The method used is descriptive qualitative method with data acquisition through literature study, interviews with culinary experts and the community, and analysis of how tutug oncom rice is presented in various media, this research tries to reveal the deep meaning behind tutug oncom rice. The research sample is tutug oncom rice. The results show that nasi tutug oncom is more than just food; it symbolizes the hospitality, local wisdom and food security of the Sundanese people. The process of making it, serving it, and eating it, is full of meanings that reflect the values of mutual cooperation, simplicity, and respect for nature. In this era of globalization, nasi tutug oncom faces both challenges and opportunities. On the one hand, this dish can become an Indonesian culinary icon that can be recognized worldwide. However, on the other hand, nasi tutug oncom is vulnerable to changes that can eliminate its uniqueness and original characteristics. This research suggests the importance of preserving and developing nasi tutug oncom without sacrificing its cultural and philosophical significance. Overall, this research shows that food is not just a daily necessity. Through nasi tutug oncom, we can see that food has deep social and cultural aspects, which are important for preserving local cultural diversity.

the prevalence of hypertension by utilizing nonpharmacological therapies, such as consuming young coconut water consumption. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effect of young coconut water consumption on reducing high blood pressure in menopausal women. A nonrandomized controlled trial study with a pretest-posttest control group design was chosen as the design of this study, which was conducted at the Community Health Center of Pekalongan, East Lampung Regency. A consecutive sampling technique was used to select eligible participants among menopausal women diagnosed with mild and moderate hypertension by medical personnel, totalling 16 treatment groups and 16 control groups. The treatment group was given the intervention of consuming young coconut water 300 ml morning and evening for seven days and taking standard hypertension medication. Meanwhile, the control group took standard hypertension medication. Participants had their blood pressure checked using an aneroid tensimeter before and after treatment. Data were analysed using a paired t-test with a confidence level (α) of 0.05 to prove the treatment effect on blood pressure reduction. The results found that the treatment of drinking young coconut water affected reducing systole blood pressure (p-value 0.016) and diastole (p-value 0.007). The average decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure pre and post-treatment was 11.25 mmHg and 9.87 mmHg after participants were controlled by taking standard hypertension medications. Drinking young coconut water can be used as a companion option for hypertension treatment by the community.

Literature searches were carried out through scientific databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and several international journals. Inclusion criteria included studies that addressed the impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, with analysis of factors influencing this relationship as well as variations in findings based on geographic and cultural context. This SLR analysis identified that teenage pregnancy consistently has a negative impact on maternal mental health, including increasing the risk of stress, anxiety and depression. Factors such as social support, social stigma, and economic conditions play an important role in influencing the mental health of teenage mothers. The variety of findings suggests that cultural norms, family structure, and global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic may significantly influence the experience and impact of teen pregnancy. These findings highlight the need for a holistic approach in supporting the mental health of teenage mothers, including increasing access to affordable mental health services, strong social supports, and educational programs that strengthen community awareness. Evidence-based policy implications can help reduce the negative impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, by integrating cultural and contextual perspectives in interventions aimed at improving the well-being of teenage mothers worldwide.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that support or hinder the mental health of mothers who experience teenage pregnancy, and to present key findings from the relevant literature in this context. The research method used was a qualitative analysis of relevant literature studies found through systematic searches in academic databases and scientific journals. This approach allowed us to explore the findings of various studies and gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study. The main results of this study show that teenage pregnancy has a significant impact on the mother's future mental health, including an increased risk of depression, anxiety and postnatal stress. Factors such as social support, access to mental health services, and economic conditions play an important role in determining the mother's future mental health. The conclusion of this study is that efforts to improve future maternal mental health should be a priority in public policy and clinical practice. A holistic approach that takes into account the various factors that influence maternal mental health, as well as cross-sectoral cooperation, is needed to create a supportive environment for adolescent mothers to achieve optimal mental well-being.

(b) Kesulitan untuk membedakan anak-anak yang mengalami kekerasan emosional yang dilakukan oleh anggota keluarga dalam pengaturan rumah tangga. Recognized as an essential human right, freedom of expression is explicitly protected by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The focus of this research is to examine the legal norms governing freedom of expression, which include provisions such as Article 28E paragraph (3) and Article 19 of the Constitution 1945, as well as other statutory regulations. The research results show that freedom of expression is recognized as an inalienable right by the state and is one of the foundations for the realization of a just and democratic society. Although freedom of expression is guaranteed by the constitution, this research also highlights the obstacles and challenges in its implementation. In Indonesia, challenges arise in navigating diverse interpretations of freedom of expression, with concerns about potential exploitation by entities harming public interest. Striking a balance between freedom of expression and societal stability/security is deemed crucial. The research aims to better understand the complexity of freedom of expression within the country's constitutional law and its role in promoting equality. This research aims to find useful insights for creating better policies. These policies should strike a good balance between individual freedom and public interest, ultimately fostering a fair and democratic society.
