of June--September 2023. RAK or Randomized Block Design through factorial with two treatment factors was used as the method of this research. Three levels namely: D1 = 0 g / plot (0 kg / ha), D2 = 40 g / plot (270 kg / ha), D3 = 60 g / plot (400 kg / ha), the three of them became the first factor of dolomite (D) dosage which was grouped into three levels. In addition, N1 = 30 g / plot (200 kg / ha), N2 = 45 g / plot (300 kg / ha), N3 = 60 g / plot (400 kg / ha), the three of them became the second factor of NPK Mutiara fertilizer dosage which was divided into three levels. Dolomite application, 60 g/plot produces optimal yield and growth of peanut plants, namely the weight of 100 dry seeds, plant height, pod weight per plot, flowering age, pod weight per plant, number of branches, number of filled pods per plant, number of gynophores per plant, number of empty pods per plant, and total number of pods per plant are significantly affected by dolomite application. Meanwhile, application of NPK Mutiara fertilizer with a dose of 60 g/plot shows the same thing. The combination of dolomite and NPK Mutiara fertilizer only has a significant effect on the number of gynophores per plant.

This is where the need for certainty of law in settling the dispute in question arises, and how the Constitutional Court's decision for certainty of law can be realized in Islamic banking disputes. The research method used is descriptive normative. Research results explain that the Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 93/PUU/X/2012 confirms certainty of law by deleting dualism of authority justice, making the Religious Court as an institution the sole authority to finish Islamic banking through track litigation. Thus, it can be concluded that this decision cancels the explanation of Article 55 paragraph (2) of the Sharia Banking Law, eliminates forum selection to the District Court; however, it still allows non-litigation settlement, such as Sharia arbitration. The settlement process of disputes in Islamic banking, as arranged in Article 55 paragraph (1), (2), and (3) of the Sharia Banking Law, has given duties and authorities to courts in the neighborhood religious courts.

This procession involves a synergy between traditional leaders, village government officials, agricultural extension workers, and the farming community, particularly in preparation for the rice planting season. The primary agenda includes determining planting schedules, selecting seed varieties, and managing irrigation systems to minimize the risk of crop failure. Anthropologically, this tradition serves as a medium for social integration, bridging local wisdom with technical government policies. This study concludes that the sustainability of Tudang Sipulung is a crucial factor in maintaining food security and social harmony within the Marannu Village community.

The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

This has become a discourse and issue of legal norms for sharia arbitration as an option for sharia insurance dispute resolution, and so far the resolution of sharia insurance disputes through sharia arbitration is regulated by Supreme Court Regulation Number 14 of 2016. financial bookkeeping can strengthen women’s empowerment within the PKK Dawis 2 group in Surodinawan Village, Mojokerto City. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The implementation of structured administrative procedures, including agenda preparation, attendance recording, and systematic documentation, resulted in increased participation, clearer decision-making processes, and stronger organizational coordination. Likewise, the adoption of basic financial bookkeeping enabled members to record income and expenditures accurately, prepare monthly financial reports, and improve accountability in managing community funds. The findings show that training and guided practice helped members build confidence, develop financial literacy, and contribute more actively to organizational activities. Overall, the study concludes that strengthening administrative discipline and transparent bookkeeping significantly enhances women’s agency and organizational resilience, offering a practical model for similar community groups.

There are various problems, including administrative problems regarding ownership of the market land, and there is a tug-of-war regarding land ownership status between the local community and the Agam Regency Government, which in this case is the Nagari Padang Tarok Government, which becomes an obstacle in developing market management. The method used in this research is the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm communication model and the Swot Analysis method. The problem of asset ownership status and the status of Pakan Rabaa Nagari Padang Tarok is still unresolved and still triggers disputes . The results of this research found that the communication strategy used was the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm model of communication approach , which was very effective in resolving Nagari market disputes.

In analysis through qualitative method, the figure of the police is an analogy of how the attitude of distrust emerged and developed into a form of pessimism especially to public apparatus. In conclusion, distrust and pessimism are not ex nihilo, but such reaction of any ignorance from public apparatus to any civilian.
