This research report investigates the strategic implementation of human resource development programs at NJS Alumunium, focusing on the dual-pathway integration of technical competence (hard skills) and interpersonal proficiencies (soft skills). Utilizing the SERVQUAL framework as a primary evaluative tool, the analysis explores how specific technical abilities, such as CNC machining, precision welding, and CAD design, intersect with soft skills like emotional intelligence, communication, and proactive problem-solving to drive customer satisfaction. The study synthesizes data from contemporary Indonesian industrial policies, including "Making Indonesia 4.0," and academic frameworks such as Workplace Learning (WPL) and Total Quality Management (TQM). Findings indicate that while technical mastery is a prerequisite for entry into the high-end aluminum market, soft skills serve as the critical differentiator in fostering customer loyalty and bridging the gap between expectation and perception. The report further details the role of management information systems, the impact of local cultural paternalism in leadership, and the emergence of green capabilities as essential components of a modern competency strategy. umbuhan tercepat di Indonesia karena menawarkan kemudahan, kecepatan, serta efektivitas transaksi keuangan yang tidak terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu. PT Commerce Finance dan PT Shopee International Indonesia, di bawah pengawasan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), bekerja sama menghadirkan inovasi berupa Shopee PayLater. Fasilitas ini merupakan pinjaman berbasis teknologi dengan skema pembayaran tertunda serta promosi bunga 0% untuk pinjaman awal dalam jangka waktu 30 hari. Dalam praktiknya, perjanjian Shopee PayLater menggunakan perjanjian baku sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Namun demikian, perjanjian tersebut memiliki kelemahan karena tidak memuat klausula yang secara tegas mengatur tanggung jawab pengembalian pinjaman apabila debitur meninggal dunia. Kondisi ini menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum, mengingat berdasarkan Pasal 833 ayat (1) Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata, kewajiban utang debitur tidak hapus karena kematian, melainkan beralih kepada ahli waris. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Bahan hukum dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan dan dianalisis secara deskriptif-analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab pengembalian pinjaman Shopee PayLater tetap melekat dan dibebankan pada harta peninggalan debitur sebagaimana diatur dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata. Namun, perlindungan hukum bagi kreditur belum optimal karena tidak adanya klausula khusus yang mengatur akibat hukum kematian debitur. Oleh karena itu, penerapan asuransi kredit direkomendasikan sebagai bentuk perlindungan hukum preventif guna memberikan kepastian hukum bagi kreditur sekaligus melindungi ahli waris dari risiko beban utang yang berkepanjangan.

This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to the failure of digital forensic evidence in legal proceedings and to formulate recommendations for improving its validity. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining various academic sources that discuss issues of digital evidence validity, forensic standards, and emerging legal challenges. The results of the study indicate that the failure of digital evidence generally stems from non-compliance in the processes of data collection and preservation with chain of custody standards, insufficient competence of law enforcement officers in digital technical aspects, and conflicts between legal requirements and data privacy regulations, such as the GDPR and CCPA. The case study of online gambling 2020, at the South Jakarta District Court confirms that the absence of forensic verification and chain of custody documentation caused the digital evidence to lose its probative value. Therefore, it is necessary to establish standardized forensic procedures, provide training and certification for law enforcement officials and forensic experts, and develop national guidelines for managing digital evidence aligned with international standards. This research is expected to contribute to strengthening the integrity and validity of digital evidence, thereby enhancing the enforcement of justice in the digital era.

upakan salah satu cedera yang dapat dialami oleh para gamer di seluruh dunia akibat gerakan pergelangan tangan yang menekuk dan dipertahankan dalam waktu lama serta gerakan jari yang berulang. Pada beberapa penelitian di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa pemain game online mengalami keluhan CTS dikarenakan aktivitas fisik yang berat, durasi bermain lebih dari dua jam dengan frekuensi bermain lebih dari dua kali dalam seminggu dan melakukan ≥ 30 kali per menit gerakan repetitif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi dan tingkat aktivitas fisik dengan keluhan CTS pada mahasiswa UKM UNESA Esport. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa anggota UKM UNESA Esport sebanyak 85 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner identitas responden, kuesioner aktivitas fisik International Physical Activity Questionnare Long Form (IPAQ-LF) dan kuisioner keluhan CTS yaitu Boston Carpal Tunnel Syndrom Questionnaire (BCTSQ). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dengan keluhan CTS (p = 0,258). Sedangkan, untuk tingkat aktivitas fisik dengan keluhan CTS terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p = 0,001). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dengan keluhan CTS dan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat aktivitas fisik dengan keluhan CTS.

This study aims to analyse the needs and components of a robust maritime surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait, particularly in dealing with the impacts of extreme weather and climate change. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. Building a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait is a strategic imperative to safeguard global trade, regional stability, and environmental sustainability amid increasing climate uncertainty. This study aims to analyze the primary factors influencing consumer protection in live commerce settings by examining five core variables: product transparency, platform accountability, perceived risk, consumer trust, and digital literacy. Utilizing a qualitative exploratory approach, this research conducted a comprehensive literature review of 77 international journal articles published between 2020 and 2024. The findings indicate that product transparency and platform accountability are fundamental to enhancing consumer trust and reducing perceived risks, whereas digital literacy acts as a moderating factor that empowers consumers to make informed decisions. The study proposes a conceptual framework that integrates behavioral and regulatory dimensions, offering both theoretical insights and practical implications for improving consumer protection in fast paced, interactive digital marketplaces.
