Perancangan aplikasi ini mencakup beberapa tahap, termasuk analisis kebutuhan, perancangan antarmuka, pengembangan fitur-fitur utama seperti pelaporan pengaduan, pemantauan status pengaduan, dan notifikasi. Aplikasi juga akan memanfaatkan teknologi lokasi dan kamera pada perangkat Android untuk memfasilitasi pelaporan kejadian di lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode prototype. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas pemerintah Bantul, serta memungkinkan pihak berwenang untuk merespon pengaduan dengan cepat. The results show the importance of English language instruction in schools and the widespread use of the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach because of its efficiency in the teaching and learning process. The CLT method helps students improve their communication abilities by inspiring them to see English as a useful instrument for efficient conversation. The communicative approach, or communative language teaching (CLT), involves teaching language through communication. This type of language instruction positions communication as both a purpose and a means of learning English. The improvement of students' communication and interpersonal skills is a priority in communicative language instruction. Through contact between students and between students and teachers, it is made sure that students are capable of speaking clearly and confidently in real-life circumstances. Metode yang dipakai dalam kajian ini ialah prototype melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, pembuatan prototype, evaluasi, penyempurnaan, serta implementasi sistem. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan memakai Visual Studio Code sebagai text editor, XAMPP menjadi web server lokal, serta localhost guna pengujian aplikasi berbasis web. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, serta basis data MySQL. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwasannya sistem informasi akademik berbasis web mampu melakukan peningkatan efisiensi pengolahan data, menekan human error, mempercepat penyusunan laporan nilai, serta memperkuat keamanan dan transparansi data akademik siswa di SMPI Hidayatul Athfal.
The development of information technology has had a significant impact on the field of education, particularly in the management of academic data and student assessment systems. SMPI Hidayatul Athfal still uses a manual and semi-computerized grading system, where scores are recorded in books and processed using Microsoft Excel. This system creates several challenges, such as delays in grade processing, calculation errors, data duplication, and difficulties in searching and storing academic data. Therefore, a web-based academic information system is needed to support the management of student grades in a more effective, efficient, and integrated manner. The research method used in this study is the prototype method, which includes the stages of requirements gathering, prototype development, evaluation, refinement, and system implementation. The system was developed using Visual Studio Code as the text editor, XAMPP as the local web server, and localhost as the web-based testing environment. The programming languages used include PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL as the database management system. The results of the study show that the web-based academic information system improves data processing efficiency, reduces human error, accelerates the generation of grade reports, and enhances the security and transparency of students’ academic data at SMPI Hidayatul Athfal.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik penentuan informan secara purposive yang melibatkan Branch Sales Manager, tenaga sales, dan pelanggan tetap. Analisis data dilakukan melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi, dengan validitas data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sales berperan strategis dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan melalui komunikasi adaptif, pelayanan responsif, komitmen, serta keterlibatan dalam membantu kebutuhan pelanggan. Loyalitas tercermin pada pembelian ulang, rekomendasi, dan keberlanjutan kerja sama. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi efektivitas peran sales meliputi kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi interpersonal sales dan konsistensi pelayanan sebagai strategi mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan secara berkelanjutan.
Increasingly competitive competition in the building materials distribution industry requires companies not only to maintain smooth distribution, but also to build long-term relationships to increase customer loyalty. This research aims to analyze the role of sales in increasing customer loyalty and identify factors that influence this role at PT Mitra Maju Mapan Bondowoso Branch. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation using purposive informant selection techniques involving Branch Sales Managers, sales personnel and regular customers. Data analysis is carried out through data condensation, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification, with data validity maintained through triangulation of sources and techniques. The research results show that sales plays a strategic role in building customer loyalty through adaptive communication, responsive service, commitment, and involvement in helping customer needs. Loyalty is reflected in repeat purchases, recommendations and continued cooperation. The main factors that influence the effectiveness of the sales role include service quality, company image, trust and customer satisfaction. This research implies the importance of strengthening interpersonal sales competence and service consistency as a strategy to maintain customer loyalty on an ongoing basis.

The data used is in the form of company financial report data obtained from the STIEM Bongaya Makassar Investment Gallery and visiting the website www.idx.co.id to obtain supporting information. Financial ratio analysis techniques use liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, profitability ratios, and market value ratios to calculate company financial data. Financial report data that has been calculated using financial ratios is then analyzed and interpreted based on a comparison between the financial ratios of each company and the industry average value. Then do a comparison of the financial performance of the four companies to find out which company has a better level of financial performance. The results of the analysis show that of the overall financial ratios used, PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk. is a company that has better financial performance than PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk., PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk., and PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk.
