These results underscore the importance of prioritizing social engagement and educational strategies while recognizing that technology should be integrated as a complementary tool to improve compliance outcomes. A balanced approach combining these elements is essential for fostering a more compliant taxpayer environment in Indonesia.

Utilizing a qualitative case study approach combined with document analysis, this research analyzes two madrasah building projects in Indonesia that have implemented green building strategies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with project managers, architects, contractors, madrasah leaders, and stakeholders, alongside analysis of project documents, designs, and specifications. Findings reveal that successful implementation requires an integrated management approach encompassing green design adaptation to local context, sustainable material sourcing, energy and water efficiency integration, waste management during construction, and life-cycle cost considerations. The study identifies key enablers including leadership commitment, technical expertise, community participation, and Islamic ethical alignment, while highlighting challenges such as budget constraints, regulatory gaps, and technical capacity limitations. This research contributes a framework for madrasah green building project management that balances environmental responsibility with educational functionality and Islamic architectural values.

Using a qualitative case study approach with in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis at several pioneering Eco-Pesantrens, this research identifies key leadership paradigms, decision-making processes, and implementation strategies. Findings reveal that successful integration creates a holistic leadership model that aligns spiritual, educational, and environmental objectives. Leaders act as transformative agents, internalizing eco-Islamic theology into institutional policies, curricula, and community practices. The study concludes that the Eco-Pesantren leadership model offers a significant framework for sustainable community development rooted in local religious wisdom. It recommends further development of this paradigm for broader application in Islamic educational institutions and communities facing environmental challenges.

imary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees who work at the Medan City Investment and One-Stop Services Office. Data analysis techniques used in this study were validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing operated by SPSS ver 23 software. Partial testing of the effect of Rewards on Employee Performance obtained a t-count value of 3,243 > t- table 2,005 and has a significant value of 0.002 <0.04 it can be concluded that it has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the partial test results of the effect of Punishment on Employee Performance, the t-count value is 5,921 > t-table 2,005 and has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that Punishment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the F test count 56,161 > F table 3.17 and have a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 it can be concluded that simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance at the Investment Service and One-Stop City Integrated Services Medan. The result of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.663 or 66.3%, which means that employee performance is influenced by reward and punishment while the remaining 33.7% can be explained by other variables that were not examined in this study. So it can be concluded that Reward and Punishment have a positive influence or jointly on Employee Performance.

Villages, as the lowest level of government, play a strategic role in development and public service delivery; however, they still face various challenges in administration and management. Manual administrative processes lead to slow services, a high risk of errors, and low levels of transparency and accountability. In addition, the limited competence of village officials in technology and modern management hinders the effectiveness of planning, implementation, and evaluation of development programs. This condition impacts the quality of public services and reduces community participation. The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security.
