among students, particularly during challenging academic tasks such as thesis completion.

fect of each independent variable (self-efficacy, social support, coping stress, and demographic factors) on the dependent variable (academic burnout). The sample consisted of 219 final year students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, which were taken using non- probability sampling techniques. The data collection instrument used the Maslach Burnout Inventory Student Survey measuring instrument developed by Schaufeli & Salanova (2007) Student Coping Instrument developed by Lazarus & Folkman (1984), the General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES) Scale developed by Sherer (1982), and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) developed by Zimet et.al. (1988). The study used confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to test the validity of the measuring instrument construct and to test the research hypothesis using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the major hypothesis test of this study are that there is a significant influence on the effect of self-efficacy, social support, coping stress, and demographic factors on academic burnout. Meanwhile, the results of the minor hypothesis test of this study are that there is a significant effect of variable self-efficacy, family support and special person support on academic burnout in final year students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Based on the proportion of all variants, the influence of all Independent Variables is 45% while the other 55% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
Abstract:This study examines how leadership and work-life balance influence employee performance directly and indirectly through employee engagement at the Fisheries Service of Central Maluku Regency. A descriptive quantitative,…
causal-correlational design was applied to the entire population of 49 employees using total sampling. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, path analysis, and Sobel tests to estimate direct, indirect, and mediating effects. The findings show that leadership significantly affects employee engagement (beta = 0.582; p < 0.001), while work-life balance also has a significant, although smaller, effect on engagement (beta = 0.129; p = 0.005). Employee engagement strongly affects performance (beta = 0.942; p < 0.001). In contrast, the direct effects of leadership (beta = 0.034; p = 0.613) and work-life balance (beta = -0.008; p = 0.756) on performance are not significant. Sobel testing confirms that employee engagement mediates the effect of leadership on performance (p = 0.00015) and the effect of work-life balance on performance (p = 0.03). The model explains 92.4% of the variance in performance. The study's novelty lies in demonstrating, within a local public-sector context, that leadership and work-life balance improve performance primarily by strengthening employee engagement rather than through direct effects. These findings imply that public organizations should prioritize engagement-oriented leadership and work-life policies to achieve sustainable employee performance.

al leadership, learning agility, and employee engagement on employee performance. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design was employed. Data were collected from 250 employees using a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the measurement and structural models. The results demonstrate that digital leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.247; t = 4.218; p < 0.001). Learning agility also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.286; t = 5.037; p < 0.001). Furthermore, employee engagement has the strongest positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.411; t = 7.126; p < 0.001). The model explains 68.4% of the variance in employee performance, indicating substantial explanatory power. These findings highlight the importance of integrating digitally capable leadership, continuous employee learning, and strong employee engagement to improve performance in an increasingly dynamic and technology-driven work environment. The study contributes to the understanding of how organizational and individual factors jointly support employee performance in the digital era
Abstract:This study examines the influence of Maqashid Sharia dimensions on halal cosmetic usage intention among married Muslim women and investigates the moderating role of price affordability. A quantitative approach was employed…
ed using a survey method involving 157 married Muslim women residing in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek), Indonesia. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The findings reveal that among the five Maqashid Sharia dimensions examined, only hifz al-mal (protection of wealth) and hifz al-nasl (protection of lineage) significantly and positively influence halal cosmetic usage intention. In contrast, hifz al-din (protection of religion), hifz al-nafs (protection of life), and hifz al-aql (protection of intellect) do not show significant effects. Price affordability demonstrates a significant direct positive effect on usage intention; however, it does not moderate the relationships between any of the Maqashid Sharia dimensions and usage intention. The model explains 65.5% of the variance in halal cosmetic usage intention (R² = 0.655) with a predictive relevance value of Q² = 0.469. These findings suggest that economic rationality and family orientation serve as the primary drivers of halal cosmetic consumption among married Muslim women, rather than individual religiosity or health awareness. This study contributes to the literature by applying the Maqashid Sharia framework to consumer behavior research and provides practical implications for halal cosmetic industry stakeholders.

and online promotion on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at F3B Beauty House. A quantitative explanatory design with a cross-sectional survey approach was employed. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from 361 customers selected using purposive sampling. Eligible respondents were at least 18 years old, had completed at least two visits or transactions within the previous 12 months, and had been exposed to the clinic’s online promotions. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. The results show that service quality and online promotion positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and demonstrates the largest practical effect. Furthermore, customer satisfaction partially mediates the effects of service quality and online promotion on customer loyalty. The model explains 66.9% of the variance in customer satisfaction and 68.3% of the variance in customer loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating consistent service quality, interactive online promotion, and satisfactory customer experiences to strengthen sustainable customer loyalty.
