pitality sector’s key role in tourism governance, research on its collaboration with public institutions, particularly in Makassar, Indonesia, remains limited. This study examines MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar to explore the mechanisms, challenges, and outcomes of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in sustainable tourism destination management (STDM). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and policy analysis to investigate how MaxOne Resort collaborates with local government and communities to implement sustainability initiatives. The findings reveal that structured mechanisms such as formal agreements, joint projects, and stakeholder committees facilitate sustainable governance. MaxOne Resort actively engages in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and responsible tourism practices, positioning itself as a sustainability model within the hospitality sector. However, regulatory misalignments, funding constraints, and inconsistent stakeholder engagement present significant challenges. The study underscores the relevance of the Penta-Helix framework, highlighting how collaboration among government, private sector, academia, community, and media enhances the legitimacy and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. This research contributes to the literature by providing a localized analysis of PPPs in Makassar, bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical applications. The findings offer policy recommendations to strengthen stakeholder collaboration, optimize governance structures, and support sustainable tourism development in emerging destinations.

ch collected quantitative data through surveys of 150 respondents from Islamic educational institutions and qualitative data through in-depth interviews with 15 school principals and pesantren administrators. The research results show that although technology has been adopted by most Islamic educational institutions, significant challenges arise related to infrastructure limitations, teachers' digital skills, and access disparities in various regions. Adaptive and technology-based leadership plays a crucial role in designing policies that support digital transformation in Islamic educational institutions. Moreover, the integration of Islamic values with technology has also proven to be important in maintaining the identity and morality of Islamic education. This research suggests the importance of intensive training for educators and equitable access to technology so that Islamic education management can be more responsive to social and technological changes, and capable of improving the quality of education in the future.

The findings reveal that employee training and development variables account for only 1.4% of the variance in customer satisfaction, with the remaining 98.6% influenced by other factors. Nevertheless, well-structured training program designs were shown to significantly enhance employees' critical thinking, communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, technology-based training demonstrates substantial potential for improving service efficiency and facilitating adaptation to operational innovations. In conclusion, while the direct impact of training on customer satisfaction is relatively minor, thoughtfully designed training programs remain essential for delivering high-quality customer experiences and sustaining competitiveness in the industry. Data collection involved document and thematic analyses, emphasizing ethical practices’ impact on stakeholder relationships and competitive outcomes. The findings highlight that PT KAI’s ethical initiatives strengthen its reputation, promote customer loyalty, and support a positive workplace environment. Despite these successes, challenges remain, including the absence of formalized ethical guidelines and the need for ethical leadership. The research results show that product, price, promotion, and people are the main indicators in the interactive education marketing strategy. Through school public relations and appropriate pricing, this strategy aims to create a good image. It was found that people's involvement and promotion are important factors in the success of educational service marketing. Nevertheless, the research also found several obstacles. Dalam pandangan kriminologi, peristiwa ini menggambarkan adanya kejahatan berbasis teknologi yang memainkan kepekaan emosional setiap individu. Unsur-unsur seperti kesepian, perasaan untuk dicintai, serta kurangnya literasi digital korban ikit serta berfungsi dalam meningkatkan kerentanannya terhadap penipuan ini. Selain itu, sifat tidak beridentitas serta jarak fisik dalam interaksi digital memungkinkan pelaku bertindak tanpa diketahui, sehingga menyulitkan proses penegakan hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena love scamming melalui sudut pandang kriminologi yang fokus pada unsur- unsur pendorong, dampak psikis, serta langkah pencegahan yang dapat diambil. fiscal decentralization in promoting regional financial autonomy in Indonesia. The analysis compares the effectiveness of fiscal decentralization policies in fostering financial independence across various regions in the country. Fiscal decentralization has demonstrated positive impacts by granting regions greater freedom to determine development priorities and explore funding sources. Regions with strong economic potential and natural resources can increase their locally generated revenue (Pendapatan Asli Daerah or PAD) to support development. However, this policy also creates disparities among regions, where wealthier regions manage their finances independently while poorer regions remain reliant on central government transfers. Moreover, limited managerial capacity in some regions hampers the policy's effectiveness. Fiscal decentralization can strengthen regional financial independence if accompanied by enhanced financial management capacity and fiscal policy adjustments.

Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, adapun pengumpulan data dengan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dan tantangan yang dihadapi selama implementasinya. Hasil yang ditemukan ada dua hal: pertama, implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di MAU Hikmatul Amanah dalam tahap adaptasi dengan beberapa strategi penerapan, diferensiasi pembelajaran, penggunaan teknologi, dan peran guru dan orang tua; Kedua, adanya beberapa faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta solusi yang memainkan peran penting untuk optimalisasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata Pelajaran Bahasa Arab. Kesimpulan tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi Kurikulum Merdeka menjadi potensi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengalaman belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab di MAU Hikmatul Amanah.

The Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) has a crucial role in protecting customer deposits when banks experience liquidation. In this context, LPS functions as a legal protection strategy for customer deposits held in banks. This action is important to maintain public confidence in banking amidst economic uncertainty. In response to the 1998 monetary crisis, the Indonesian government issued a policy of guaranteeing bank payments, including public deposits, through LPS. The importance of LPS is revealed when banks experience failures that have the potential to threaten the security of customer funds. In this situation, LPS guarantees the customer's refund up to a certain limit, providing the necessary financial protection. This creates a sense of security for customers and promotes banking system stability. With LPS, customers can be assured that their funds are safe even if unexpected events occur in the banking world. The role of LPS as a deposit insurance institution is inherent in the government's efforts to regulate and supervise the financial sector. LPS plays a role as the front guard in protecting customer interests, maintaining financial system stability, and preventing potential losses that could arise due to the possibility of bank failure.
