between service providers has become increasingly fierce. One factor that influences customer decisions is the price offered by the service provider. Therefore, this research aims to explore how price can influence customer satisfaction in the barbershop context. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to barbershop customers in Makassar City. Data processing was carried out using regression analysis to identify the relationship between price and customer satisfaction. The research results show that price has a significant influence on customer satisfaction in the barbershop service industry. These findings indicate that barbershop service providers need to consider appropriate pricing strategies to increase customer satisfaction. Competitive prices and in line with the quality of services offered can provide added value for customers. Apart from that, this research also shows that there are other factors that can influence customer satisfaction, such as service quality, barbershop environment, and overall customer experience. This research contributes to the understanding of the role of price in increasing customer satisfaction in the barbershop service industry. The results of this research can be a reference for barbershop service providers in developing effective marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and maintain competitiveness in a competitive market.

The results of this study indicate that although Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel offers various additional facilities such as swimming pools, restaurants, massage services, and others, room types such as Superior Room and Deluxe Room continue to contribute significant departmental profits. However, there was a decrease in the Room Department's profit and loss at the end of 2017 due to room renovations and new facilities, as well as in 2019 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in a decrease in guest visits. This study uses quantitative research methods with a positivism approach. Primary data was obtained from the financial statements of the Rooms Department of Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel for 2020-2022. The model focuses on examining the impact of five dimensions of consumer-based brand equity on customer satisfaction and, subsequently, on brand loyalty. The results indicate that three out of the five dimensions of consumer-based brand equity significantly and positively influence customer satisfaction. In turn, customer satisfaction has a strong, positive impact on brand loyalty. This highlights the pivotal role of certain brand equity elements in enhancing customer satisfaction, which is a key driver of brand loyalty in the cake shop sector. The study offers valuable insights for practitioners in the restaurant industry, particularly in the cake shop sector. It suggests that focusing on specific aspects of brand equity can significantly improve customer satisfaction, leading to increased brand loyalty. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bumi Karsa Makassar who received compensation in the form of salary, bonuses, and health benefits, totaling 60 people. The number of samples used was 60 people using saturated sampling theory. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 0.165 + 0.032X1 + 0.961X2. The results of this study found that compensation variables (financial and non-financial compensation) simultaneously affect work motivation and the F-Count value (4566,330) > F-Table (3.16). The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) of 0.994 which shows that the compensation variable is able to contribute 99.4%. 0.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. The most dominant variable affecting motivation is the non-financial compensation variable among the two compensation variables with a t-count value (48.056) > t-table (1.672). While the financial compensation variable is influential but not significant with a t-count value (1.205) < t-table (1.672).

The results of the study show that the procedures for submitting financing to Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar prioritize unity, balance, freedom and primarily responsibility. The financing schemes that are often used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar are mudharabah and musyarakah financing. Benefit can be created by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar for UMKM actors with patterns or implementation of contracts on products that are very much in favor so that the implementation of the benefits of Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar has realized in its implementation the financing process for UMKM actors.

in this study is the financial report data of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk which is reported to Bank Indonesia and has been published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is concluded that CAMEL is an analysis of the soundness of a bank using the CAR ratio on capital, the KAP ratio on Asset Quality, the NPM ratio on Management, the ROA and BOPO ratios on Profitability, and the LDR ratio on Liquidity. From the results of research on financial performance and its relation to financial ratios using the CAMEL method, then it can be said that during the last four years (2017-2020) which shows that the financial performance achieved by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk, is in the healthy category.

The results of this study demonstrate that the independent variables (interest rates, GDP, and inflation) simultaneously affect the dependent variable (money supply). On the other hand, only interest rate variables affect the money supply, while GDP and inflation variables do not.
