w this dish acts as a tool to express the values, identity, and social dynamics of Sundanese society that continues to evolve in the midst of globalization. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with data acquisition through literature study, interviews with culinary experts and the community, and analysis of how tutug oncom rice is presented in various media, this research tries to reveal the deep meaning behind tutug oncom rice. The research sample is tutug oncom rice. The results show that nasi tutug oncom is more than just food; it symbolizes the hospitality, local wisdom and food security of the Sundanese people. The process of making it, serving it, and eating it, is full of meanings that reflect the values of mutual cooperation, simplicity, and respect for nature. In this era of globalization, nasi tutug oncom faces both challenges and opportunities. On the one hand, this dish can become an Indonesian culinary icon that can be recognized worldwide. However, on the other hand, nasi tutug oncom is vulnerable to changes that can eliminate its uniqueness and original characteristics. This research suggests the importance of preserving and developing nasi tutug oncom without sacrificing its cultural and philosophical significance. Overall, this research shows that food is not just a daily necessity. The research results show that the integration of Islamic values in human resource management significantly improves the performance, loyalty, and satisfaction of educators. However, the challenges in digital literacy are still felt by most educators, even though institutions have provided regular technology training. The implementation of a collaborative culture through deliberation has proven effective in enhancing innovation and the involvement of educators in the decision-making process. The use of digital technology tailored to Islamic values, such as sharia-compliant human resource management applications, also strengthens aspects of transparency and justice in institutional management. In conclusion, Human Resource management based on Islamic values, supported by digital technology, is capable of improving performance quality and creating a harmonious work environment that is relevant in addressing the challenges of the digital era.

The research highlights the need of customizing HRD programs to cater to the varied requirements of employees and adjusting to rapid changes in the work environment. The findings provide practical and effective guidance for firms to improve their HRD processes and give stronger support for employee development. . Each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this research are third-semester students totaling 32 individuals. Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and test instruments. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate: 1) There is a significant improvement in students' academic performance from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, indicating that the learning model used is effective in enhancing students' understanding and achievement. 2) Changes in teaching strategies successfully increased the average scores and classical mastery percentages, confirming that adjustments in teaching methods have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. 3) The number of students who have not reached the learning targets decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, indicating an improvement in the quality of learning and the success of additional efforts in addressing learning challenges.

Recognized as an essential human right, freedom of expression is explicitly protected by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The focus of this research is to examine the legal norms governing freedom of expression, which include provisions such as Article 28E paragraph (3) and Article 19 of the Constitution 1945, as well as other statutory regulations. The research results show that freedom of expression is recognized as an inalienable right by the state and is one of the foundations for the realization of a just and democratic society. Although freedom of expression is guaranteed by the constitution, this research also highlights the obstacles and challenges in its implementation. In Indonesia, challenges arise in navigating diverse interpretations of freedom of expression, with concerns about potential exploitation by entities harming public interest. Striking a balance between freedom of expression and societal stability/security is deemed crucial. The research aims to better understand the complexity of freedom of expression within the country's constitutional law and its role in promoting equality. This research aims to find useful insights for creating better policies. These policies should strike a good balance between individual freedom and public interest, ultimately fostering a fair and democratic society.

Penelitian ini bermaksud menjawab tiga hal; pertama, penerapan restorative justice di Kejari Medan berdasarkan Perja 15/2020; kedua, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi Kejari Medan dalam menerapkan restorative justice; dan ketiga, pelaksanaan ideal restorative justice di masa yang akan datang. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian yuridis normatif dan Jenis data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang didukung dengan data primer berupa wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; penerapan restorative justice di Kejari Medan berdasarkan Perja 15/2020 belum dapat berjalan maksimal, adapun kendala-kendala yang dihadapi Kejari Medan dalam menerapkan restorative justice dilandasi atas permasalahan pengaturan yang masih dianggap sangat umum dan tidak mengatur teknis pelaksanaan, struktur pelaksana yang masih belum sepenunya siap melaksanakan restorative justice, fasilitas pelaksanaan yang masih minim, serta partisipasi dan budaya hukum masyarakat sekaligus juga dari internal jaksa sendiri yang masih belum sepenuhnya menerima penyelesaian restorative justice; konsep ideal penerapan restorative justice di masa yang akan datang didasarkan pada semangat penguatan singkronisasi sub-sistem dalam paradigma SPPT melalui pengaturan ketentuan restorative justice yang seragam.
