The Effect of Patient Wait Time Efficiency on Patient Satisfaction Level

Abstract: Patient satisfaction is a key indicator of health service quality and is closely related to loyalty, intention to repeat visit, and institutional reputation 1. Waiting time reflects the efficiency of the process and the… responsiveness of services at the stages of registration, administration, and consultation which have a direct impact on the perception of quality and satisfaction 2. Literature review shows a consistent pattern: long wait times decrease satisfaction, while short, predictable wait times increase satisfaction, especially in outpatient services that have higher expectations of timeliness 3. Waiting longer than 60 minutes is associated with a significant decrease in satisfaction scores, making the management of wait time duration and variability crucial.  Determining factors include queue design, health worker capacity, administrative complexity, and timeliness of doctors; Meanwhile, digital solutions (e.g. Mobile JKN) speed up the pre-visit and visit process and related to a 5.6 reduction in waiting time. Implementation of Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing In an Education Service Company

Abstract: This paper uses Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing (TDABC) in identifying cost per student, program profitability, and breakeven point across programs and branches at PT Kreasi Edulab Indonesia as it seek to solve the cost… st allocation issues that arise due to the differences in instructional hours, staffing activity, and resource usage in providing educational services. The study will employ a quantitative methodology in which they will formulate TDABC-based cost modelling and simulating models to assign operational costs to the real instructional time and teaching capacity. Primary data were gathered by direct observation and internal cost structure mapping, whereas the secondary data were in the form of financial records, class schedules, and student enrollment reports. The analysis combines descriptive statistics, TDABC simulations, program profitability analysis, breakeven analysis, and sensitivity analysis to measure the cost per student, program level operating performance, minimum viable class sizes, and how the major financial drivers influence the operating profit. The findings indicate significant differences in cost per student and profitability of programs and size of a branch with some branches having lower levels of profitability below sustainable levels of breakeven despite the similar levels of revenues. The sensitivity analysis shows that average revenue per student is the most sensitive variable of operating profit, over and above the fluctuations in the enrolment volume and cost structure. Altogether, the results indicate that TDABC contributes to the increase of cost transparency and offers a solid foundation to the pricing, class consolidation, and operational decision-making.

Adaptive Human Resource Management Strategies during Global Crises in the Tourism Industry

Abstract: The uncertainty surrounding the global economy has created existential challenges for the tourism industry, necessitating a Human Resource Management (HRM) paradigm that goes beyond traditional administrative approaches.… This study aims to explore adaptive HRM strategies in the face of the global crisis, with a particular focus on the highly vulnerable tourism and hospitality industries. This study uses the PRISMA framework to conduct a systematic literature review of 26 peer-reviewed articles published between 2023 and 2025, sourced from Google Scholar. The findings indicate that effective adaptive strategies require the holistic integration of e-HRM and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance operational agility, the implementation of GHRM to drive efficiency and employee retention, and the development of Agile Leadership to navigate uncertainty. Furthermore, this study highlights the crucial role of prioritizing employee well-being and Psychological Capital (PsyCap), particularly in emerging economies where social safety nets may be limited. This research provides a comprehensive framework for HR practitioners in the tourism sector to formulate policies that balance business continuity with human-centric support in challenging times.

Determinants of Auditor Turnover Moderated by Job Satisfaction at Public Accounting Firms in East Java

Abstract: The present study is a statistical hypothesis testing research aimed at examining the determinants of auditor turnover intention, specifically the influence of work motivation, workload, and time budget pressure as independent… endent variables, with job satisfaction acting as a moderating variable. The research was conducted among auditors working at Public Accounting Firms in East Java. The population of the study consisted of junior and senior auditors employed at medium- and large-scale firms operating in the region. Data were collected using a survey method through primary questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 to test the structural relationships between variables. The findings of this study indicate that work motivation negatively influences turnover intention, whereas workload and time budget pressure positively influence turnover intention. The results also show that job satisfaction moderates the relationship between work motivation and turnover intention, strengthening its negative effect. However, job satisfaction does not significantly moderate the influence of workload or time budget pressure on turnover intention. Overall, the study highlights the crucial role of job satisfaction in reducing the tendency of auditors to leave their organization, especially in environments with varying levels of motivation, workload, and time pressure.

Optimization of Teak Wood Raw Material Inventory Using The EOQ Method at UD Gemilang, Gunungsitoli City

Abstract: This study highlights the problem of managing teak wood raw materials in the form of boards at UD Gemilang, Gunungsitoli City. The company often experiences shortages or excess inventory due to a conventional ordering system… stem that is not based on optimal demand calculations. This inefficiency causes wasteful costs and disrupts the smooth production process. The main objective of this study is to analyze current inventory management and apply the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method to determine the optimal order quantity, as well as evaluate its impact on cost efficiency and production operations. The EOQ method is expected to be a systematic and rational solution for managing inventory more efficiently. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through direct interviews with business owners and documentation of raw material purchasing and usage reports for 2024. The analysis was conducted using the EOQ formula to calculate the optimal order quantity, ordering costs, storage costs, safety stock, reorder point, and total inventory cost (TIC). The analysis results show that the optimal order quantity for teak wood raw materials is 282 boards, with an ordering frequency of 6 times a year. This number is more efficient than the actual ordering system which is carried out monthly without a fixed calculation. The recommended safety stock is 22 boards, with a Reorder Point (ROP) of 36 boards. The implementation of the EOQ method successfully reduced total inventory costs from Rp6,768,000 to Rp3,496,800.

Production Optimization Through the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Method in The Nias Tofu Product Business in Onomamolo Village I Lot

Abstract: The main objective of this study is to compare and analyze the effectiveness of the MRP (Material Requirement Planning) method in optimizing raw material inventory management in the Nias Tofu business. This study uses a… mixed method. Primary data in this study were obtained directly from the Nias Tofu business through observations and interviews, while secondary data were obtained from the company in the form of production data from the Nias Tofu Product business in 2024. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis techniques and the steps taken in the method analysis.MRP. According to the analysis results, the 2024 soybean raw material purchasing and demand data using the conventional method showed a shortage of raw materials of 14,200 kg with an order frequency of 14 times. Inventory management experienced inefficiencies, namely storage costs of IDR 1,600,000 and ordering costs of IDR 400,000, and raw material shortages still occurred, while the application of the MRP method resulted in order planning with an order frequency of 6 times, a fixed order quantity of 16,784 kg, and a much lower total inventory cost of IDR 335,160. The implementation of the MRP method has proven successful in eliminating raw material shortages and reducing operational costs so that the production process runs more smoothly and efficiently. This study proves that the application of MRP is effective in managing raw materials and optimizing production in the Nias Tofu business, making a significant contribution to smooth production and inventory cost efficiency.

This study uses a quantitative research approach, namely a research method that emphasizes objective measurements and statistical analysis of numerical data to test the established hypothesis. This study uses a company method approach and a just-in-time method that aims to test the independent and dependent variables between the company method and the just-in-time method. Thus, from the comparison of the two methods above, it can be concluded that purchasing raw potato raw material inventory using the just-in-time method at The coral can minimize raw material inventory according to production needs, to avoid damage to raw material stocks that affect the quality of raw materials such as potatoes that are easily damaged.

SMART Instagram Optimization: A Framework for Building Malabar’s Stronger Brand Awareness and Identity in the Digital Era

Abstract: This study aims to improve the internal capacity of Malabar MSMEs in managing digital marketing through an internal training program designed based on the SMART Framework approach. The main problem faced by Malabar is the… e lack of staff understanding in managing social media, especially Instagram, which impacts weak brand awareness and brand identity. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a project-based learning method, in which researchers are actively involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the training program. Data were collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation during the training process. The training objectives were formulated specifically, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-limited, in accordance with the SMART principles. The results showed a significant increase in staff understanding of content planning, creating visual materials consistent with brand identity, and using Instagram analytics features. The post-test showed an increase in the average score of participants, and the MSMEs' digital activities became more structured. These findings indicate that internal training designed with the SMART approach is effective in building staff digital competencies and supporting brand image strengthening on social media. Overall, this study shows that improving internal digital literacy is a strategic step that can strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs in the ever-evolving digital ecosystem

Customer Service Automation Through Ai-Powered CRM: Impact On Marketing Target Accuracy

Abstract: This study addresses the limitations of traditional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems by analyzing the adoption and impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration (AI-Powered CRM). Informed by the Technology… logy Acceptance Model (TAM) for employee perception and the Resource-Based View (RBV) for strategic capability, the primary objective is to evaluate how AI-driven automation enhances customer service processes and, subsequently, impacts marketing efficiency. The research employs an exploratory qualitative case study design, utilizing in-depth interviews, document analysis, and system observation on a single organization to gather rich, contextual data. The results demonstrate that AI integration significantly accelerated service, with chatbots handling 65–70% of routine queries and drastically reducing response times. Operationally, these improvements fostered high employee acceptance (TAM). Strategically, the AI-Powered CRM generated refined predictive analytics, resulting in a 12–18% improvement in campaign conversion rates and efficient resource allocation, confirming that AI creates a valuable and difficult-to-imitate strategic capability (RBV). The study concludes that AI-Powered CRM is a critical enabler for both operational efficiency and long-term strategic competitiveness in digital markets.

This achievement contrasts with "spend blindness," where industry studies show most financial leaders struggle to link expenditure patterns to strategic growth outcomes and resort to reactive cost-cutting. This study addresses this crucial gap. A thorough mixed-methods approach including a global survey of 400 CFOs, longitudinal case studies of ten multinational organizations, and advanced predictive modeling substantiated a new paradigm. Research shows that companies that understand AI-driven spend orchestration develop 7.3% faster than competitors. This premium comes from a 37% improvement in the Growth Efficiency Ratio (GER), a critical statistic for translating savings into innovation, and 5.8 times more strategic investment opportunities than standard financial approaches allow.
