Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Koperasi Berdasarkan Laporan Sisa Hasil Usaha Studi Kasus Koperasi Karyawan Vale Tahun 2020-2022

Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan Koperasi Karyawan Vale Indonesia selama periode 2020–2022 dengan menggunakan rasio-rasio profitabilitas seperti Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets… ssets (ROA), dan Return on Equity (ROE). Metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Menurut hasil penelitian, pada tahun 2020 dan 2021, koperasi masih berada dalam kondisi yang relatif stabil, meskipun capaian NPM dan ROA belum menunjukkan performa optimal. Sementara itu, ROE menunjukkan hasil yang cukup positif sebagai indikator pengembalian modal. Namun, pada tahun 2022, terjadi penurunan signifikan pada seluruh rasio profitabilitas yang bahkan berujung pada nilai negatif, mencerminkan adanya kerugian serta menurunnya efisiensi dalam pengelolaan aset dan modal koperasi. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya perbaikan manajemen keuangan, pengendalian pengeluaran, serta peningkatan partisipasi aktif anggota sebagai upaya strategis dalam pemulihan kinerja. Nilai kebaruan dari riset ini terletak pada pemetaan tren penurunan kinerja secara menyeluruh dan penyampaian rekomendasi yang konstruktif bagi pengembangan koperasi, baik dari sisi akademis maupun praktis.

Analisis Rasio Keuangan untuk Menilai Kinerja Keuangan PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk Tahun 2020-2024

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk selama periode 2020 hingga 2024 melalui pendekatan analisis rasio keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif… dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengukur rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas untuk menilai efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas perusahaan berada dalam kategori sangat baik, dengan current ratio dan quick ratio melebihi standar industri. Rasio solvabilitas juga menunjukkan struktur pendanaan yang sehat. Namun, rasio aktivitas seperti perputaran persediaan dan total aset masih rendah, mengindikasikan adanya inefisiensi. Di sisi lain, rasio profitabilitas mengalami perbaikan dari tahun ke tahun, namun masih berada di bawah standar industri. Kesimpulannya, meskipun kondisi keuangan secara umum cukup stabil, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan aset dan margin keuntungan untuk memperkuat daya saing keuangannya di masa depan.

Differences in Social Support for Pregnant Women between Family Planning and Non-Family Planning

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the differences in social support received by pregnant women who participate in the Family Planning (FP) program compared to pregnant women who do not participate in the program. The method used… d is a systematic literature review, which includes data collection and analysis from various studies related to social support for pregnant women. the results of the study indicate that pregnant women involved in the family planning program receive stronger social support from family, friends, and health workers. this support includes better emotional, informational, and instrumental aspects, which have a positive impact on their mental and physical health. in contrast, non-family planning pregnant women tend to experience social isolation and have limited access to health resources and information. the discussion in this study emphasizes the importance of social support in improving the welfare of pregnant women and the role of the family planning program as a platform to strengthen social support networks. the conclusion of this study shows that better social support in pregnant women who participate in the family planning program contributes to better mental health, lower stress levels, and increase their self-confidence during pregnancy. therefore, it is important to improve the integration of social support in the family planning program to create a more supportive environment for pregnant women, so that they can go through their pregnancy more healthily and optimally.

Public-Private Collaboration in Sustainable Tourism Destination Management: Case Study of MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar

Abstract: Public-private collaboration is a vital strategy in managing sustainable tourism destinations, integrating diverse stakeholders to balance economic growth, environmental sustainability, and social equity. Despite the hospitality… pitality sector’s key role in tourism governance, research on its collaboration with public institutions, particularly in Makassar, Indonesia, remains limited. This study examines MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar to explore the mechanisms, challenges, and outcomes of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in sustainable tourism destination management (STDM). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and policy analysis to investigate how MaxOne Resort collaborates with local government and communities to implement sustainability initiatives. The findings reveal that structured mechanisms such as formal agreements, joint projects, and stakeholder committees facilitate sustainable governance. MaxOne Resort actively engages in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and responsible tourism practices, positioning itself as a sustainability model within the hospitality sector. However, regulatory misalignments, funding constraints, and inconsistent stakeholder engagement present significant challenges. The study underscores the relevance of the Penta-Helix framework, highlighting how collaboration among government, private sector, academia, community, and media enhances the legitimacy and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. This research contributes to the literature by providing a localized analysis of PPPs in Makassar, bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical applications. The findings offer policy recommendations to strengthen stakeholder collaboration, optimize governance structures, and support sustainable tourism development in emerging destinations.

Exploring HR Experiences at Bunda Sarini Clinic: Digitalization, MIS, Service Quality, and Operational Efficiency

Abstract: The integration of digitalization and Management Information Systems (MIS) has profoundly enhanced human resource efficiency, service quality, and operational effectiveness at Klinik Pratama Bunda Sarini. This study explores… ores the role of MIS in optimizing workforce management and improving patient-centered care, highlighting both its advantages and the challenges encountered during implementation. Researchers employed a qualitative case study approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews and document analysis to examine HR professionals' experiences with digital transformation. The findings indicate that MIS has streamlined administrative workflows, reduced clerical inefficiencies, and improved real-time data accessibility, facilitating faster decision-making and higher patient satisfaction. However, workforce resistance, digital literacy limitations, and data security concerns created obstacles in the transition process. Structured HR-led training programs and phased implementation strategies effectively addressed these challenges. The study underscores the importance of sustained investment in workforce development, cybersecurity measures, and digital infrastructure to support long-term healthcare digitalization. Future research should evaluate the long-term impact of digital adoption in small-scale healthcare institutions.

Linking Employee Training And Development To Enhanced Customer Satisfaction In Hotels

Abstract: This study aims to examine the relationship between employee training and development programs and customer satisfaction levels within the hospitality sector, with a particular focus on MaxOne Hotels in Makassar. Employing… ng a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates employee surveys, customer feedback, and performance metric analysis to assess the influence of training programs on service quality and customer experiences. The findings reveal that employee training and development variables account for only 1.4% of the variance in customer satisfaction, with the remaining 98.6% influenced by other factors. Nevertheless, well-structured training program designs were shown to significantly enhance employees' critical thinking, communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, technology-based training demonstrates substantial potential for improving service efficiency and facilitating adaptation to operational innovations. In conclusion, while the direct impact of training on customer satisfaction is relatively minor, thoughtfully designed training programs remain essential for delivering high-quality customer experiences and sustaining competitiveness in the industry. This research offers valuable insights into strategies for optimizing training effectiveness in the hospitality sector.

DKI Jakarta menunjukkan tingkat realisasi APD yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan… Banten, yang dipengaruhi oleh kapasitas fiskal yang lebih beragam. Sebaliknya, Banten mengalami kesulitan dalam mengoptimalkan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) karena terbatasnya infrastruktur ekonomi dan kapasitas administrasi. Faktor-faktor seperti kebijakan fiskal, basis ekonomi, dan dinamika sosial-ekonomi lokal berperan penting dalam perbedaan kinerja anggaran antara kedua provinsi. Penelitian ini menyarankan strategi pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih adaptif, peningkatan efisiensi PAD, serta pemanfaatan dana perimbangan untuk mendukung pembangunan yang lebih merata dan berkelanjutan.

Ungkapan Cita Rasa Nasi Tutug Oncom di Era Global

Abstract: Nasi tutug oncom is a traditional Sundanese dish, which is not only a food but also reflects the rich culture and life of the Sundanese people. The purpose of this study examines the uniqueness of nasi tutug oncom and how… w this dish acts as a tool to express the values, identity, and social dynamics of Sundanese society that continues to evolve in the midst of globalization. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with data acquisition through literature study, interviews with culinary experts and the community, and analysis of how tutug oncom rice is presented in various media, this research tries to reveal the deep meaning behind tutug oncom rice. The research sample is tutug oncom rice. The results show that nasi tutug oncom is more than just food; it symbolizes the hospitality, local wisdom and food security of the Sundanese people. The process of making it, serving it, and eating it, is full of meanings that reflect the values of mutual cooperation, simplicity, and respect for nature. In this era of globalization, nasi tutug oncom faces both challenges and opportunities. On the one hand, this dish can become an Indonesian culinary icon that can be recognized worldwide. However, on the other hand, nasi tutug oncom is vulnerable to changes that can eliminate its uniqueness and original characteristics. This research suggests the importance of preserving and developing nasi tutug oncom without sacrificing its cultural and philosophical significance. Overall, this research shows that food is not just a daily necessity. Through nasi tutug oncom, we can see that food has deep social and cultural aspects, which are important for preserving local cultural diversity.

Implementation of Labor Law in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 - Challenges and Solutions

Abstract: The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has drastically transformed global industries, introducing advanced technologies such as automation, artificial intelligence, and digitalization into the workplace. This rapid technological… shift has presented significant challenges for labor laws, which are often designed for traditional work environments. This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.
