itation, and other regional infrastructure. One of the implementing technical units under the coordination of the PUPR Agency is the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for Drinking Water Supply Systems (UPTD SPAM), which plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability of adequate and sustainable clean water services for the community. In carrying out its duties, the UPTD SPAM produces and handles various administrative and technical documents, ranging from project planning, financial reports, cooperation contracts, operational data, to documentation of activity results. To date, the process of managing these documents has been carried out manually using conventional archiving systems, such as physical recording, storage on shelves or filing cabinets, and distribution of documents through print media. This method is not only time-consuming and costly, but also increases the risk of data loss, damage, and duplication. Based on the research that has been conducted, the researcher draws the following conclusions: A web-based archive management information system that is integrated with a database can help avoid typing errors in the data management process. The storage procedures for incoming and outgoing mail are the same, namely checking, indexing, coding, sorting and placing

an usahanya.
Culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tebing Tinggi City hold significant potential to drive the local economy. However, many business owners still face capital constraints that hinder business expansion. One Sharia-compliant financing solution is the musyarakah contract a form of capital partnership between two or more parties involving profit and risk sharing based on mutual agreement. Unfortunately, culinary MSME owners often lack understanding of the musyarakah concept and its mechanisms; consequently, this Sharia-based financing scheme remains underutilized, including opportunities for capital partnerships with Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) local Sharia microfinance institutions. This community service initiative aims to educate culinary MSME owners in Tebing Tinggi City on the concepts, principles, and application of musyarakah contracts as an alternative for strengthening Sharia-based capital partnerships, while also raising awareness about partnership opportunities with local BMTs. The implementation method involved a preliminary survey, educational outreach via interactive lectures and Q&A sessions, and a review of sample musyarakah cooperation agreements. The results indicate an improved understanding among participants regarding the musyarakah concept, the benefits of Sharia-based capital partnerships, and fair, transparent profit-sharing mechanisms. This activity is expected to foster synergy among universities, MSME owners, and BMTs, thereby supporting the growth of a culinary economy that is inclusive, equitable, and grounded in Sharia principles.

Abstract:Islamic economics has different principles from conventional economics, including in terms of sales contracts. In Islamic economics, there are several types of sales contracts used, such as bai' al-salam (future sales) and…
nd bai’ al-salam(manufacturing sales). Trust sales contracts are also important in ensuring transparency of the price of the goods or services sold. The research method uses descriptive qualitative in describing and explaining specifically with literature studies in data collection. The purpose of this research is to find out specifically about the types and qualifications of sharia sales that do not contain gharar and usury. In Islamic economics, payments in sales contracts can be deferred or paid in installments without involving interest or riba. This allows the buyer to pay according to an agreed schedule. Sales contracts in the Islamic economy differ from interest-bearing loan contracts, where there is an exchange of goods or services at a predetermined price. Islamic banks use sales contracts as a legitimate alternative to interest-bearing loan contracts, allowing them to provide financing that is fair and compliant with sharia principles. In the Islamic economy, there are also contracts for the sale of future commodities (salam), the sale of manufacturing (istisna'), and currency exchange (sarf). Islamic banks have an important role to play in facilitating these sales contracts, as intermediaries who ensure the contracts adhere to Shariah principles and meet applicable legal requirements. With a good understanding of the different types of these sales contracts, economic actors can choose the ones that suit their needs while complying with sharia principles.
