Abstrak: Kebutuhan logistik yang sangat besar pada Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu Kartini Kisaran untuk memperlancar pengobatan membutuhkan suatu sistem yang bisa memprediksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut dengan tepat agar tidak mengakibatkan kelebihan dan kekurangan terhadap jumlah pemakaian yang selalu berubah setiap tahunnya. Pada saat ini proses perhitungan telah banyak dilakukan dengan bantuan software-software yang ada pada komputer yang berkecepatan tinggi seperti Jaringan Saraf Tiruan. Jaringan Saraf Tiruan Backpropogation digunakan untuk memprediksi proyeksi logistik pasien berdasarkan jenis obat Analgetik, Antiemetik, Vitamin, Antiepilepsi, Anestesi, Anti Parkinson, Psikofarmaka, Kortikosteroid. Pengolahan data proyeksi logistik ini menggunakan software Matlab 6.1. Setelah menggunakan Backpropogation akhirnya ditemukan pola arsitektur yang terbaik yaitu arsitektur 8-3-3-1 dari 5 arsitektur yang telah diujikan. Dari pola tersebut kemudian diprediksi proyeksi logistik di Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu Kartini Kisaran pada tahun 2014 akan meningkat menjadi 91290 dari tahun 2013 sebesar 65422 atau meningkat sebesar 25868 (28,33%).

in the early stages, which is influenced by the availability of nutrients and plant growth regulators. The use of manure as a source of organic matter and natural Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs) is expected to enhance vegetative growth. This study aimed to determine the effect of manure application and natural PGRs on the vegetative growth of cayenne pepper and to identify the treatment that produces the best growth.The research was conducted from December to January 2026 at the land of the Kopbun Suka Tani Sejahtera Business Research Center, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency. The study used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with a 4 × 3 pattern and three replications. The first factor was the dosage of manure consisting of 0 kg (control), 1 kg, 1.5 kg, and 2 kg per plant. The second factor was the type of natural PGR, consisting of shallot extract, rice water, and coconut water. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, and number of branches at 15, 30, and 45 days after planting (DAP). Data were analyzed using the F-test and continued with the Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test at a 5% significance level if the results were significant.The results showed that manure application had no significant effect on all vegetative growth parameters up to 45 DAP. The application of natural PGRs also showed no significant effect at 15, 30, and 45 DAP, as well as on other parameters. There was no significant interaction between manure and natural PGRs on all observed parameters.

The research was conducted from February to March 2026 at the experimental field of the Pusat Riset Bisnis Kopbun Suka Tani Sejahtera, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency, using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) of 4 × 3 with three replications. The first factor was the dosage of manure (control, 1 kg/plant, 1.5 kg/plant, and 2 kg/plant), while the second factor was the type of natural PGR (onion extract, rice water, and coconut water). Data were collected through direct observations on several parameters, including number of fruits, fruit weight, fresh biomass weight, root fresh weight, and root length, and were then analyzed to determine the effects of treatments and their interactions.
The results showed that certain doses of manure had a significant effect on increasing yield and root growth, while natural PGRs were able to enhance flowering, reduce flower drop, and accelerate fruit formation. The interaction between both treatments indicated that the optimal combination produced higher results compared to single treatments. The novelty of this study lies in the use of a combination of manure and natural PGRs based on local materials as a strategy to improve the generative phase. The implications of this research are expected to serve as a scientific reference for the development of sustainable cultivation techniques, as well as learning material and further research in the fields of agronomy and horticulture.

The type of research is the ADDIE model approach, (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The product validation test was conducted by computer science media experts, Indonesian language experts, and science material experts. The validation results by media experts were 89.0% of the criteria were very feasible, linguists 96.0% of the requirements were very doable, and science materials experts 90.3% were very feasible. The results of the student response questionnaire were 91.5%, the response of class teachers was 90% in the appropriate category, and the average effectiveness score of using E-LKPD was 89.6% of the criteria as expected. The results show that project-based learning E-LKPD using live worksheets is feasible to use in the learning process and is effective in improving the thinking skills of elementary school students.

The analysis was conducted by exploring various concepts regarding the types of treasurers, their duties and authorities, and the challenges faced in the process of preparing regional financial accountability reports. The results of the study indicate that there are three types of regional government treasurers, namely expenditure treasurers, revenue treasurers, and goods treasurers, each of which has its own duties and roles in managing regional finances. The treasurer's duties include recording, reporting, and accountability for budget use, with great authority in managing regional funds. However, significant challenges are faced in the administration process , such as the complexity of the accounting system and limited competent human resources. With this determination, mitigation efforts must be carried out in accordance with statutory regulations in emergency response period for handling Covid-19. Tourist attractions have the potential to become a locus for the spread of COVID-19 if there is a gathering of visitors while traveling, causing the need for health protocols in carrying out activities at that location. This research uses qualitative research which aims to gather information about the compliance of people at tourist attractions with the health protocols implemented in Jambi City. The results of this research show that the implementation of the health protocol, namely 5M (wearing a mask, washing hands, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds and reducing mobility) is carried out well and is carried out directly by the government and tourist attraction owners through CHSE (Clean Health Safety and Environment). And the community has good knowledge, attitudes and behavior in complying with the health protocols implemented. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of health protocols at various tourist attractions in Jambi City has gone well with supervision carried out by the government and tourist owners.
