Analysis of The Income Statement in The Room Department of The Harper Perintis Makassar Hotel by Aston in 2020-2022

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the Income Statement of the Room Department at Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel in the 2020-2022 time span. The hospitality industry plays an important role in the tourism industry and the… he economy of a region. The existence of hotels not only provides a significant economic impact through income and employment for local communities, but also has a social impact by improving living standards and social conditions. The results of this study indicate that although Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel offers various additional facilities such as swimming pools, restaurants, massage services, and others, room types such as Superior Room and Deluxe Room continue to contribute significant departmental profits. However, there was a decrease in the Room Department's profit and loss at the end of 2017 due to room renovations and new facilities, as well as in 2019 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in a decrease in guest visits. This study uses quantitative research methods with a positivism approach. Primary data was obtained from the financial statements of the Rooms Department of Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel for 2020-2022. Data collection techniques involved field research with observation, direct interviews, and documentation.

The Influence of Green Training, Green Recruitment and Green Transformational Leadership on Sustainable Corporate Performance at PT Kima Makassar

Abstract: The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence of Green Training, Green Recruitment, and Green Transformational Leadership on Sustainable Corporate Performance separately and simultaneously. In this research, a quantitative… antitative approach was used, and the sample was 100 people who worked at PT KIMA Makassar. The research results show that Green Training (X1) partially has a positive and significant impact on Sustainable Corporate Performance. The calculated t value is 3.165, lower than the t table value of 1.984, and the significance value is 0.003, less than 0.05. Apart from that, Green Training also has a positive and significant impact on Sustainable Corporate Performance, with a calculated t value of 4.181, which exceeds the t table of 1.984, and a significance value of 0.000 below 0.05. On the other hand, Green Transformational Leadership also has a positive impact on Sustainable Corporate Performance, with a calculated t value of 7.019, which exceeds the t table of 1.984, and a significance value of 0.000 below 0.05. Apart from that, a simultaneous test was carried out on the influence of Green Training (X1), Green Recruitment (X2), and Green Transformational Leadership (X3) on Sustainable Corporate Performance. The results show a calculated f of 78.706, which exceeds the f table of 2.70, and a significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.

Abstract: This research departs from the fact that MSMEs are the pillars of economic growth to date, but their business growth is hampered by problems of weak control of strategic resources and limited market access. The general aim… im of this research is to examine the development of a brick business competitiveness model. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an emphasis on explanatory research. The sample units are brick businesses located in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency, totaling 65 businesses. Data collection used a survey with a questionnaire instrument using a Likert scale measurement. Respondents are asked to provide answers to closed statements. The respondents are brick business owners. The data analysis method in this research uses descriptive statistics to describe research variables and inferential statistics through PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis version of the WarpPLS 4.0 program. The results of the research analysis will be supported and deepened using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with several key informants and stakeholders.

Exploring the Role of Brand Equity on Customer Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty: A Case Study of Browcyl's Signature Makassar Snacks

Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between consumer-based brand equity and brand loyalty, with an emphasis on the mediating role of customer satisfaction in the specific context of the cake shop segment within the… he restaurant industry. Employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through LISREL, this research analyzes data collected from customers of Browcyl’s cake shops in Makassar. The model focuses on examining the impact of five dimensions of consumer-based brand equity on customer satisfaction and, subsequently, on brand loyalty. The results indicate that three out of the five dimensions of consumer-based brand equity significantly and positively influence customer satisfaction. In turn, customer satisfaction has a strong, positive impact on brand loyalty. This highlights the pivotal role of certain brand equity elements in enhancing customer satisfaction, which is a key driver of brand loyalty in the cake shop sector. The study offers valuable insights for practitioners in the restaurant industry, particularly in the cake shop sector. It suggests that focusing on specific aspects of brand equity can significantly improve customer satisfaction, leading to increased brand loyalty. This provides a strategic direction for cake shop owners and marketers to strengthen their brand equity in ways that resonate with their customers.

The Influence of Product Quality, Price & Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Palekko Sidenreng Eating Houses in Sidrap District

Abstract: This research aims to determine the partial influence of product quality, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Palekko Restaurant in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents.&#8230; pondents. The results of the research show that service quality, price and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Palekko Sidenreng Restaurant in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, based partially on the calculation results that the t-calculated value of the product quality variable is ( 6.435), the t-calculated value of the price variable is (3.223) and the t-calculated value of the service quality variable (3.752) is greater than the t-table value (1.660) and the sig value of all variables is smaller than 0.05. Simultaneously, service quality, price and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Palekko Sidenreng Restaurant in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The calculation results show that the F-count value = 30,946 is greater than the F-table value = 2.70 (30,946 > 2.70) and significance value = 0.000 (smaller than α = 0.05). (0.000 < 0.05).

The Effect of Cash Flow on Liquidity Levels at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk on the Indonesian Stock Exchange

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of cash flow on the level of liquidity at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The research population&#8230; pulation is the financial statements of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for 5 (five) periods, namely 2015-2019. The samples for this research are the balance sheet, profit and loss report and cash flow report of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for 5 (five) periods, namely 2015-2019. The data in this research is secondary data with data collection techniques using documentation methods for company financial reports. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.Partial research results (t test) state that partial operating cash flow does not have a significant effect on liquidity. Meanwhile, the investment cash flow variable partially has a significant effect on the level of liquidity. And the partial funding cash flow variable has no significant effect on liquidity. Simultaneous research results (F test) state that operating cash flow, investment cash flow and funding cash flow have a value of Fcount > Ftable (3.275 > 2.95) and a significance value of < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05), So it can be concluded that the operating cash flow, investment cash flow and funding cash flow variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the level of liquidity.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the influence exerted by digital marketing and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions Coffee Shop Lagi lagi chl Makassar City. The research method used is quantitative&#8230; ve with descriptive methodology. To collect research data for this study, questionnaires and documentation were both used. In this study, 50 people were used as samples, and the Likert scale method was used to calculate the number of samples. Partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), coefficient of determination (R2), and classical assumption test are the data analysis techniques used in this study. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of business location feasibility, social media advertising and product innovation partially and simultaneously on increasing sales of culinary MSMEs at Center Point of Indonesia (CPI)&#8230; PI) Makassar City. This study employs quantitative research methodologies. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews using questionnaires and documentation of activities. The population as well as the sample in this study were 50 culinary MSME business actors located at the Center Point of Indonesia (CPI). The employed data analysis techniques encompass multiple linear regression analysis, the F-test, the t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that business location feasibility, social media advertising and product innovation partially influenced the increase in sales of Culinary MSMEs at Center Point of Indonesia (CPI). Abstract: By taking into account the function of brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image as intervening variables, this study seeks to assess the impact of celebrity endorsement on repurchase intention of SOMETHINC products.&#8230; ucts. A common marketing tactic for influencing consumer views and behavior toward specific products is celebrity endorsement. This study employs a survey methodology, collecting information from participants using questionnaires that are given to those who are familiar with SOMETHINC goods and have interacted with relevant celebrity endorsements. Utilizing statistical analysis techniques like multiple linear regression and path analysis, hypotheses are tested. The findings demonstrated that brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image are significantly influenced by celebrity endorsement. In this situation, brand attitude has been shown to mediate between celebrity endorsement and intention to repurchase. A similar association between celebrity endorsement and repurchase intention is mediated by brand credibility and brand image. These results demonstrate that celebrity endorsements can positively affect consumers' perceptions of SOMETHINC products by enhancing brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image. These factors in turn influence consumers' desire to repurchase the product. In order to maximize the efficacy of this marketing strategy, businesses should carefully evaluate the choice and management of celebrity endorsements as well as the development of positive brand attitudes, brand credibility, and brand image.

Implementation of Maslahah in Islamic Financial Institutions for UMKM Actors in Makassar City

Abstract: Financing is a provider of funding facilities to meet the needs of parties who are deficit units. This research was conducted to analyze the financing system of Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar for UMKM actors in Makassar&#8230; assar City and to analyze the benefits of UMKM actors in Makassar City through Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar financing. The type of research conducted in this research is a type of qualitative research with a sociological-normative approach. The source of the research data is the Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar bank. Data collection used interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis and triangulation of data sources. The results of the study show that the procedures for submitting financing to Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar prioritize unity, balance, freedom and primarily responsibility. The financing schemes that are often used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar are mudharabah and musyarakah financing. Benefit can be created by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar for UMKM actors with patterns or implementation of contracts on products that are very much in favor so that the implementation of the benefits of Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar has realized in its implementation the financing process for UMKM actors.
