Load Distribution On The Expansion Of The Medium Voltage Distribution Network From Single Phase To Three Phase In Gondorio Using Etap 12.0

Enda Wista Sinuraya, Aris Triwiyatno, Bambang Winardi, arnoto arnoto
Abstract: The Gondoriyo 1-phase network has a network length of 3.2 km supplied by a 1-phase network that is charged in phase S on BSB 1. The extent of the service area makes the load on phase S jump high. The measurement results… obtained by the load current during peak load reached a total of 62A. While the load current of the repeater at the time of peak load is phase R of 32A, phase S of 98A, and phase T of 44A. With such conditions, it is necessary to expand the medium voltage distribution network in the Gondoriyo area with the aim of balancing the load on the BSB 1 extension. To facilitate load sharing in the expansion of the Gondoriyo area, the ETAP powerstaion 7.5.0 simulation program is used. which consists of 1 phase simulation before expansion and 3 phase simulation after expansion. From the results of this engineering shrinkage simulation, the total engineering shrinkage value in the 1-phase network before the expansion was 6480 kW, after the network expansion, the total engineering shrinkage changed to 2510.4 kW. With the simulation that has been made, it is expected to produce a load sharing plan that will make it easier for PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Boja to share the load on the network after the expansion.

Resyi A. Gani, Siti Sundari, Fitri, Suryanti, Yanti
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to develop a science literacy-based E-LKPD for elementary school students and to determine the feasibility of Science Literacy-based E-LKPD using Livework in science learning to improve the understanding… nderstanding of science concepts in grade V elementary school students of SDN Panaragan 2 Bogor City. The method used in this study is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) method. This research begins with a needs analysis, making an E-LKPD design, validation by experts, and revising the E-LKPD, after which the E-LKPD is tested on a limited basis and evaluated. The study results show that the effectiveness of E-LKPD based on science literacy has met the criteria very feasible by obtaining a percentage of media experts of 88%, 95% from linguists, and 94% from material experts. Meanwhile, a limited trial conducted on 30 students in class V received a response with a percentage of 93% and a teacher response with a percentage of 92%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that science literacy-based E-LKPD is very feasible to be used by students and teachers as teaching materials on water cycle materials in grade V of Elementary School.

Curriculum Analysis Of The Character Education System In Indonesia And Malaysia

Retno Anggraini, Ansori Ansori, Natal Kristiono, Rinovian Rais, Budi Mardikawati
Abstract: This research aims to analyze the comparison of character education system curricula in Indonesia and Malaysia, with a focus on the approach, implementation and effectiveness in shaping students' moral values and character.… haracter. The aim is to identify similarities and differences between the two education systems, as well as provide recommendations for improving the quality of character education in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. The research results show that Malaysia integrates character education through special subjects such as Islamic and Moral Education, while Indonesia emphasizes the integration of character values in all subjects through the 2013 Curriculum. However, both countries face challenges in implementation, such as a lack of teacher training and gaps between theory and practice. The research results also reveal that Malaysia places more emphasis on religious values and multiculturalism in character education, while Indonesia focuses on the values of nationalism and diversity. Nevertheless, both countries agree that character education plays an important role in forming a generation with noble and responsible morals. Recommendations from this research are the need to increase teacher training, strengthen collaboration between schools, families and communities, as well as develop a more contextual and applicable curriculum. By adopting best practices from Malaysia and adapting them to the local context, Indonesia can increase the effectiveness of character education in forming students who are not only academically intelligent but also have strong character.

Mumu Muzayyin Maq, Nasril Nasril, Oktosiyanti Oktosiyanti, Akhmad Ramli, Bernardus Agus Rukiyanto
Abstract: This research aims to analyze the comparison of character education system curricula in Indonesia and Finland. The focus of the research is to identify differences and similarities in the approach, implementation and effectiveness… ectiveness of character education in the two education systems. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through reviewing curriculum documents, education policies, and scientific articles related to character education in Indonesia and Finland. The research results show that Finland integrates character education holistically in all aspects of learning, while Indonesia still tends to separate character education as a separate subject. Apart from that, Finland emphasizes the formation of values of independence, responsibility and collaboration through a student-centered approach, while Indonesia places more emphasis on religious values and nationalism. The implication of this research is the need to reorient the character education curriculum in Indonesia to better integrate character values in the entire learning process, as well as adopting best practices from Finland which have been proven effective in shaping students' character.

Hiola, Abdul Samad, Sandalayuk, Daud, Ruruh, Alexander
Abstract: The challenges posed by climate change and the decline of biodiversity to the sustainability of global agricultural systems are serious.Agroforestry has emerged as a strategy with the potential to enhance the resilience… of agricultural systems while conserving biodiversity amidst the threats of climate change. This study aims to evaluate the potential of agroforestry to enhance biodiversity and the resilience of agricultural systems to climate change in Dulamayo, Gorontalo. The research methodology is based on vegetation analysis and the calculation of biodiversity indices, with data collection encompassing measurements of tree characteristics and species identification. The results indicate the presence of 17 tree species with a total of 154 individuals, where Candlenut (Aleurites molucana) and Sugar Palm (Arenga pinnata) dominate with proportions of 22.73% and 20.13%, respectively. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index yielded a moderate value (H' = 2.311) with a high evenness level (E = 0.816), indicating a high ecosystem stability. The findings suggest that the agroforestry system in Dulamayo plays a crucial role in supporting biodiversity and the resilience of ecosystems to climate change through its complex and diverse vegetation structure.

In conclusion, while the direct impact of training on customer satisfaction is relatively minor, thoughtfully designed training programs remain essential for delivering high-quality customer experiences and sustaining competitiveness in the industry. This research offers valuable insights into strategies for optimizing training effectiveness in the hospitality sector.

The Influence of Regional Wealth, Regional Expenditure and General Allocation Funds on Regional Government Performance

Wa Ode Aprisilia Zahratun Azis, Mulyati Akib
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of regional wealth, regional expenditure, and General Allocation Fund (DAU) on local government performance in Indonesia. Local government performance is strongly influenced by how these… hese three factors are managed and optimized. Well-managed local wealth can increase regional fiscal capacity and reduce dependence on funding from the central government. Effective and efficient local expenditure plays a role in providing quality public services, while DAU makes an important contribution to regions with limited fiscal capacity. The method used in this research is a literature study by analyzing related literature, including scientific articles, government reports, and previous research. The results show that the interaction between the three factors has a significant impact on local government performance, which is reflected in development achievements and improvements in people's quality of life. Recommendations from this study include the need for more efficient management of local wealth, more focused allocation of local expenditure to priority sectors, and reduced dependence on DAU by increasing local own-source revenue (PAD). This study also suggests further research to explore the impact of DAU management on regional fiscal resilience.
