this study evaluates the dynamics of interfaith marriage criticism and its impact on religious moderation practices in society. Data was collected from journals and books published between 2018 and 2023 that discussed the theory of religious moderation and the dynamics of interfaith marriage. The results of the analysis show that criticism of interfaith marriage, while potentially hindering tolerance, also triggers negotiations of religious identity and renewal of the value of moderation. These findings reveal a new understanding that criticism, when articulated in a balanced and objective manner, can encourage the enhancement of intercommunal dialogue and the affirmation of the values of religious moderation. The implications of this research are important in the development of inclusive public policy and religious practices, and are expected to serve as a basis for further research and decision-making in the fields of religious moderation and socio-religious studies.

This study aims to analyze and describe teachers' strategies in managing students' digital preferences to strengthen Quranic literacy at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Falah Majalaya - Karawang. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that teachers' strategies are implemented through three main approaches: digital media integration in Quranic learning, literacy habits based on school culture, and collaboration with parents in supervising gadget use. Teachers direct the use of Quranic applications and audio-visual media in a controlled manner so that students' digital preferences are shifted to educational activities. The culture of morning literacy and intensive communication with parents strengthens the continuity of strategies at school and at home. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of redefining the role of teachers as adaptive and contextual managers of digital preferences in Islamic education. These findings contribute to the development of Qur'anic pedagogical practices that are responsive to the dynamics of the digital era.

This study aims to analyze the process of reactualization of Islamic educational values in the transformation of the learning climate in the digital era at Madrasah Ibidaiyah Al Umm. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data collection techniques included participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data were then analyzed interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that value reactualization occurs through three main patterns: the integration of values into digital learning planning, the establishment of an etiquette-based classroom culture in online interactions, and teacher role models in digital communication ethics. Technological transformation is interpreted as a medium for strengthening character, not simply an innovation in learning tools. The resulting learning climate demonstrates consistency between madrasah policies, pedagogical practices, and classroom culture. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of values-based digital learning design as a foundation for character building in madrasahs, while also providing a conceptual contribution to the development of contextual Islamic education in the digital era.

This study aims to describe and analyze the process of constructing students' historical literacy through digital animated video-based ISHC learning at Madrasah Aliyah Fathanul Burhan, Tempuran District. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed using an interactive model through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the use of digital animated video integrated into the learning design fosters chronological understanding, causal analysis skills, and active student engagement in reflective discussions. The teacher's role as a facilitator is a key factor in guiding students' interpretation of visual content, ensuring a systematic process of meaning construction. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of integrating digital pedagogy and dialogic facilitation in strengthening historical literacy in madrasas, as well as contributing to the development of SKI learning practices that are adaptive to the digital era.

This underscores the significant role played by the tasawwuf approach and tariqa in the Islamization process. Consequently, the prevailing Islamic thought embraced by the community is infused with the practices of tasawwuf. Tariqa, etymologically meaning a method of practice to achieve a goal, has witnessed a notable increase in its development within the Islamic community. In Sufi terminology, “tariqa” is a form of spiritual practice and soul training aimed at attaining haqiqa (the essence) and ma'rifa (gnosis). These practices and exercises are guided by a spiritual teacher known as a “mursyid” (guide) because the journey between Sharia and haqiqa, according to Sufi scholars, must traverse seven great mountains. Islam significantly influences the way of life in Aceh society, with its people adhering firmly and with a commitment to religious teachings. In essence, Islam is a way of life for the people of Aceh. Over time, Acehnese society has changed its outlook on life. Some individuals practice specific tariqa to draw closer to the Creator. Tariqas such as Qadiriyya, Shattariyya, and Naqshbandiyya are among those that have developed in Indonesia. Engaging in the practices of these tariqas will influence the behavioral patterns of society. Moreover, the religious understanding among the community will change. In other words, the evolving tariqa brings a distinctive spiritual enthusiasm to the religious life of Acehnese society.

This study uses a qualitative approach with case study methods and a juridical-normative approach enriched with empirical data. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with legal practitioners, medical personnel, and hospital managers, accompanied by a documentary study of laws and regulations, court rulings, and related literature. The results of the study show that criminal liability in cases of medical malpractice is generally still focused on individual medical personnel as direct perpetrators, while the accountability of hospital institutions has not been optimally applied in criminal law enforcement practices. In addition, it was found that there is a complex relationship between the professional responsibilities of medical personnel and the institutional obligations of hospitals in ensuring health service standards, including aspects of supervision, risk management, and medical service systems. This study concludes that it is necessary to strengthen the concept of corporate criminal liability for hospitals in cases of medical malpractice in order to create legal certainty and more balanced protection for patients, medical personnel, and health service institutions. The findings of this study contribute to the development of health law studies and become a basis for consideration for policymakers in formulating more effective regulations and law enforcement mechanisms.

Furthermore, it examines the socio-economic factors influencing the amount of dowry and how these factors affect social structures and gender relations within society. In addition, comparisons are made with dowry practices in various other cultures and religions, enabling a deeper understanding of both the unique and shared aspects of universal human values. This comprehensive analysis seeks to provide new insights and a concrete contribution to contemporary discussions on the role of religion in social and cultural life, as well as the challenges of integrating tradition with the needs of modern society. The findings indicate that the practice of dowry giving, as prescribed in the Qur'anic verses, possesses profound normative and strategic values in ensuring justice and social balance within the family structure. reness and understanding of halal certification remain relatively limited among community members, particularly women who play a central role in household purchasing decisions. This community engagement initiative was designed to enhance the knowledge and awareness of members of the Family Welfare Empowerment Organization (PKK) in Sidodadi Village, Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City, regarding the significance of halal certification in consumer products. The program engaged 30 participants and applied a participatory educational approach consisting of counseling sessions, interactive discussions, lectures, and question-and-answer activities. Knowledge acquisition was evaluated through pre-test and post-test assessments. The findings demonstrated a marked improvement in participants’ understanding, with average scores increasing from 51.3% prior to the intervention to 94.0% afterward. The program not only strengthened participants’ awareness of halal-certified products but also encouraged more informed and responsible consumption practices. These results highlight the effectiveness of community-based halal literacy initiatives in fostering greater public understanding and supporting the development of a halal-conscious society.

The study is motivated by the importance of organizational communication strategies in enhancing public participation and program legitimacy within rural communities characterized by limited access to information, geographical constraints, and community-oriented social structures. Adopting a constructivist paradigm, this research employs a qualitative approach using an intrinsic case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and document analysis involving seven informants, including foundation representatives, community leaders, and program beneficiaries. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, encompassing data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the foundation’s communication strategy involves identifying community characteristics, developing simple and contextually relevant messages, utilizing a combination of digital and traditional communication channels, and engaging local leaders as communication intermediaries. Program information is disseminated through village heads, neighborhood leaders, women’s community groups (PKK), social media platforms such as WhatsApp and Facebook, and mosque loudspeaker announcements. The study further demonstrates that the communication pattern reflects the Two-Step Flow of Communication model, in which community leaders function as opinion leaders who mediate organizational messages before they reach the wider community. Community trust is cultivated through the social legitimacy of local leaders, interpersonal communication, direct experiences with program benefits, and the consistency of services provided by the foundation. The study concludes that the effectiveness of community-based organizational communication strategies in rural settings is determined not only by message content and media utilization but also by the organization’s ability to establish interpersonal relationships, adapt communication practices to local cultural contexts, and actively involve community leaders within the communication network.
