With digital technology, people can record and monitor their family finances through digital financial platforms, making family financial management more efficient. Research Objectives: (1) To analyze the level of digital financial literacy among low-income communities and identify the factors influencing it. (3) To identify the challenges faced by low-income communities in accessing and utilizing digital financial services. (4) To assess the impact of using digital financial technology on family financial management and the well-being of low-income communities. This study employs a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Participatory Action Research is a research method that involves the active participation of the community or group being studied throughout the research process, from planning, implementation, and reflection to corrective actions. The research findings indicate that the community lacks sufficient education regarding financial literacy in the use of digital tools for managing family finances. This lack of education poses a significant challenge in adopting digital finance for financial management among low-income communities. However, with the financial revolution, low-income communities have begun to understand the use of digitalization in managing family finances.

structural issues in the labor market, including skill mismatches and insufficient job creation. Job preferences, including factors such as salary, work-life balance, and career development, are crucial in determining an individual’s ability to secure desirable employment. This research, based on a sample of 280 graduates from various universities, reveals that well-defined and realistic job preferences positively influence SPE. The analysis shows a significant and strong relationship between job preferences and employability, with a high path coefficient (0.986) and a T-statistics value far exceeding the significance threshold. The results highlight the importance of aligning personal career goals with market demands, enhancing individuals’ self-confidence in their employability. Educational institutions also play a key role in shaping job preferences and employability by providing skills that match labor market needs. The study underscores the need for better integration between education and industry to improve graduates’ market readiness. Universities in Bandung should integrate skill training aligned with labor market demands, career guidance, industry trend seminars, and job search strategies to ensure graduates possess relevant preferences and skills for the workforce. This study employed the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to analyze the factors influencing graduate employability preferences. As a recommendation, higher education institutions and policymakers should emphasize industry collaboration and adopt policies that enhance graduates’ readiness for the evolving job market.
Abstract:This study examines employees' perceptions of work-life balance implementation in a hybrid work environment, a model that has gained popularity in the post-COVID-19 era. Hybrid work arrangements offer flexibility by allowing…
wing employees to alternate between remote and office-based work, providing opportunities to balance professional and personal responsibilities. However, the blurred boundaries between work and personal life in a hybrid setting can create challenges, such as overworking, interruptions during personal time, and social isolation. Using a qualitative approach, this study explores the experiences, challenges, and factors influencing work-life balance in hybrid work environments. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with employees from various sectors. The findings reveal that while hybrid work promotes flexibility and autonomy, it also increases the risk of stress and burnout due to a lack of clear boundaries and insufficient organizational support. Factors such as flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and access to user-friendly digital tools were identified as enablers of work-life balance. This research highlights the dual impact of hybrid work on work-life balance and emphasizes the need for clear organizational policies, leadership training, and technological support to ensure employee well-being. The findings provide actionable recommendations for organizations to optimize hybrid work practices.

logy, mobile banking has become a crucial factor influencing customer experience, particularly within the context of Islamic banking, which operates on Islamic principles. This research investigates how the quality of mobile banking services (such as ease of access, security, and transaction convenience) affects customer relationship quality (including trust, satisfaction, and loyalty). Additionally, it explores whether gender moderates the relationship between mobile banking service quality and customer relationship quality. Data were collected through surveys from customers of Indonesian Islamic banks, and the analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings are expected to provide insights into the design of mobile banking services that are responsive to gender-specific needs and offer recommendations for Islamic banks to strengthen customer relationships through more inclusive digital innovations.
Abstract:The study concludes that taxpayer compliance is driven by various economic, social-psychological, and demographic factors. Economic factors, such as reasonable tax rates and the enforcement of effective penalties, play a…
significant role in improving compliance. Additionally, social-psychological aspects, including increased tax awareness, trust in government, and social norms, are critical in influencing taxpayer behavior. Demographic characteristics, such as age, education, and income levels, also affect compliance likelihood. To foster higher tax compliance, governments must adopt a comprehensive strategy that combines economic incentives, social influence, and educational initiatives. Addressing these diverse factors can lead to a more efficient tax system and encourage voluntary compliance among taxpayers.

The results of the study showed that all independent variables had a significant impact on employee performance. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the reliability of the research instrument. The regression model indicated that an increase in the variables of Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style was positively associated with an improvement in employee performance. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 31% indicated that independent variables influenced 31% of the variance in employee performance, while the rest was influenced by other factors. This research confirms that education and training are important for improving the quality and performance of employees. Work motivation significantly affects performance, and effective leadership style positively contributes to employee performance. In conclusion, Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style collectively and partially have a significant impact on the performance of female ASN employees in the city of Makassar.

ucts. A common marketing tactic for influencing consumer views and behavior toward specific products is celebrity endorsement. This study employs a survey methodology, collecting information from participants using questionnaires that are given to those who are familiar with SOMETHINC goods and have interacted with relevant celebrity endorsements. Utilizing statistical analysis techniques like multiple linear regression and path analysis, hypotheses are tested. The findings demonstrated that brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image are significantly influenced by celebrity endorsement. In this situation, brand attitude has been shown to mediate between celebrity endorsement and intention to repurchase. A similar association between celebrity endorsement and repurchase intention is mediated by brand credibility and brand image. These results demonstrate that celebrity endorsements can positively affect consumers' perceptions of SOMETHINC products by enhancing brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image. These factors in turn influence consumers' desire to repurchase the product. In order to maximize the efficacy of this marketing strategy, businesses should carefully evaluate the choice and management of celebrity endorsements as well as the development of positive brand attitudes, brand credibility, and brand image.

tudents of the Faculty of Economics and Business who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique consists of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis testing, determinant coefficient test. All independent variables have a correlation that is in the same direction as the dependent variable (purchase decision). The most dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions is the product quality variable. Which means that the dependent variable purchasing decisions can be explained by variables consisting of product quality, price, and after-sales service, the rest is explained by other variables that are not examined.
