The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Descriptive research method is a method in examining a group of people in an object, a system of thought, or in a class of events in the present. The purpose of this descriptive research is to make a description, general picture or painting systematically, factually, and accurately regarding the facts, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The results of this study are 1) The absorption of community aspirations has not fully run well due to limited human resources, minimal facilities and budget, budget limitations and ineffective coordination and communication; 2) The absorption of aspirations is conveyed through formal activities such as the participation of DPRD members in the Musrenbang conducted by the West Nias Regency Government, Recess, Working Visits or sudden inspections and through informal activities carried out by council members on a daily basis (without a prior schedule). ; 3) Public participation in channeling their aspirations is conveyed through personal and/or group complaints, both directly and indirectly, such as through correspondence, mass media, social media and electronic media.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication climate on employee performance at the Karo Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) . This research used the methods of validity testing of research instruments, reliability testing of research instruments, classical assumption testing, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and research hypothesis testing. Linear regression equation Y = 7, 429 + 7 74 X. The results of the t-test of Organizational Communication Climate (X) with the calculated t-value of the Organizational Climate variable is 1 8.378 and the t- table value is 1.70814 , so the calculated t-value > t -table (1 8.378 > 1.70814 ) and the sig value < 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) . The results of the R- square coefficient of determination are 932. This shows the understanding that the increase in the Performance of Karo Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Employees is influenced by 93.2% by the Organizational Communication Climate while the remaining 6.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study such as personal factors, situational factors, leadership style and compensation.

a personal hygiene saat menstruasi pada wanita prevalensi Infeksi Saluran Reproduksi pada remaja di dunia yaitu pruritus vulvae 25%-50%. Indonesia terdapat sejumlah 5,2 juta remaja putri kerap mengalami ketidaknyamanan pasca menstruasi akibat kebersihan yang buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan personal hygiene saat menstruasi dengan kejadian pruritus vulvae pada remaja putri kelas VII di SMP Negeri 12 Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-Agustus 2025 dengan pengumpulan data pada 11 Agustus-13 Agustus 2025. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswi kelas VII SMP Negeri 12 Padang yang berjumlah 102 orang, dengan sampel 68 responden yang dipilih secara simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner pengetahuan personal hygiene dan kejadian pruritus vulvae. Dengan analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square (p-value < 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 28 responden (41,2%) mengalami pruritus vulvae kategori sedang dan sebanyak 25 responden (36,8%) memiliki pengetahuan personal hygiene kurang. Hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan personal hygiene saat menstruasi dengan kejadian pruritus vulvae (p-value 0,001). Disimpulkan bahwa rendahnya pengetahuan personal hygiene saat menstruasi berhubungan dengan meningkatnya kejadian pruritus vulvae. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan pihak sekolah dan tenaga kesehatan untuk memberikan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi secara berkesinambungan, serta memberikan motivasi agar remaja putri lebih peduli dalam menjaga kebersihan diri selama menstruasi.

The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

Penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur naratif dan tematik dari 53 artikel tahun 2016 hingga 2025. Proses analisis meliputi identifikasi artikel melalui basis data internasional, seleksi berbasis kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, serta sintesis tematik untuk menyoroti tema dominan, kerangka teori, dan metode penelitian yang digunakan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan tren peningkatan publikasi sejak tahun 2020, dengan distribusi disiplin ilmu sebagai berikut: 62% komunikasi, 15% sosiologi, 13% psikologi, dan 10% ekonomi digital. Sebagian besar penelitian berasal dari konteks Barat (70%), sedangkan 30% meneliti konteks Global South. Temuan tematik menegaskan bahwa influencer berperan sebagai produsen visibilitas digital; keterlihatan tersebut memunculkan perhatian publik yang dikonversi menjadi nilai ekonomi dan sosial melalui strategi flexing. Fenomena ini menimbulkan ketegangan antara otentisitas diri, ekspektasi sosial, dan logika algoritma, membentuk ekosistem baru dalam kapitalisme digital. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa digital visibility berfungsi sebagai modal sosial dan simbolik yang mempengaruhi status, peluang ekonomi, dan identitas digital individu. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan interdisipliner untuk memahami performativitas digital dan memberikan panduan praktis bagi influencer dan praktisi media sosial dalam manajemen konten, branding personal, serta pengelolaan ekspektasi audiens. Based on the interest in studying Malcolm X's speech further, the thesis writer decided to analyze Malcolm X's speech at the Oxford Union Debate using Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis framework with a qualitative method that will focus on linguistic issues as part of social and humanitarian issues. The results of this study showed deconstruction result of Malcolm X's speech text by analyzing various linguistic features from the dimensions of text practice (including positive and negative lexical items, key terms of ideology and belief, modality, and rhetorical devices), discursive practice (including intertextuality and shared knowledge), and sociocultural (including formality and personal pronouns), then continued with a discussion of the relationship between discourse, power, and ideology and the role of Malcolm X's speech in the historical context at that time. It can be concluded that Malcolm X's speech highlights his advocacy for revolutionary justice and self-defense for oppressed black people. He also challenged the power structures of his time, opposing segregation and exposing the hypocrisy of the American and Western governments with white supremacy and colonialism behind the mask of democracy.
