The research findings underscore that legal frameworks guarantee the rights of tourists to protection, safety, and security. Consequently, it is imperative for tourism managers to prioritize the safety of visitors arising from the activities involved. This involves the implementation of robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), effective mitigation procedures, optimal functioning of infrastructure, provision of adequate safety equipment, and continuous enhancement of staff competencies. Owners of tourist attractions bear the responsibility of ensuring both the safety and legal protection of visitors, acknowledging the mutual benefits derived from the presence of tourists. Thus, a comprehensive and proactive approach to safety measures is essential in fostering a secure and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Advances in digital technology have increased the distribution of information related to work and creativity so that the risk of work theft and copyright infringement is very vulnerable to occurring and this can be detrimental to creative industry players. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. Indonesian Human Rights so that creative works receive legal protection.

thod used is a type of qualitative research with the field research category. This research is also normative legal research, where the object can be public law, criminal law, civil law, family law, marriage law and so on. This research was conducted at the KUA in Jambi Province. The data sources in this research consist of primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that marriage registration for the people of Jambi Province is very important. Based on the Maqāṣid al-Syarīah perspective, there is maṣlahah in registering marriages, namely to provide protection for the husband, wife and children in the family. If we pay attention to the legality of marriages in Indonesia, the state only recognizes registered marriages, on the basis of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law.

Uma Lengge is a traditional house of the Bima people which has existed for a long time and must be maintained in its existence and beauty so that it remains intact and its beauty can be enjoyed for the future. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. A descriptive approach is an approach that aims to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of a particular population or in a particular field factually and carefully. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method is carried out in the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that legal action is taken against criminal liability for tourists who damage the cultural heritage at Uma Lengge Maria. Uma Lengge in the Maria Village Tourist Area, there are 13 uma lengge and 103 jompa. The existence of uma lengge must be maintained so that its existence remains well into the future. there are sanctions and criminal liability for tourists who damage the Uma Lengge Maria cultural heritage in Wawo District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.

The research method uses descriptive qualitative in describing and explaining specifically with literature studies in data collection. The purpose of this research is to find out specifically about the types and qualifications of sharia sales that do not contain gharar and usury. In Islamic economics, payments in sales contracts can be deferred or paid in installments without involving interest or riba. This allows the buyer to pay according to an agreed schedule. Sales contracts in the Islamic economy differ from interest-bearing loan contracts, where there is an exchange of goods or services at a predetermined price. Islamic banks use sales contracts as a legitimate alternative to interest-bearing loan contracts, allowing them to provide financing that is fair and compliant with sharia principles. In the Islamic economy, there are also contracts for the sale of future commodities (salam), the sale of manufacturing (istisna'), and currency exchange (sarf). Islamic banks have an important role to play in facilitating these sales contracts, as intermediaries who ensure the contracts adhere to Shariah principles and meet applicable legal requirements. With a good understanding of the different types of these sales contracts, economic actors can choose the ones that suit their needs while complying with sharia principles.

Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan dalam mengimplementasikan fitur keamanan berbasis Laravel 11, seperti Rate Limiting dan Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) menggunakan Laravel Spatie Permissions. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta tentang keamanan website, serta keberhasilan implementasi fitur keamanan yang mengurangi risiko serangan siber. Selain itu, disusun modul pelatihan dan dokumentasi teknis untuk memastikan keberlanjutan pengelolaan website secara mandiri.
