Musa, Chalid Imran, Anwar
Abstract: Measuring portfolio performance cannot only be seen from the returns, but also must pay attention to the risks that investors will bear. Measuring the performance of a stock portfolio can be facilitated by using a proxy,… namely LQ 45 shares, which are liquid stocks with high market capitalization, have high trading frequency, have good growth prospects and financial conditions, are not volatile and have been objectively selected by the IDX and are stocks. which is safe to own because the fundamental performance of these stocks is good, so that from a risk perspective the LQ 45 stock group has the lowest risk compared to other stocks. The research objective was to determine portfolio performance assessment using the Jensen method, a case study of the LQ45 index on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The population in this study is LQ45 index shares on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2022 period based on a purposive sampling technique. Data collection is documentation and literature study. The data analysis that will be used in this study is by using the Microsoft Excel 2010 application program to form an optimal portfolio using the Single index model and to assess the performance of a stock portfolio using the Jensen index method. the results of portfolio performance analysis of Jensen's Alpha LQ45 index optimal stocks and obtaining an average RVOR value of 0.0207 or 2.07%.

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at the SLV Room Boutique. The population in this study were consumers of SLV Room Boutique. the sampling… g in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling technique so that 80 respondents were sampled. The type of research used is quantitative. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers. The results of the study after the data was processed with SPSS.23 show that there is a partially significant effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable which can be proven by the calculated t value of the product quality variable (X1) of 2,938> t table 1.665 with a significant value of 0.004 <0.05 and the calculated t value of the service quality variable (X2) of 4.700> t table 1.665 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (X2). Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = -0.754 + 0.167 X1 + 0.338 X2 + e and a significant effect with a calculated F value of 56.016 > F table 3.965 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. The R Square value or the coefficient of determination of 0.593 indicates that 59.3% of the customer satisfaction variable (Y) is influenced or can be explained by the independent variables of product quality and service quality, while the remaining 40.7% is explained by other variables not included in this study. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (X2). The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that are distributed and related to the problem under study with a sample size of 41 people. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 data processing to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that the work motivation variable obtained t-count 2.552 > t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, then H1 is accepted, which means that the work motivation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance variable. While the work discipline variable obtained t-count 7.189 > t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then H2 is accepted which means the work discipline variable has a positive and partially significant effect on performance variables. Based on the research results it is known that the performance variable, obtained f-count 35.267, where the value is greater than f-table 3.24. And a significant value of 0.000 indicates that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on performance variables together. t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then H2 is accepted, which means that the work discipline variable has a positive and partially significant effect on performance variables.
