Employability is the ability of graduates to enter the world of work, which is not only determined by technical knowledge, but also soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership. This study used the SEM-PLS approach to analyze data obtained from 116 student respondents. The results showed that soft skills training has a positive and significant effect on employability. In addition, self-efficacy also acts as a significant intervening variable, although the direct effect of self-efficacy on employability is lower than the effect of soft skills training. The final conclusion of this study shows that an effective soft skills training program can increase student employability, both directly and through increased self- efficacy.

A review of articles from Publish or Perish that is indexed by Scopus and guided by the NVivo R1 application is used to analyze the data. From the results of the study, it was found, firstly about the trend of research on sukuk over the last 10 years by categorizing it from the publishing journal, year of publication, country, and research theme. Second, it was found that there were 29 theories used in previous articles related to the review of the Sukuk literature as an investment in Islamic securities. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui studi pustaka (library research) dengan analisis deskriptif-filosofis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ontologi Islam memandang realitas sebagai kesatuan ayat-ayat Allah yang mencakup alam syahadah dan alam gaib. Worldview Tauhid berperan sebagai integrator yang meniadakan dikotomi antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum. Implikasinya pada pendidikan dasar adalah redefinisi kebenaran ilmu yang tidak hanya berhenti pada fenomena empiris, tetapi juga mengarah pada pengenalan Sang Pencipta (Ma’rifatullah). are still many teachers who have difficulties in understanding and compiling teaching modules that are in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. This community service aims to increase the capacity of teachers at SMK Pelayaran Permata Ilmu Maros in developing teaching modules that are contextual, adaptive, and oriented towards differentiated learning. The activity was carried out through intensive training and mentoring, including material on learning outcomes (CP), learning objectives (TP), learning objectives (ATP), and the integration of the Pancasila Student Profile. The implementation method consists of interactive lectures, group discussions, hands-on practice, and evaluation of participants' work. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in teachers' knowledge and skills in compiling teaching modules that are relevant to the conditions of students and the shipping skills program. This activity makes a real contribution to supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and improving the quality of learning in the vocational school environment.

In the human lifespan, adulthood plays an important role as a phase in which individuals experience various changes and adjustments. In this developmental process, several possible behavioral changes are very influential, including hedonism. The view of hedonism is often associated with consumptive and hedonistic behavior. People who adhere to hedonism will always seek ways to obtain pleasure, whether material, physical, or spiritual pleasure. Related to the increasingly advanced world of education, various learning models are implemented as an effort to adapt to the times. One of them is the deep learning learning model, deep learning is a pedagogical approach that focuses on understanding substantial concepts in depth, not just the breadth of material, through meaningful, conscious, and enjoyable (holistic) learning experiences. This study aims to analyze how hedonism in the application of the deep learning learning model influences the development of students' early adulthood, using qualitative descriptive methods. The research results show a significant influence between hedonistic attitudes in the application of deep learning and early adulthood development, as seen through observations and interviews conducted directly during the learning process. One observation revealed that students appeared relaxed and enjoyed group assignments, as some paid to be relieved of responsibility for completing them.

The results of the analysis indicate that PBL has the potential to improve students' motivation, engagement, 21st century skills, and conceptual understanding. However, the implementation of PBL requires careful planning, high teacher skills, and adequate resources. With the right strategy, PBL can be an effective learning approach to prepare students for real-world challenges.

These external influences can expose students to ideologies and behaviors that conflict with Islamic principles. Historical Islamic figures, including the Prophets, have exemplified the correct practice of akidah and akhlak, setting an example for current generations. The Quran and Hadith emphasize the importance of adhering to moral values and avoiding negative behaviors. As such, integrating akidah and akhlak in the PAI curriculum is vital for developing students' character and integrity. This study aims to explore how moral education can shape the character of students by focusing on akidah and akhlak, and how this integration can create a generation that is responsible, principled, and capable of thriving in a complex and diverse world. (PAI), the biggest challenge today is how to deliver teaching materials effectively, adaptively, and relevant to the development of the times and the characteristics of the digital generation. Deep learning implementations offer a variety of opportunities to support a more personalized, interactive, and efficient learning process. Through an algorithm-based approach, deep learning is able to process student learning data to provide a learning experience tailored to individual learning styles. The application of this technology also allows for automatic assessment of students' understanding through text, voice, and expression analysis, so that teachers can focus more on providing character development and spiritual values. On the other hand, the use of AI-based chatbots and intelligent assistants can facilitate discussions and consultations about Islamic teachings instantly and factually. The methodology used in this study is a descriptive qualitative study with a literature study and case study approach. Data were collected through a review of national and international scientific literature and focused observations on the practice of AI implementation in several madrassas and Islamic schools in Indonesia. The analysis was carried out thematically by identifying patterns, opportunities, and challenges of applying deep learning in PAI learning. The results of this study are expected to make a scientific contribution to the development of technology-based Islamic education in the digital era.
