o improve productivity, which remains fluctuating due to suboptimal cultivation practices. The research was conducted from February to March 2026 at the experimental field of the Pusat Riset Bisnis Kopbun Suka Tani Sejahtera, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency, using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) of 4 × 3 with three replications. The first factor was the dosage of manure (control, 1 kg/plant, 1.5 kg/plant, and 2 kg/plant), while the second factor was the type of natural PGR (onion extract, rice water, and coconut water). Data were collected through direct observations on several parameters, including number of fruits, fruit weight, fresh biomass weight, root fresh weight, and root length, and were then analyzed to determine the effects of treatments and their interactions.
The results showed that certain doses of manure had a significant effect on increasing yield and root growth, while natural PGRs were able to enhance flowering, reduce flower drop, and accelerate fruit formation. The interaction between both treatments indicated that the optimal combination produced higher results compared to single treatments. The novelty of this study lies in the use of a combination of manure and natural PGRs based on local materials as a strategy to improve the generative phase. The implications of this research are expected to serve as a scientific reference for the development of sustainable cultivation techniques, as well as learning material and further research in the fields of agronomy and horticulture.

arch was conducted from April to July 2025 at Mon Jambe Village, Jeumpa District, and the Kopbun Suka Tani Sejahtera Business Research Center, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency. The experiment employed a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with four varieties as treatments and three replications, resulting in 12 experimental units. The tested varieties were Rajo, Genie, Bara, and Tetra Hijau. Data were collected through observations of plant height, number of leaves, number of fruits, fruit weight, and fresh biomass weight, and were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) to determine differences among treatments. The results showed that the varietal factor had a highly significant effect on leaf number and a significant effect on fruit number and fruit weight. The Bara variety exhibited the most adaptive and productive performance under the cocoa alley cropping system, as indicated by superior vegetative growth and yield compared to other varieties. The novelty of this study lies in emphasizing that varietal selection is a key factor in optimizing the utilization of cocoa alley spaces for cayenne pepper cultivation. These findings are expected to provide a scientific basis for developing cayenne pepper cultivation technologies in cocoa alley systems and to serve as a reference for further research on adaptive variety development under such environmental conditions.

cle aims to systematically examine eight empirical publications from 2021 to 2025 that explore the application of this model within IRE contexts. The review focuses on instructional design, pedagogical outcomes, and implementation challenges. Findings from the analyzed studies suggest that applying the flipped classroom model in IRE can enhance students’ cognitive understanding, foster learning motivation, and develop critical and collaborative thinking skills. However, the effectiveness of this model depends heavily on the quality of digital learning design, the teacher’s readiness to facilitate active learning, and the ability to meaningfully integrate Islamic values into the learning process. In addition, this model faces several challenges, including limitations in technological infrastructure, lack of professional teacher training, and the need for curriculum adaptation. This study highlights the importance of systemic support and digital competency development among educators to ensure that flipped classroom implementation is not merely a technical strategy, but a means of strengthening the spiritual dimension and core values of Islamic education in the digital age.

The method used in this study is a literature study, by analyzing interpretations and related literature that discusses the relationship between education, morality, and character. The results of the study show that there are several implications in the formation of character and noble morals from the perspective of the Qur'an, such as: 1) Education as a process of self-purification (Tazkiyah), 2) Character formation through parental advice to children. 3) Building character with positive traits and attitudes. 4) Education as a process of noble moral development. Through a purposive sampling approach, the analysis included 20 companies, resulting in a dataset consisting of 73 observations. The analysis revealed several interesting findings: profitability did not show a significant effect on tax avoidance, while company size was found to have a significantly positive impact. Meanwhile, earnings management did not significantly contribute to tax avoidance, and sales growth demonstrated a significantly negative relationship with tax avoidance. With this determination, mitigation efforts must be carried out in accordance with statutory regulations in emergency response period for handling Covid-19. Tourist attractions have the potential to become a locus for the spread of COVID-19 if there is a gathering of visitors while traveling, causing the need for health protocols in carrying out activities at that location. This research uses qualitative research which aims to gather information about the compliance of people at tourist attractions with the health protocols implemented in Jambi City. The results of this research show that the implementation of the health protocol, namely 5M (wearing a mask, washing hands, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds and reducing mobility) is carried out well and is carried out directly by the government and tourist attraction owners through CHSE (Clean Health Safety and Environment). And the community has good knowledge, attitudes and behavior in complying with the health protocols implemented. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of health protocols at various tourist attractions in Jambi City has gone well with supervision carried out by the government and tourist owners.
