gulation embodies asymmetric decentralization intended to protect the rights of Indigenous Papuans (OAP) and address local needs. However, it raises legal concerns regarding ambiguous authority distribution between central, provincial, and municipal levels, as well as the unclear operational role of the Papuan People’s Assembly (MRP). The main research problem is whether PP No. 106/2021 provides a coherent and constitutionally consistent governance framework. This study applies doctrinal legal research using normative-analytical methods, including statutory interpretation, constitutional tests, and comparative perspectives. The findings indicate weak accountability mechanisms in managing Special Autonomy Funds, limited integration of customary law, and institutional fragility in newly established bodies such as BP-DOP and UPAP. The study concludes that PP No. 106/2021 does not fully align with the constitutional principles of legal certainty and decentralization. It recommends substantial revisions, strengthening MRP’s legal status, formal recognition of customary law through Perdasus, and an institutional blueprint with clear performance indicators to ensure effective, inclusive, and adaptive governance in Papua

With such conditions, it is necessary to expand the medium voltage distribution network in the Gondoriyo area with the aim of balancing the load on the BSB 1 extension. To facilitate load sharing in the expansion of the Gondoriyo area, the ETAP powerstaion 7.5.0 simulation program is used. which consists of 1 phase simulation before expansion and 3 phase simulation after expansion. From the results of this engineering shrinkage simulation, the total engineering shrinkage value in the 1-phase network before the expansion was 6480 kW, after the network expansion, the total engineering shrinkage changed to 2510.4 kW. With the simulation that has been made, it is expected to produce a load sharing plan that will make it easier for PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Boja to share the load on the network after the expansion.

The results of power calculations from GI Kebasen Tegal show differences between R, S and T phases with three 20 kV phases in pre-balance and post-balance conditions. As written, the value for R wire is 82661.52 W, for S 52613 W, while for the T phase the value is 60127.06 W. Meanwhile, the calculation of power losses from GI Kebasen Tegal shows differences between the R, S and T phases with 1 phase voltage in the conditions before balance and after balanced. On the 3-phase line for the R wire, the power loss decreases from 34,198 W to 17,0425 W, for S it increases from 11,540 W to 19,077 W, while for the T phase the value remains 15,274 W.

The results emphasize the need for tailored policy interventions that consider regional discrepancies and foster fair economic growth post-pandemic. Employing the shift-share analysis and qualitative descriptive method, help determine if any changes have occurred in the configuration of the economic system during the post-pandemic period. This research was carried out at Ciasmara 01 State Elementary School, Bogor Regency, Class IV A, and IV B in November, the odd semester. The research instrument uses pretest and posttest instruments which produce an N-Gain calculation for the Project Based Learning model of 80 with high criteria and an N-Gain value for the Problem Based Learning model of 73 with very high criteria. So the N-Gain in the experimental class with the Problem Based Learning model is greater than the control class with the Discovery Learning model. The researcher also carried out a normality test with the Lilliefors test for both samples having a normal distribution because the values for both samples were smaller than the L table. In the Problem-Based Learning class group, the value Lcount ≤ Ltable was obtained, namely 0.028 ≤ 0.189, and in the discovery learning class group, the value Lcount ≤ Ltable was obtained, namely 0.041 ≤ 0.189. Then, in the homogeneity test, the data is homogeneous because it is smaller than X2table, a value of 0.75 ≤ 5.991 is obtained. Furthermore, in the hypothesis test, the count of 7.29 was greater than the table of 2.01808, indicating that H0 (null hypothesis) was rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) was accepted. Based on the research results above, it can be stated that the problem-based learning and discovery learning models have differences in learning outcomes for the sub-theme of gratitude for diversity, in other words, the problem-based learning model is more effective than the discovery learning model for the sub-theme of gratitude for diversity.

BPOM (Food and Drug Supervisory Agency). This research aims to detect pork contamination in unbranded nuggets and meatballs sold by producers and traders in Mamuju. The method used was to carry out tests using a Porkcine detection kit on unbranded nugget and meatball food samples. The positive control used was a sample of processed meat containing pork. The test results showed that all food samples of nuggets (3 types) and meatballs (3 types) did not contain pork protein (negative results). This way the food is safe for consumption. tar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh masih dominannya penggunaan media pembelajaran konvensional serta belum tersedianya media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis AR yang mampu membantu siswa memahami materi teknis secara visual dan kontekstual. Media pembelajaran dikembangkan menggunakan platform Assemblr EDU dengan metode pengembangan Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang meliputi tahapan Concept, Design, material collecting, Assembly, Testing, dan Distribution. Materi yang difokuskan dalam pengembangan media ini adalah instalasi sistem audio rumah. Uji kelayakan media dilakukan melalui validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, serta uji penerimaan pengguna (User Acceptance Testing/UAT) yang melibatkan siswa kelas XI Teknik Audio Video. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berada pada kategori valid dan layak digunakan. Hasil UAT juga menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang sangat tinggi oleh siswa, sehingga media pembelajaran interaktif berbantuan AR ini dinilai sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran PISAV. Media ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar, pemahaman konsep, serta keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.
