he restaurant industry. Employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through LISREL, this research analyzes data collected from customers of Browcyl’s cake shops in Makassar. The model focuses on examining the impact of five dimensions of consumer-based brand equity on customer satisfaction and, subsequently, on brand loyalty. The results indicate that three out of the five dimensions of consumer-based brand equity significantly and positively influence customer satisfaction. In turn, customer satisfaction has a strong, positive impact on brand loyalty. This highlights the pivotal role of certain brand equity elements in enhancing customer satisfaction, which is a key driver of brand loyalty in the cake shop sector. The study offers valuable insights for practitioners in the restaurant industry, particularly in the cake shop sector. It suggests that focusing on specific aspects of brand equity can significantly improve customer satisfaction, leading to increased brand loyalty. This provides a strategic direction for cake shop owners and marketers to strengthen their brand equity in ways that resonate with their customers.

The study aims to determine and analyze whether motivation plays a role in improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik, as well as to determine and analyze whether motivation moderates the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts in the island of Sebatik. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study consists of all Civil Servants in all districts on the island of Sebatik, totaling 110 employees. The sampling method used is census technique, which includes all 110 elements being investigated. Therefore, it analyzes all objects, all indicators, all events, and incidents. The data used in this study is primary data, collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis using statistical methods. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research findings indicate that there is a significant positive influence of motivation on improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik. However, motivation does not moderate the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts on the island of Sebatik. Therefore, motivation is not a moderating variable in this study. This means that motivation cannot strengthen or weaken the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance.

The findings of this study explain that E11evenkick Academy is being faced with threats from outside the company but currently these threats can be suppressed and minimized by maximizing and optimizing the internal strengths of E11evenkick Academy. Based on the SWOT analysis, E11 Evenkick Academy is in quadrant II of the SWOT diagram. personal. Analisis Real merupakan salah satu mata kuliah yang paling menantang dalam program pendidikan matematika karena sifat abstraknya sering menyebabkan rendahnya self-efficacy mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan AI sebagai tutor virtual terhadap self-efficacy mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Asahan yang menempuh mata kuliah Analisis Real. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest, melibatkan 15 mahasiswa yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen angket self-efficacy dikembangkan berdasarkan tiga dimensi Bandura (magnitude, strength, generality), divalidasi melalui expert judgment dengan Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,84. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor self-efficacy dari 65,67 (pre-test, kategori sedang) menjadi 79,93 (post-test, kategori tinggi), dengan peningkatan sebesar 21,7%. Uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test menghasilkan nilai Z = −3,408 dengan p-value = 0,001 (p < 0,05), yang mengkonfirmasi terdapat perbedaan signifikan self-efficacy mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah intervensi enam minggu menggunakan AI tutor virtual.
The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has significantly transformed higher education, particularly through AI-based virtual tutors capable of providing fast, precise, and personalized feedback. Real Analysis, one of the most challenging mathematics education courses, frequently causes low self-efficacy among students due to its abstract nature and demands for formal proof-writing. This study examines the effect of utilizing AI as a virtual tutor on self-efficacy of mathematics education students at Universitas Asahan. A quantitative quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design was employed with 15 students selected via purposive sampling. The self-efficacy questionnaire was based on Bandura’s three dimensions: magnitude, strength, and generality, validated by expert judgment with Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0.84. Descriptive analysis results showed an increase in mean self-efficacy scores from 65.67 (pre-test, moderate category) to 79.93 (post-test, high category), representing a 21.7% improvement. The Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test yielded Z = −3.408 with p-value = 0.001 (p < 0.05), confirming a significant difference in student self-efficacy before and after the six-week AI virtual tutor intervention.

Di sisi lain, aktivitas ekowisata juga menimbulkan berbagai dampak yang perlu dikaji sebagai dasar pengembangan kawasan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan dampak ekowisata Pantai Bohay, serta menganalisis strategi pengembangannya menggunakan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas pengelola ekowisata Pantai Bohay, masyarakat lokal, dan wisatawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan strategi pengembangan dianalisis menggunakan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pantai Bohay memiliki potensi ekowisata yang meliputi ekowisata bahari berbasis terumbu karang, panorama pantai dan sunset, ekosistem mangrove, serta wisata kuliner hasil laut. Dampak positif yang ditimbulkan meliputi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, terbukanya lapangan kerja, meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan konservasi, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran terhadap pelestarian lingkungan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas tertentu, pengelolaan mangrove yang belum optimal, dan ancaman terhadap ekosistem pesisir. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi pengembangan diarahkan pada penguatan potensi sumber daya alam dan kelembagaan lokal, peningkatan fasilitas pendukung, pengembangan atraksi ekowisata, serta penguatan upaya konservasi lingkungan.
Bohay Beach is an ecotourism destination located in Binor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. The area boasts various ecotourism potentials supported by scenic coastal views, coral reefs, mangrove ecosystems, seafood-based culinary tourism, and local community involvement in its management. However, ecotourism activities also generate impacts that require assessment to inform sustainable area development. This study aims to identify the ecotourism potential and impacts of Bohay Beach and to analyze development strategies using SWOT analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Research subjects include Bohay Beach ecotourism managers, local community members, and tourists, selected via purposive sampling. Data collection involved observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model—comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing—while development strategies were analyzed using SWOT. The results indicate that Bohay Beach possesses ecotourism potential including coral reef-based marine ecotourism, coastal scenery and sunsets, mangrove ecosystems, and seafood culinary tourism. Positive impacts include increased community income, job creation, heightened community participation in conservation activities, and growing environmental awareness. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as limited facilities, suboptimal mangrove management, and threats to the coastal ecosystem. Based on the SWOT analysis, development strategies focus on strengthening natural resource potential and local institutions, upgrading supporting facilities, developing ecotourism attractions, and reinforcing environmental conservation efforts.

This study aims to analyze school-parent communication practices from an Islamic perspective and their impact on student learning outcomes at Nurul Hidayah Elementary School in Kutawaluya District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that communication practices occur formally and informally, are integrated with the values of trust and deliberation, and encourage active parental involvement in home learning support. Dialogic and persuasive communication contributes to improved student discipline, learning readiness, and responsibility. Integrating Islamic values into communication practices strengthens collaborative relationships between schools and families. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing an Islamic values-based educational communication model as a strategy to strengthen school-parent partnerships in improving student learning outcomes.

This study aims to analyze and describe the integration of the Quizizz platform in evaluating Islamic value-based learning at SDN Palumbonsari I, East Karawang District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed interactively through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the integration of Islamic values was carried out systematically through three stages: evaluation planning by incorporating value indicators into learning tools, implementation of values in question design and digital feedback, and post-evaluation reflection in class. Digital features were utilized not only to display scores but also to convey moral messages that support Islamic character formation. In practice, digital evaluation functions as a cognitive measurement instrument as well as a means of habituating values. The implications of this research confirm that the use of digital platforms in evaluation can be directed as a medium for internalizing values if it is designed in a structured manner and supported by the teacher's pedagogical commitment.
