The Effect of Interest Rates, Economic Growth, and Inflation on The Money Supply

Abstract: Money plays a strategic role in economics and was often initially interpreted as a widely accepted means of payment, especially due to its primary function as a medium of transaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze… yze the effects of interest rates, economic growth and inflation on the money supply. The variables observed in this study are the floating money in circulation (M1) as the dependent variable and interest rates, economic growth and inflation as the independent variables. The study uses secondary data from his 2013 to his 2022 from the Central Bureau of Statistics. This study uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of this study demonstrate that the independent variables (interest rates, GDP, and inflation) simultaneously affect the dependent variable (money supply). On the other hand, only interest rate variables affect the money supply, while GDP and inflation variables do not.

The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The data used is secondary data obtained in ready-made form from the Department of Industry and Trade (DISPERINDAG) and the Department of Manpower and Transmigration (DISNAKERTRANS) during 2016-2020. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that investment has a positive and significant effect on employment in the industrial sector and the minimum wage has a positive and insignificant effect on employment.

Abstract: The primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact of the implementation of performance allowance policies and leadership on employee performance within the context of Haji Makassar General Hospital. The quantitative… antitative research methodology aims to elucidate the causal relationship between the variables under examination. The population under investigation consisted of 67 employees of Haji Makassar General Hospital, and the entire population was included as the sample for this study. The data collection techniques included questionnaires, documentation analysis, interviews, and an extensive literature review. The data analysis methodology contained multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing in partial and simultaneous manners. The Effect of Sales Promotion and Brand Awareness on Iconnet Purchase Decisions at PT. Icon+ in Makassar City

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotions and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Iconnet at PT. Icon+ in Makassar City. The population in this study are Iconnet customers. Sampling&#8230; g in this study used the slovin formula so that 96 respondents were sampled. The type of research used is associative research. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers. The results of the study after being processed with SPSS 25 show that there is a partially significant effect between the independent variables on the dependent variable as evidenced by the t value of the sales promotion variable (X1) of 7.015 > t table of 1.661 with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t value of the brand awareness variable (X2) is 2.873 > t table 1.661 with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a significant effect between the independent variable on the dependent variable as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 4.565 + 0.302 X1 + 0.155 X2 +e and the significant effect of F count 41.345 > F table 3.094 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05 The R Square value or the coefficient of determination of 0.471 indicates that 47.1% of the purchasing decision variable (Y) is influenced or can be explained by the independent variables of sales promotion and brand awareness, while the remaining 52.9% is explained by other variables not included in the this research. Abstract: As it expands, modern retailing must always be able to adapt to the lifestyle trends in society and understand the aspects that influence consumers' shopping behavior by implementing a unique store concept. Shopping has&#8230; become a habit for some people, including women, who are becoming more numerous and financially empowered. This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of shopping lifestyle and in-store displays on impulse buying among female consumers who use and buy branded fashion products at the UNIQLO store in Makassar City. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive method. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis, which was processed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that shopping lifestyle had a significant effect on impulse buying and in-store displays had a significant effect on impulse buying.

Determination Analysis Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP) On The Level Sales at Upnormal Coffee in Palu

Abstract: This study aims to assess and analyze whether the marketing strategy STP (Segmentation, targets, and position) to the level of sales has been implemented by Upnormal Coffee Beach in Palu which has reached more than one year&#8230; ear (2021- 2022). This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of Upnormal Coffee while the sample of this research is all employees of Upnormal Coffee as many as 36 employees as respondents using saturation sampling, the sampling technique when all members of the population were used as a sample. The data collection techniques were performed by means of a questionnaire conducted interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of this study with multiple linear regression analysis, regression equation Y = 8,944+ 0.164 X1 + 0.061 X2 + 0,032 X3 + e. The Analysis of Consumptive Behavior in Students of The Faculty of Economics and Business Makassar State University

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle and self-concept on consumptive behavior in students of the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. The population in this study were 2757 students of the Faculty&#8230; ulty of Economics, Makassar State University and a sample of 96 students was drawn. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a regression approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially, the lifestyle variable (X1) had a positive effect on consumptive behavior (Y) with a value of T count (5.732) > T table (1.985) and the self-concept variable (X2) had a positive effect on consumptive behavior (Y) with a value of T count (3.085) > T table (1.985), while simultaneously the lifestyle variable (X1) and self-concept (X2) had a positive effect on consumptive behavior (Y) with a value of F count (51.087) > F table (3.10).

The Influence of The Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Samsat Office UPT Revenue Regional Region of Makassar 1

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on the job satisfaction of the Samsat Office UPT Regional Income Makassar 1 regionally partially and simultaneously. The samples used were 40&#8230; employees of the UPT Regional Revenue Samsat Office Makassar Region 1. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques consist of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test, test of the coefficient of determination. Physical Work Environment Variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and Non-Physical Work Environment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The most dominant variable affecting job satisfaction is the non-physical work environment variable. The dependent variable job satisfaction can be explained by variables consisting of the physical work environment, and the remaining non-physical work environment is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.
