The Influence of Work-Life Balance and Motivation on Employee Performance Across All Districts in The Island of Sebatik

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee performance The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee performance with motivation as a moderator.… a moderator. The study aims to determine and analyze whether motivation plays a role in improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik, as well as to determine and analyze whether motivation moderates the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts in the island of Sebatik. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study consists of all Civil Servants in all districts on the island of Sebatik, totaling 110 employees. The sampling method used is census technique, which includes all 110 elements being investigated. Therefore, it analyzes all objects, all indicators, all events, and incidents. The data used in this study is primary data, collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis using statistical methods. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research findings indicate that there is a significant positive influence of motivation on improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik. However, motivation does not moderate the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts on the island of Sebatik. Therefore, motivation is not a moderating variable in this study. This means that motivation cannot strengthen or weaken the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotions and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Iconnet at PT. Icon+ in Makassar City. The population in this study are Iconnet customers. Sampling&#8230; g in this study used the slovin formula so that 96 respondents were sampled. The type of research used is associative research. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers. The results of the study after being processed with SPSS 25 show that there is a partially significant effect between the independent variables on the dependent variable as evidenced by the t value of the sales promotion variable (X1) of 7.015 > t table of 1.661 with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t value of the brand awareness variable (X2) is 2.873 > t table 1.661 with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle and self-concept on consumptive behavior in students of the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. The population in this study were 2757 students of the Faculty&#8230; ulty of Economics, Makassar State University and a sample of 96 students was drawn. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a regression approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially, the lifestyle variable (X1) had a positive effect on consumptive behavior (Y) with a value of T count (5.732) > T table (1.985) and the self-concept variable (X2) had a positive effect on consumptive behavior (Y) with a value of T count (3.085) > T table (1.985), while simultaneously the lifestyle variable (X1) and self-concept (X2) had a positive effect on consumptive behavior (Y) with a value of F count (51.087) > F table (3.10).
