In this regard, as DDIBase has currently reached beta stage of development, it is required to provide more comprehensive user feedback to improve its features. Thus, a workshop has been devised to explain the user guidelines, while a training has been conducted to provide system demo and user hand-on. The workshop and training attendees are faculty members of the i3L and Lira Medika Hospital Staffs. A survey has been developed to cater the user satisfaction toward the DDIBase. In this end, the survey has elicited good user satisfaction toward the developed user interface.

Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan komunkasi yang semakin cepat ditandai dengan kehadiran media internet yang telah mempermudah manusia untuk menyebarluaskan dan menerima/mencari informasi tanpa terikat batas negara dalam lingkup internasional. Kini manusia sudah hidup dalam kepraktisan mengingat sarana komunikasi semakin modern sebagai penunjang segala kegiatan telah tersedia, bahka kehadiran media internet mampu menyediakan data berbagai ragam informasi, mulai dari politik, ekonomi, social, budaya dan sebagainya cukup melalui search engine (mesin pencari) maka informasi yang dibutuhkan akan didapatkan. Bahkan melalui internet, informasi untuk kehidupan pribadi bisa diperoleh seperti kesehatan, rekreasi, hobi, pengembangan pribadi, rohani dan lainnya. Tetapi ada bagian lain yang perlu dipahami bahwa kehadiran media internet dengan tawaran atau pilihan beragam situs dengan keleluasaan akses seperti pedang bermata dua, di satu sisi bisa membawa dampak positif dan di sisi lain berdampak negatif. Terjadi kasus penistaan, penghinaan, pencemaran nama baik, bullying (perundungan), penculikan, isu SARA, Provokasi, propaganda, ujaran kebencian, berita bohong (hoax) dan sejenisnya.

Mandom Indonesia Batam, dimana sebagian staff pada bagian tertentu seperti front liner, receptionist, ambassador, dan marketing harus mampu menggunakan bahasa inggris karna bertugas sebagai penerima tamu baik lokal maupun internasional. Melihat akan pentingnya peranan bahasa Inggris di PT. Mandom Indonesia Batam di dalam berinteraksi kepada tamu maka perlu kiranya diberikan pelatihan bagi perkerja di dalam penerapan prinsip kerjasama dan sapaan dalam bahasa Inggris (address forms) agar dapat menimbulkan kesan yang positif dari tamu asing terhadap sikap pekerja lokal yang terkenal dengan kesopanannya.Prinsip kerjasama (cooperative principle) ini didasari pada teori Grice di (Crabtree, 2013) bahwa di dalam berkomunikasi setiap penutur dan tertutur harus dapat memahami empat prinsip kerjasama di dalam berkomunikasi antara lain, quality maxim, quantity maxim,relevance maxim dan manner maxim. This study employs a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach by integrating the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). AHP determines the weight of ISO 12207:2017 criteria through pairwise comparisons, while TOPSIS ranks software development activities based on these weights. To validate the results, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) is applied. The findings indicate that the Software Requirements Definition Process has the highest priority weight (0.169), followed by Implementation (0.101) and Operation (0.095). Software Configuration Management is identified as the most critical activity with the highest TOPSIS score (0.221). ANOVA confirms the reliability of expert evaluations, showing no significant differences. This study provides a structured decision-making framework based on ISO 12207:2017, helping optimize software project management while ensuring alignment with international standards and industry best practices.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi meningkatkan permintaan perangkat lunak berkualitas tinggi, sehingga diperlukan proses terstruktur dalam pengembangannya. ISO/IEC/IEEE 12207:2017 menjadi standar internasional yang mencakup proses organisasi, teknis, dan pendukung proyek, berbeda dengan ISO 9001 yang lebih umum pada manajemen kualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) dengan mengintegrasikan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). AHP menentukan bobot kriteria ISO 12207:2017 melalui perbandingan berpasangan, sementara TOPSIS memeringkat aktivitas pengembangan berdasarkan bobot tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kerangka kerja pengambilan keputusan berbasis ISO 12207:2017, membantu optimalisasi manajemen proyek perangkat lunak, serta memastikan keselarasan dengan standar internasional dan praktek terbaik industri.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing legal framework for investor protection against stock fraud, analyse its practical implementation, and recommend measures to strengthen both preventive and repressive mechanisms. Employing a normative legal research design with a qualitative approach, the study integrates statute, conceptual, and case approaches, focusing on Law No. 8 of 1995 on Capital Markets, OJK regulations, the Criminal Code, and notable cases such as PT Hanson International Tbk. The findings reveal that while the legal framework normatively aligns with the Legal Protection Theory, Justice Theory, and Legal Effectiveness Theory, substantial gaps remain between regulation and enforcement. Weak supervisory coordination, delayed intervention, lengthy judicial processes, and low investor legal literacy reduce effectiveness. Recommended reforms include adopting regtech and suptech, enhancing cross-agency data integration, implementing AI-based surveillance, establishing a specialised capital market court, and strengthening investor education. The study concludes that combining regulatory improvements, adaptive enforcement, and public legal empowerment is essential to safeguard investors, maintain market integrity, and promote sustainable economic growth.

Employing a normative juridical method, the research examines the court’s application of doctrines such as strict liability and identification theory within the framework of Law No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management. The findings show that the court adopted a formalistic, text-based legal reasoning model, treating permit violations as inherently punishable acts regardless of actual environmental harm. While the decision reinforces regulatory compliance and affirms corporate culpability, it lacks engagement with broader organizational responsibility and foundational environmental law principles like the precautionary principle and sustainability. This study argues for a more integrated doctrinal approach one that balances rule-based logic with value-oriented reasoning to enhance legal consistency, advance environmental justice, and align Indonesia’s corporate accountability framework with international standards.

Literature searches were carried out through scientific databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and several international journals. Inclusion criteria included studies that addressed the impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, with analysis of factors influencing this relationship as well as variations in findings based on geographic and cultural context. This SLR analysis identified that teenage pregnancy consistently has a negative impact on maternal mental health, including increasing the risk of stress, anxiety and depression. Factors such as social support, social stigma, and economic conditions play an important role in influencing the mental health of teenage mothers. The variety of findings suggests that cultural norms, family structure, and global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic may significantly influence the experience and impact of teen pregnancy. These findings highlight the need for a holistic approach in supporting the mental health of teenage mothers, including increasing access to affordable mental health services, strong social supports, and educational programs that strengthen community awareness. Evidence-based policy implications can help reduce the negative impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, by integrating cultural and contextual perspectives in interventions aimed at improving the well-being of teenage mothers worldwide.
