Literature searches were carried out through scientific databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and several international journals. Inclusion criteria included studies that addressed the impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, with analysis of factors influencing this relationship as well as variations in findings based on geographic and cultural context. This SLR analysis identified that teenage pregnancy consistently has a negative impact on maternal mental health, including increasing the risk of stress, anxiety and depression. Factors such as social support, social stigma, and economic conditions play an important role in influencing the mental health of teenage mothers. The variety of findings suggests that cultural norms, family structure, and global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic may significantly influence the experience and impact of teen pregnancy. These findings highlight the need for a holistic approach in supporting the mental health of teenage mothers, including increasing access to affordable mental health services, strong social supports, and educational programs that strengthen community awareness. Evidence-based policy implications can help reduce the negative impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, by integrating cultural and contextual perspectives in interventions aimed at improving the well-being of teenage mothers worldwide.

This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to collect and evaluate 20 relevant articles regarding strategies for reducing and preventing anemia in pregnant women. A literature search was conducted through various databases and articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected for analysis. The main finding of this literature review is that several effective strategies have been identified for the reduction and prevention of anemia in pregnant women, including iron and folic acid supplementation, dietary changes, regular check-ups, health education, and community-based awareness campaigns. Factors such as public awareness, supportive health policies, and easy access to health services play an important role in supporting the successful implementation of these strategies. However, there are also obstacles such as limited access and resources, non-compliance, and cultural challenges that can hinder efforts to prevent anemia. The conclusion of this research is that strategies for reducing and preventing anemia in pregnant women require a holistic approach involving various aspects, including strengthening health services, targeted health education, and cross-sector collaboration. By implementing appropriate recommendations, it is hoped that a significant reduction in the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women can be achieved and improve the overall health of mothers and fetuses.

cing maternal and child mortality rates using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This research uses the SLR method by collecting and analyzing literature from various academic databases. Inclusion criteria included studies evaluating the impact of Family Planning programs on maternal and child mortality rates, published between 2019 and 2024. The literature selection process was carried out in two stages: initial screening and quality assessment using PRISMA guidelines. A total of 15 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed in this study. The findings show that the Family Planning Program is effective in reducing maternal mortality through increasing access to reproductive health services, health education, and use of contraception. Apart from that, the Family Planning program is also effective in reducing child mortality by improving maternal health and preventing unwanted pregnancies. Challenges identified include limited access to health services in remote areas, cultural barriers, and lack of policy support. Family Planning programs have proven effective in reducing maternal and child mortality rates. To increase its effectiveness, it is necessary to increase accessibility, service quality, and adequate policy support. It is hoped that these recommendations will help in improving the implementation of Family Planning programs and maternal and child health policies in the future.

litian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur untuk menganalisis efektivitas wayang kulit sebagai media dakwah Islam oleh Wali Songo dan relevansinya di masa kini. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa wayang kulit sangat efektif karena popularitasnya di kalangan masyarakat Jawa, sehingga memungkinkan ajaran Islam diintegrasikan secara damai tanpa paksaan. Strategi akulturasi budaya yang dilakukan Wali Songo dengan memodifikasi tokoh dan cerita wayang agar mengandung nilai-nilai Islam, menunjukkan penghormatan terhadap budaya lokal dan selaras dengan karakter Islam sebagai rahmatan lil’alamin. Namun di zaman modern, keefektifan wayang menghadapi tantangan seperti menurunnya minat generasi muda, kurangnya pemahaman terhadap simbolisme wayang, dan beragamnya kualifikasi dalang (dalang). Terlepas dari tantangan-tantangan tersebut, studi ini menegaskan potensi wayang sebagai media dakwah kontemporer jika direvitalisasi melalui integrasi teknologi, peningkatan pengetahuan keislaman para dalang, dan kolaborasi dengan lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan Wali Songo dalam membudayakan Islam dengan budaya lokal melalui wayang memberikan pembelajaran berharga bagi strategi dakwah masa kini. based on the importance of a deeper understanding of the impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, given the high prevalence of teenage pregnancy in Indonesia and its long-term negative impact. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that support or hinder the mental health of mothers who experience teenage pregnancy, and to present key findings from the relevant literature in this context. The research method used was a qualitative analysis of relevant literature studies found through systematic searches in academic databases and scientific journals. This approach allowed us to explore the findings of various studies and gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study. The main results of this study show that teenage pregnancy has a significant impact on the mother's future mental health, including an increased risk of depression, anxiety and postnatal stress. Factors such as social support, access to mental health services, and economic conditions play an important role in determining the mother's future mental health. The conclusion of this study is that efforts to improve future maternal mental health should be a priority in public policy and clinical practice. A holistic approach that takes into account the various factors that influence maternal mental health, as well as cross-sectoral cooperation, is needed to create a supportive environment for adolescent mothers to achieve optimal mental well-being.

through the analysis of relevant literature on reproductive health education and pregnant women's knowledge of normal labor. The results of the analysis showed that the reproductive health education intervention significantly improved pregnant women's understanding of the labor process, including knowledge of the stages of labor, signs of labor, pain management, and postpartum care. Comparisons between the control and experimental groups also confirmed that the reproductive health education program was effective in improving the overall knowledge of pregnant women. These findings suggest that reproductive health education is an important strategy for optimally preparing pregnant women for childbirth. The implications of this study are the need for more structured and focused integration of reproductive health education in prenatal care, as well as the need for further research to understand the factors that influence the implementation and outcomes of reproductive health education programs.

Dengan adanya QRIS para Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) hanya perlu menyediakan 1 QR Code berlogo QRIS yang dapat membaca semua aplikasi pembayaran non tunai baik berupa uang elektronik, dompet elektronik, dan mobile banking. Dengan adanya QRIS menciptakan solusi yang efektif bagi UMKM untuk mengadopsi gaya hidup tanpa uang tunai (cashless) dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam transaksi keuangan. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang telah kami telaah dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan QRIS memiliki dampak yang beragam terhadap UMKM di berbagai kota di Indonesia. Penggunaan QRIS cenderung masih didominasi oleh kalangan pekerja kantoran daripada remaja atau mahasiswa. Namun demikian, penggunaan QRIS di kalangan UMKM menunjukkan potensi untuk memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan produktivitas, terutama jika didukung dengan inovasi teknologi dan pengetahuan yang lebih luas tentang manfaatnya. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi pada perlunya upaya lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi UMKM dalam penggunaan QRIS. Peranan pemerintah dan pihak terkait penting untuk memberikan sosialisasi yang lebih luas tentang manfaat QRIS dan memberikan insentif bagi UMKM yang mengadopsinya. Selain itu, perlu dilakukan pelatihan tambahan untuk memastikan bahwa pelaku UMKM memahami secara menyeluruh cara menggunakan QRIS untuk meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi dan memperluas pasar mereka dan lebih optimal dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pembayaran digital untuk pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan usaha mereka.

The research aims to investigate the employees' perception of the workplace climate at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi and determine the extent to which the work environment impacts their intention to continue working at the hotel. The qualitative method offers an opportunity for an in-depth exploration of Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi's Efforts in Retaining Employees. This research found that skill development, career advancement, pay, work culture, benefits, and outstanding relationships affect employee satisfaction at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi. To retain staff, Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi offers cross-training programmes, fair promotion processes, and a comfortable work culture for employee development. Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi employees depart for financial, professional, and outside experience reasons.
