ethod was created. Bag of visual words is a method for presenting digital images based on local features. Bag of visual words illustrates how an image can be taken its characteristics, so that computers can distinguish objects on digital images. The test results show that the bag of visual words are still not maximal in classifying digital image categories, especially the chair category, which is only able to produce the most accurate accuracy of 75%. To improve the performance quality of bag of visual words in classifying digital image categories, especially the chair category, you can add an approach to determine the good number of K in clustering the visual words pattern.

Abstrak: Secara kasat mata manusia bisa membedakan objek pada citra digital, namun, komputer tidak memiliki kemampuan sebagai mata manusia yang dapat secara langsung membedakan objek pada citra digital. Maka dari itu diciptakanlah metode bag of visual words. Bag of visual words adalah metode untuk menyajikan citra digital berdasarkan fitur lokal. Bag of visual words menggambarkan bagaimana suatu gambar dapat diambil karakteristiknya, sehingga komputer dapat membedakan objek pada citra digital. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bag of visual words masih belum maksimal dalam mengklasifikasi kategori citra digital khususnya kategori chair, yang hanya mampu menghasilkan akurasi paling akurat sebesar 75 %. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja bag of visual words dalam mengklasifikasi kategori citra digital khususnya kategori chair, dapat menambahkan pendekatan untuk menentukan jumlah K yang baik dalam mengkluster pola visual words.

Abstrak: Perkembangan industri jasa pengiriman barang mengalami peningkatan yang cukup pesat. Era globalisasi menuntut manusia untuk memiliki mobilitas yang tinggi. Sejak diberlakukannya pasar bebas di Indonesia, membuka arus perdagangan barang atau jasa menjadi tidak terbatas. Kebutuhan akan jasa pengiriman barang semakin meningkat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Banyaknya mitra jasa pengiriman barang membuat para masyarakat sulit dalam memilih dan menentukan mitra jasa pengiriman barang yang paling baik. Kondisi persaingan yang semakin ketat, membuat setiap perusahaan harus mampu bertahan hidup, bahkan harus dapat terus berkembang. ceptual findings published between 2017 and 2026 concerning the determinants, measurement, and consequences of regional financial independence, particularly the role of local own-source revenue (PAD), intergovernmental transfers, and capital expenditure. Using a systematic search of Scopus, Google Scholar, and Garuda databases, 30 relevant articles were screened, selected, and analyzed following defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The review finds that fiscal decentralization consistently strengthens local revenue mobilization and administrative accountability when accompanied by adequate institutional capacity, transparent governance, and effective management of natural and economic resources. However, the effectiveness of decentralization varies considerably across regions due to disparities in economic potential, human resources, and political commitment. The synthesis further shows that financial independence positively affects the quality of public services and regional economic growth, although the relationship is moderated by expenditure efficiency and governance quality. The novelty of this review lies in its integrative framework linking revenue-side determinants, expenditure behavior, and governance mechanisms within a single analytical narrative, an integration rarely addressed jointly in prior single-country studies. The findings offer practical implications for policymakers designing fiscal transfer formulas and for future researchers seeking to test moderating variables such as digitalization and institutional quality in the fiscal decentralization–financial independence nexus.

, suatu persoalan yang kemudian memunculkan beragam interpretasi dan perdebatan di kalangan ulama. Riwayat ini menimbulkan perdebatan di kalangan ulama, terutama karena mendapat sanggahan dari Aisyah yang menilai pemahaman tersebut tidak sejalan dengan prinsip Al-Qur’an yang menegaskan bahwa seseorang tidak akan memikul dosa orang lain. Perbedaan periwayatan antara Abdullah bin Umar dan Aisyah menunjukkan adanya dinamika dalam transmisi hadis yang memerlukan kajian kritis terhadap sanad, matan, serta konteks penyampaian hadis. Berangkat dari persoalan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji makna hadis tersebut melalui pendekatan ilmu hadis dan analisis terhadap penafsiran para ulama. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian kepustakaan dengan menelaah hadis-hadis terkait beserta syarah para ulama. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa yang dimaksud dalam hadis bukanlah tangisan biasa, melainkan ratapan berlebihan (niyāhah) yang disertai keluhan, penyesalan terhadap takdir Allah Swt., atau kebiasaan yang dahulu diperintahkan maupun diridhai oleh mayit semasa hidupnya. Adapun tangisan yang bersifat wajar karena rasa sedih tidaklah dilarang dalam Islam, bahkan Nabi Muhammad Saw. sendiri pernah menangis ketika kehilangan orang-orang tercinta. Dengan demikian, hadis tersebut harus dipahami secara kontekstual agar tidak menimbulkan kesalahpahaman terhadap ajaran Islam tentang rahmat, keadilan, dan sikap menghadapi musibah kematian.
This research employs a library research approach by examining the relevant hadith narrations along with their commentaries (syarah) by classical scholars. The findings indicate that the hadith does not refer to ordinary weeping but rather to excessive lamentation (niyāḥah), characterized by expressions of complaint, objection to Allah's decree, or practices that were encouraged, approved, or tolerated by the deceased during their lifetime. In contrast, natural weeping as an expression of grief is not prohibited in Islam. Indeed, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) himself wept upon the loss of his loved ones. Therefore, this hadith should be understood contextually to avoid misconceptions regarding Islamic teachings on divine mercy, justice, and the proper response to the calamity of death.

Employing normative legal research methods and a statutory and case approach, the paper reveals discrepancies in the implementation of protections for justice collaborators. While the Indonesian Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) offers procedural protections, this analysis identifies significant gaps in enforcement, judicial interpretation, and institutional coordination. The findings underscore a need for stronger legislative frameworks and consistent judicial standards to uphold the rights and safety of justice collaborators. The implications extend to criminal law reform and the balancing of retributive justice with restorative mechanisms. This study contributes to the legal discourse on human rights protections in criminal procedure, particularly concerning vulnerable individuals assisting the justice system under duress or threat.

This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based on a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to improve objectivity and accountability in student selection. AHP is used to determine the weights of the four main academic criteria-the report card scores of Mathematics, Science, Indonesian, and English-based on consistent expert judgment. Furthermore, the SAW method processes the normalized and weighted scores to produce a final ranking of 100 prospective students. The implementation results show that the AHP-SAW integration is able to produce quantitative, transparent, and data-based rankings, thus minimizing subjectivity in the selection process. It provides a structured and replicable model, supporting fairness and efficiency in student admission. This approach is relevant to be applied in educational institutions that want to align the selection process with Islamic educational values and multi-criteria-based objectivity principles.

Findings- This study found many articles on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and the SDGs. According to this study, Malaysia is the country that publishes the most publications of this research compared to other countries. Then the University of Brunei Darussalam was the most prolific affiliate to publish articles on this. The history of article production growth that started from 2010-2024, continues to increase and peaks in 2024, with 55 documents and the lowest number of documents in 2010 with 10 published documents. This is increasing because there may be a need for sharia synergy to increase Islamic entrepreneurship in Islamic finance and sustainable development (SDGs).
