Giving Gandasil D at a dose of 3 g/l of water basically increases the number of plants, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, stem size, new weight per plant, and selling weight. 3). The relationship between water stress treatment and use of leaf compost fundamentally affects plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, and wet load in mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.) while leaf length, leaf area and cross stem distance do not make a big difference.

Berbagai intervensi fisioterapi telah digunakan untuk menangani MPS, di antaranya Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) dan manual therapy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh IASTM dan manual therapy terhadap penurunan nyeri pada kasus Myofascial Pain Syndrome pada usia dewasa. Penelitian menggunakan metode narrative review dengan menganalisis 20 artikel ilmiah yang diperoleh dari basis data Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan PubMed pada rentang tahun 2017–2024. Artikel yang dipilih merupakan penelitian dengan desain randomized controlled trial dan quasi-experimental yang mengevaluasi parameter nyeri menggunakan instrumen seperti Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS), Pressure Pain Threshold (PPT), dan Neck Disability Index (NDI). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa baik IASTM maupun manual therapy mampu menurunkan intensitas nyeri secara signifikan serta meningkatkan fungsi muskuloskeletal pada pasien MPS. IASTM juga menunjukkan peningkatan ambang nyeri tekan dan peningkatan range of motion pada beberapa penelitian. Secara keseluruhan, kedua intervensi tersebut dapat direkomendasikan sebagai pendekatan fisioterapi berbasis evidence-based practice dalam penanganan Myofascial Pain Syndrome pada usia dewasa.

Based on the interest in studying Malcolm X's speech further, the thesis writer decided to analyze Malcolm X's speech at the Oxford Union Debate using Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis framework with a qualitative method that will focus on linguistic issues as part of social and humanitarian issues. The results of this study showed deconstruction result of Malcolm X's speech text by analyzing various linguistic features from the dimensions of text practice (including positive and negative lexical items, key terms of ideology and belief, modality, and rhetorical devices), discursive practice (including intertextuality and shared knowledge), and sociocultural (including formality and personal pronouns), then continued with a discussion of the relationship between discourse, power, and ideology and the role of Malcolm X's speech in the historical context at that time. It can be concluded that Malcolm X's speech highlights his advocacy for revolutionary justice and self-defense for oppressed black people. He also challenged the power structures of his time, opposing segregation and exposing the hypocrisy of the American and Western governments with white supremacy and colonialism behind the mask of democracy.

Core”. The main objective is to understand how conversational maxims and implicatures are applied in the context of podcasts to convey messages about self-confidence and self-love to listeners. The methods used are conversational analysis based on pragmatics theory, conversational analysis based on Grice's (1975), theory of maxims and qualitative methods based on Creswell's (2007), theory then the data analyzed are transcriptions of Selena Gomez podcasts that have been selected based on their relevance to the research topic. The analysis is done by looking at how each conversational maxim (maxims of quantity, quality, relevance, and manner) and the two existing implicatures (conventional implicature and conversational implicature) are applied in the verbal expressions in the podcast. The result is that the four maxims and two implicatures are all found in Selena Gomez's podcast.

is study explores how village managers conduct managerial and marketing activities to attract tourists and promote local products. The research method involves a SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Marketing Mix’s 7P approach implemented by the village. The results of the study indicate that Bejijong Village has several significant advantages, including historical heritage such as Brahu Temple, Petilasan Siti Inggil, and Maha Vihara Majapahit, as well as local products such as smoked salted eggs, lemon juice, pukis lumer (melting) bertoping, tahu lontong (compress rice), and Cempaka batik handicrafts and wayang kulit. However, the challenges faced include less than optimal website management, lack of effective digital marketing strategies, and entrance fees that may be insufficient to support maintenance. This study introduces novelty in marketing strategy analysis by integrating the SWOT and Marketing Mix’s 7P approaches to provide in-depth insights into how management and marketing can be improved. These findings are expected to be a reference for other villages in designing more effective marketing strategies and suggesting improvement steps that can increase the attractiveness and sustainability of culture-based tourist destinations. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan literature review. Kriteria artikel yang digunakan adalah yang diterbitkan tahun 2017-2022 sebanyak 5 jurnal. Berdasarkan artikel yang dikumpulkan didapatkan hasil bahwa expressive writing therapy efektif mampu menurunkan tingkat kecemasan seseorang. Mulai dari kecemasan berbicara di depan umum, kecemasan saat belajar daring, kecemasan pada orang dewasa yang megalami traumatik, kecemasan saat menghadapi pandemi covid 19 serta kecemasan menjadi mahasiswa baru di universitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 50 orang yang mengalami kecemasan pada kesehatan mental. Partisipan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok terapi ekspresif menulis dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok terapi ekspresif menulis diminta untuk menulis tentang pengalaman emosional dalam 20 menit setiap hari selama 4 hari berturut-turut, sementara kelompok kontrol diminta untuk menulis tentang topik yang tidak terkait dengan emosi mereka.
